From the start to the end of my experience at this hotel, everything was perfect. From my entrance with the people in the lobby to even the manager Imad. everyone was very nice, professional and friendly. Always asking if i need anything and am satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone. all staff were highly respectful and professional. My next visit to jordan will always be this hotel to stay in.

I was there for 12 nights with my family, the hotel was well mantaind. Coustmer service, room, breakfast, location, car parkings, and the rest of the ameneties were more than i expected for a 4 stars hotel. Isra'a from the kitchen was the best, she was working as a bee to comfort us and make our breakfast special 🙏

I had my Katb Ktab party there, and it was a very nice experience. The place was clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Toleen, who was very supportive. Everything was managed smoothly. Our guests loved the rooftop and enjoyed the food, especially the snacks and the kanafa. The event planner was very nice and made the day feel special. I recommend this hotel for events.

I had a great stay at Gerasa Hotel in Amman. The location is excellent, right in the city center with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were very kind and supportive throughout my stay. A special thanks to Ms. Ehsan and Ms. Esraa from the restaurant—they are truly the gems of the hotel. Their kindness and care made me feel like part of a family. I stayed for more than 10 days and had a very comfortable experience. The receptionists were also very welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!
