Doubletree By Hilton Amman Hotel & Residences

I am a Hilton Diamond member and due to the nature of my work I get to travel extensively and stay at multiple Hilton properties. I would rate the DoubleTree Amman Hotel & Residences at the top they are at par with the best Hilton luxury brands. The rooms, the service and the people are outstanding. I especially appreciate the Hotel’s leadership Mr. Hani Nasereddin (Commercial Manger) is always on top of everything, he is always around and monitoring every aspect of the daily operations. As a business owner myself I appreciate leaders that treat the business as if it is their own and that’s how I felt with Mr. Nasereddin. The same applies to all levels of the staff, housekeeping, front desk, …they all gave us a very personalized service and made us feel at home. The rooms (basically apartments) are spacious, modern and very clean. I highly recommend this Hilton property.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Amman. The biggest thing that stood out was the staff - everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful, whether it was the reception team, the restaurant staff or housekeeping. A special thanks to Razan on the first floor, who did an amazing job looking after my room. It was always spotless, and those little touches made a big difference. The hotel itself was great. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast had plenty of choice, and the outdoor area was a fantastic place to sit in the evenings. Watching the FIFA World Cup matches outside with other guests created such a good atmosphere and ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. Another bonus was having Gold's Gym literally next door, which made it really easy to keep up with my training while I was away. Overall, it's a hotel with great people, great facilities and a really welcoming feel. I'd happily stay here again the next time I'm in Amman.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. During a very stressful time with flight cancellations and constantly changing travel plans, the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate both me and my guests with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A special thank you to Lana and the front desk team for making us feel supported every step of the way. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly made a difficult situation so much easier. The level of hospitality we experienced was outstanding, and it is clear that guest satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Zakaria, and to Mr. Khaled and Mr. Ali at the reception for their warm welcome and excellent service. I would also like to thank Mr. Rasi and the entire team for being so friendly, helpful, and always welcoming guests with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, and having access to Gold’s Gym was a great bonus. I only mentioned the names I could remember, but every staff member I met was professional and made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!
