the problem was with noise coming from the neighboring room, also there was washing machine noise all the night, it was challenging to sleep. also just 5 minutes after i checked in the gave a key to my room for some one else and said it was a mistake, after 30 minutes i was trying to rest suddenly the room service opened the door and also said it was a mistake. the area around the hotel isn't walkable at all the pedestrian side walk is totally blocked. The hotel restaurant reception and service people and the front desk was very nice and friendly the food quality was excellent, the city view specially at night was awesome, I don't recommend this hotel.
The Room service could have been better. The Washroom doors were not properly fitted.

Room are spacious, clean, fairly well maintained. American style setup. Bottled water in refrigerator. Hotel pool available. Breakfast is ok. Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, bread, Jordanian and Euro hot foods. Several breads and pastries. Toaster. Eggs on demand: omelettes, sunny side up, etc. Hot beverages: teas, coffee, heated milk. Lunch and dinner options are inexpensive. Pizza and burgers, salads, soups and hot plate meals. The dinner buffet is a bargain too. Coffee, beverage bar in lobby. Liquor bar upstairs. Ping Pong downstairs.
Mena Tyche hotel Amman is somewhere between 3 and 4 stars.
When we first entered the lobby, the shinny clean floors felt like 4 stars, but we quickly discovered that the shower pressure is so low that it takes at least 3 minutes to get your hair wet!
The white bath towels are crispy and slightly grey from wear and tear.
The breakfast was ordinary with hot dogs disguising as sausages.
The elevators work well and are pretty fast.
The MENA Tyche Hotel in Amman is an excellent choice for its outstanding hospitality. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay memorable. It offers great value, clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location that makes getting around Amman easy, especially with ride-sharing services. Highly recommended for a comfortable and service-focused visit to Jordan.
