Hair in the drains, very out dated rooms. The roof top gentlemen that works there is great and was the only pleasant experience, but AVOID HAIR SALON AT ALL COSTS - they WILL scam you. I’ve been to the most upscale salons in Amman, and I’m quite familiar with pricing for hair services - I was charged 60 JDS for a BLOW DRY. They WILL take advantage of people out of town - do not get scammed. Truly such a shame. I prefer Rotana , Marriott, Hilton, literally anywhere else.
One of the worst 5 stars hotel in Amman, wondering how this hotel got the rate of 5 stars. So old rooms and not clean at all, AC’s are not good, toilet is so dirty an old
The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and both the room service and food were very good. However, the rooms, furniture, and bathrooms are outdated and need renovation. The room lighting is poor and relies mostly on three table lamps, many of which were not working. The electric kettle could not be used because the power socket kept sparking, which is a serious fire hazard. I informed the staff, and they offered to move me to another room, but it was not much different from the first one.
Overall, the service was excellent, but the facilities do not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful view, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can mention. The rooms are extremely old, and the bathroom is outdated and worn out. It feels like you’ve stepped back into the 1980s. The hair dryer barely works, and the room’s landline phone doesn’t work at all. Considering the condition of the rooms and the limited services provided, the price is far too expensive and definitely not worth it.

The view is beautiful, but everything else was disappointing. The rooms are very old, and the bathroom is in poor condition, making it feel like a hotel from the 1980s. The hair dryer barely functions, and the landline phone doesn’t work at all. For the price they charge, I expected much better. The hotel is significantly overpriced compared to the quality of the rooms and the services provided.
I had a wonderful stay at Regency Plaza Hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
A special thanks to the animation team — they were amazing, energetic, and always smiling. They made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable every day with their great activities and positive vibes.
I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.
