Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had. The room was spotless, comfy, and had everything I needed. But what really made the trip was the staff, especially Rao’f and Ahmad. They were so warm and genuinely helpful, always smiling and always ready to help with anything, big or small.
Abel hakim and the team did a phenomenal job taking care of my wife and I for dinner and hooka. We were given A+ service and amazing dining experience. The vibes were immaculate and we can’t wait to come back and dine at their restaurant Burj Al Hamam
I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Amman, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, and a great location that made my stay in Amman even more enjoyable. The service was professional, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. One of the highlights for me was spending time at the swimming pool. I would especially like to thank the lifeguard Omar ❤️, his presence made me feel safe and comfortable, and his kindness and attention to guests really stood out. It is small details like this that make a hotel stay feel special. Overall, my stay here was a wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed the hospitality, the peaceful atmosphere, and the level of care throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
A huge thank you to Inter for making our wedding absolutely perfect! All of our family and relatives said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. The food was incredibly delicious, and every single detail was amazing—truly beyond five stars! A very special thank you to our event coordinator, Ashraf. He is honestly one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. He handled everything professionally and made the entire wedding elegant, organized, and unforgettable. Excellent stay and outstanding service! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall service was great. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff, especially the security officer (Laith Allouzi). He provided outstanding and highly professional service, showing great hospitality, helpfulness, and making sure all guests felt safe and welcomed. Kudos to the management for having such dedicated team members. Highly recommended!
