What a great hotel. Location was excellent, accessible and clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. I want to specially recognize the outstanding security staff - Hesham Alhaji. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive. He was very helpful in helping me navigate the street and gave me some pointers. His presence, experience and seniority gave me a real sense of security and peace of mind, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for your dedication and outstanding service Hesham! I will definitely choose this hotel again.

This is a great hotel. I've stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Its in a great location. You can find food and dessert places within walking distance. There are also multiple supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and the rooms feel luxurious.
As part of our travel vacations to Egypt and Jordan my friends and I stayed one night at Sulaf Hotel last November 2,2025. We arrived at Amman International Airport at night, so we were tired and went straight to the hotel. Ours rooms number 210, 211, were very spacious, very clean and complete with the thoughtful touch of a large bottle of water free of charge, as well as coffee and tea. Security box, very nice breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay. Maybe one thing was location it's a bit far from the center, the next day we went with our tour guide.
Unclean and disgusting restrooms Lack of personal hygiene products in the restrooms - soap, toothbrushes, cotton ear buds, etc. Unclean bed pads and linens No tissues in the room No slippers No prayer rug Pay attention to the small details. I went on a business trip and didn't sleep well because of the delay in cleaning the room, which must be cleaned before the guest takes it.
Rooms are very spacious and at a very good price. Beds are big and comfortable. The curtains were very black out so you get a good sleep. Breakfast is a bit basic but still decent and room service was cheap and delicious. Only set back is the location as you’re quite far from the heart of Amman but it’s a safe area.
