⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay at Seven Roses Hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent location. The staff were very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mira at reception for her kindness and support. She made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended and will visit again.

It's an ok hotel. Comfortable enough. Decent sized rooms. Breakfast was adequate. My only issue was with water temp in the shower. Was barely warm.

A very nice short stay for business. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops and coffee shops within 3 to 5 minutes max, literally max. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. The room size is just fine and the bed and the pillows are very comfy. In general it's a nice cozy hotel to stay in during business trips. Special thanks to Mr. Usama and Ms. Rima at reception for their kindness, professionalism and positive attitude. Well done 👏

I stayed there for one week and this was my experience: Positive: - The room was clean and the staff are very polite and welcoming. - The room was quiet. - The location is more than great. Negatives: - I asked for slippers many times and the receptionist on duty told me everytime that I will deliver you one, but I never got it ! - The house keeping is bad. They never put new sheets. They only arrange the bed. I knew it because my first sheet had an old mark. Also, the tissue box will not be changed if the box had only 2 pieces if tissue!!!! - The breakfast is horrible. But the coffee is good. - Once you enter the hotel you will smell cigarettes. Not a pleasant thing at all even for smokers. For location and staff attitude I would give it 5/5 Breakfast and house keeping 0/5 And please bring your slippers with you because you ain’t getting any at the hotel.
