I had my graduation party in their rooftop venue and their service was absolutely amazing. Snacks menu is so nice, organization team is so friendly especially Mr. Mohannad and the DJ and the videographer Maryam too. Would definitely recommend, this was a 10/10 experience
The staff are very helpful and friendly, in the reception Rawan & Nagham are very friendly always smiling and helping, housekeeping Liza & Zaina very cooperative. The breakfast though needs improvement and to have more options, variety. The location is very good near to lots of shops & restaurants.
Great generosity and hospitality . I would like to rate hotel staff 5stars. Especially the Mr. Mohammed Audah the general manager of the hotel, how he dealt with a problem I had regarding my booking . It wasn’t even the hotel problem, because I had my booking through third-party App. I could not communicate with the App customer service but if it wasn’t Mr. mohammed, It wouldn’t be fixed 👍. Also, my second day I had an issue with the room,(common issue) when I talked to the receptionists, with no waiting or hassle, immediately told me don’t worry, and given me a different room, better size and view. Well appreciate it🙏🏽.
I had an amazing stay at Sadeen Amman Hotel & Suites from March 12 to March 26. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was exceptional. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that truly made it feel like a home away from home.
What made my experience even more special was the outstanding staff. A big thank you to Rawan, Abdulrahman, Tareq, and Ahmad Yasser — they all did a fantastic job. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with anything I needed did not go unnoticed. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
The location is actually great! You can find everything around you! Restaurants, shops, pharmacies and more!
I truly appreciate the level of care and hospitality I received and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman. I will definitely be coming back!
Disastrous experience room was extremely dirty with zero housekeeping or care after the wedding. The wedding coordinator is completely unprofessional and violates privacy by sharing client details outside the hotel. To make matters worse, the
Worst service ever, I do not recommend it at all.
