The room and location is perfect. Hamza is always present every morning to clean my room and assist me in all iI need to the best he can. He is so kind and friendly. My only issue was the wifi. My room is at 2nd floor and end of the alley, I was having a hard time maintaining a stable connection. I stayed 4 days and no improvements on wifi connection each day even telling the reception of my issue. Wifi is a necessity for travellers like me as we do not have local data and this is my first that a 4-star Hotel does not have a good wifi coverage. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this to my company in future business travels.

This place has a cozy atmosphere from the moment you enter. The receptionist is friendly, the rooms are cozy moderns. They provide a baby cot at the same time we reach the bedroom. It felt like home. The pool is very cozy and the water is very warm and the pool area is quiet. Some items of the breakfast weren’t fresh like the bread, was very thick. But we requested fresh omelette. The restaurant food could be improved. ( they take a lit bit of time to deliver anything you request to the room) Overall it was a good surprise! I enjoyed my staying 🙏thank you very much ❤️

I had a nice stay at the hotel. It’s right at the center of the city with everything in walkable distance. Loved the housekeeping and attendance of the staff. They were all kind and very informative. The breakfast buffet was good. Housekeeping was excellent. However they didn’t have a weighing scale for the luggage and don’t have a flexible check out since my flight was scheduled for 5pm but I had to check out at the 12pm and wait in the lobby.
