The hotel DOES NOT have 4*: dirty sheets (not changed, even though requested), not functional AC and fridge, cockroaches in the room, literally no service- the room was not cleaned, only the bed was made. Awfull food. Some rooms divided between them by a door - resulting in a lot of noise. Not recommended at all, should be rated max a 2* hotel.

Compared to the other hotels I've stayed at in Jordan, this one stands out as the best. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful. Its convenient location near everything and affordable taxi services made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very bad service, unfriendly staff, poor internet and most of the time there's no internet. Smoking is allowed everywhere even tho there are signs of no smoking and when I told them they said we can't do anything. It's not a proffessional hotel. Also loud Music at 4am and always drunk people who harrase girls. The food is above average nothing special. This shouldn't be a 4 stars hotel.

Room for 3 person is spacious unfortunately on my stay last February, there's no heater in bathroom making it very cold for us to use and tho there's medium size heater the bedroom was still cold. There was karaoke/disco that kept on partying every night until 4am. Idk where it came from but my room was on the back of the hotel building so I mostly heard loud bass sound. It could be louder if the room at different side. Room lights were too dim and there's no option to turn it off, it stayed switched on all the time. Room service didn't do much. Food wasn't that delicious, there were food heater but our food were still cold, pasta was overcooked, mostly food too sour to our likings (I'm from southeast Asia) and worst of all they barely change the menu, same thing everyday. I stayed with my group tour for 5 days 4 nights. But hey their staff are friendly and accommodating.
