I love the countless experiences you can have at this hotel. Without a doubt, the best part is the staff—everyone is very friendly and attentive. The best staff member I have ever met is undoubtedly Mohamed Halah, along with others whose names I can't recall. I highly recommend this hotel.
I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience! I absolutely loved it here. Such a beautiful atmosphere, the cleanliness was super efficient and room service was excellent. If I needed absolutely anything receptionist’s they’d do there best to help. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, local stay.

We visited Kaya hotel with our baby, the place is family friendly, the staff are more than wonderful They are friendly, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and spacious we felt very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Everything was exceptional, only side note would be the maintenance of the toilet in the room, it would get stuck at times, nothing that can’t be fixed. Highly recommended!!!! Will come back again and again.
