I had a wonderful stay at Opal Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. I traveled from the United States for my wedding and chose to stay at this hotel for two nights. Initially, the communication and staff attitude were very pleasant, which gave me a good first impression. However, my experience took a disappointing turn. I had arranged a special surprise for my wife on our wedding day and requested the hotel to decorate the room and prepare a cake a couple of hours before the wedding . When I arrived early to check if everything was ready, I found that nothing had been done. Later, when my wife and I arrived together, there were some decorations, but the cake was missing. I reminded them about it, but unfortunately, it was never delivered. Additionally, I had ordered food to be brought to my room, and although it arrived very late around 2 AM—it was completely cold. I originally planned to extend my stay beyond the two nights, but after this experience, I decided not to. It’s especially disappointing because one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that it does not have a bar, which suited my preferences. Overall, while the staff seemed friendly at first, the lack of organization and failure to deliver on important requests made my stay unsatisfactory.
