Our go to place to stay in Amman, the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is a great one. The location is prime, the hotel is clean with all the amenities. Will definitely be staying there again next time.

No comment at all , the tram are amazing I swear to god I don’t know from where to start , but many thanks , to Mr Odai and Mr Ahmad. We don’t have to forget about club on five team there were amazing specially Mr Mohamed Hayek and his team basil Malek all of them were amazing I do really felt home . Thank you so so much

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of right away. The hotel has a classic luxury style with modern touches, creating a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The lobby and public areas are well designed, clean, and maintained to a high standard, giving a strong impression of quality and attention to detail. My room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the room included all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, keeping everything clean, fresh, and well organized. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and international selections. The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and other amenities, were well maintained and clean. They provided a relaxing environment, whether for exercise or simply unwinding after a busy day in Amman. What impressed me most was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. Their professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference in my overall experience. Overall, Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel offers a great combination of comfort, luxury, and excellent hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman for business or leisure, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

We had a very nice stay at Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel. The property is excellent, very well located, and offers a comfortable base for exploring Amman and Jerash. The staff were wonderful, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The hotel also has a very nice executive lounge on the ground floor, which was a great feature and added value to the stay. Overall, the hospitality and service levels were very strong. The one piece of feedback I would share is regarding the pool hours for kids under 12. Children were not allowed past 7 PM, which felt a bit excessive, especially for families who may return to the hotel later in the evening after a full day of sightseeing. I did share this feedback with the front desk during our stay, but wanted to mention it here as well for visibility. Overall, this is a great property with a strong location, welcoming staff, and very good facilities. I would gladly recommend Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel, especially for families visiting Amman.
