Worst hotel I’ve been into. It’s dirty, construction site. Worst breakfast there is. It’s not eadible!! I would highly recommend staying away. Honestly worst experience I’ve had. Very very poor service and staff are very rude.

Depends what you're looking for. Zero parking if you have a rental car, but good area. Be prepared to get stuck in traffic. Walking distance from most shops.

Today my mother and sister arrived in Amman with a reservation for a twin room (two beds). Upon arrival, they were told that only a room with one bed and a sofa was available. After an 8-hour journey, my sister had to sleep on the sofa without any extra bedding provided. Very disappointing experience!

Very good value for the money you will pay in this hotel. Crystal Hotel is very good for a short stay in my opinion as I spent three nights last month everything was very good and also they are serving a breakfast. It’s really simply breakfast, but it was good enough for me as I was alone. I recommended for every single traveler

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was not the best in the world... but edible and adequate. I would definitely stay in this hotel again on a future visit. Though I have to add that this is probably not the best choice for light sleepers as the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night.
