On my first day, I explicitly requested the staff to clean my room, change the linens, and replace the towels before leaving. However, when I returned, absolutely nothing had been done—not even the complimentary bottled water was replenished.I called the front desk to request immediate cleaning, but after waiting for about an hour and calling them 3 times, nobody showed up. Is this how you treat your guests? As a frequent business traveler, I rely on a comfortable and hassle-free stay to relieve work stress, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating.As a comparison, I highly recommend your team visit and learn from the Radisson Blu Hotel at Almaty Airport, which is a true model for excellent hospitality. I am deeply unhappy with this stay, which is why I feel compelled to leave this review.
