Four Seasons Hotel Amman

Stayed here for 3 nights during a work trip and now I know why the reviews are so good. The service was top notch, the reception staff accommodated our request to change rooms at 9pm as I didn't want a front facing room(wedding music). The breakfast spread is really good. Chef Omran and Aizi made delicious pancakes and club sandwitch. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. They also arranged a last min cab for us at 5 am to visit dead sea. I will come back and stay here every time I'm in Amman.

The foyer lounge had amazing food. We ordered the mansaf/ pizza/ pasta and burgers … it was amazing! Sara was truly the best. She was so wonderful and patient and she helped us choose our food. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for this wonderful experience 💛💛💛💛💛💛

Our stay at the Four Seasons Amman was nothing short of exceptional. The service is outstanding, the attention to detail is remarkable, and every request is handled with genuine care. I asked to have my pants shortened, and within 20 minutes they were perfectly tailored and freshly ironed, this level of efficiency is rare and deeply appreciated. The food is consistently delicious. My personal favorites are the César salad, the truffle pizza, and the steak Philly , each one prepared beautifully every time. At breakfast, I want to highlight Mahle, who always took wonderful care of my mother. Her warm smile, attentiveness, and kindness made our mornings feel special. The entire staff deserves recognition. I wish I could remember every name, because each person contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the room service and housekeeping teams went above and beyond , truly exceptional. Four Seasons Amman remains my favorite place to stay in the city. It feels like home every time.
