Grand Hyatt Amman

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Amman and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire team was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, while still making the atmosphere feel relaxed and personal. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service throughout my stay was simply outstanding. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay after a busy day. The location is also excellent for exploring Amman while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable environment. What truly stood out to me, though, was the hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I really appreciated the genuine kindness and attention I received. Grand Hyatt Amman was the perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and authentic Jordanian hospitality. I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Amman. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Grand Hyatt Amman. We’ve had the pleasure of organizing several activities at the hotel over the past few months, with more to come, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. A big thank you to Mr. Loay Joudat and Chef Majdi Albanna for their great support and professionalism. The team has always been very responsive and quick to deal with any request or issue we had, which made everything much easier and smoother for us. A special thank you to Chef Majdi, who is truly creative and always comes up with great ideas. His creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail really make a difference, and his ideas are honestly priceless. I’d also like to thank Mr. Odai, Sales Manager, and the hotel management for the excellent cooperation and support throughout our activities. Thank you all very much for making things so easy and smooth for us. We truly appreciate it and look forward to continuing our cooperation with Grand Hyatt Amman and having many more successful activities together. Highly appreciated and definitely recommended!

While the hotel maintains a highly secure and orderly environment, I found it to be less accommodating for families with children. Throughout our stay, staff frequently requested that our children play and laugh quietly, which felt overly restrictive. Additionally, there was a heavy security presence, including guards stationed in the guest corridors. The expectation to maintain strict silence, even within the privacy of our own room, was quite challenging for a family with multiple children. The intense security atmosphere ultimately made our kids feel uncomfortable and anxious. I would recommend this property for adults seeking a quiet stay, but it may not be the best fit for families.

Genuinely one of, if not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every single staff member is extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, from storing my bags for me while I went on a 2 day tour, to letting me use the spa even after I checked out so I could have a shower before my flight in the evening. The rooms are great, no complaints. I stayed in the king bed room and double twin throughout the week, both were exceptional. They also have the best hotel gym I’ve ever used. They literally have better machines than the gym I go to back home! the machines are great quality; they have a pec deck, leg extension, leg curl, chest press, lat pulldown, cable machine, smith machine, dumbbell rack, and several treadmills.
