Best hotel in Amman for families - amazing staff very friendly and professional - clean rooms and breakfast buffet is just on point :)

Excellent breakfast and room size. Very friendly staff. During our stay one person got sick and when the hotel found out, they sent fruit and special teas (at no additional cost) which was really appreciated. That made our stay at the hotel even more special.

Corp Hotel is an excellent 4-star property that delivers strongly on comfort, service, and dining. Our stay was part of a tour package organized by Jordan Horizons Tours. The rooms are well equipped with all the expected amenities, including complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee, comfort kits, shower gel, and other thoughtful touches. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. Service truly stands out, especially in the dining areas. The in-house restaurant, The Mood, offers a very good buffet dinner with live cooking stations for stir fry and pasta, adding both variety and freshness. Breakfast is equally impressive, with a generous buffet and live omelet, crepe, and fatayer stations. A special mention goes to Tareq, who appears to oversee service. He is attentive without being intrusive and regularly looks for ways to improve the dining experience—such as offering to serve beverages at the table. He and the rest of the team are a real asset to the hotel. The only drawback is the location, which is not within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, or money exchange services, although there is a pharmacy nearby.

Exceptional service and heartfelt thanks I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding support from the night manager, Qasem Khaled. From the very first moment, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He helped me in many ways throughout my stay, always with a positive attitude and genuine care. Most importantly, when I faced a stressful situation with my lost luggage at the airport, Qasem went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to guide me, follow up, and reassure me until the issue was resolved. I would like to sincerely thank Qasem Khaled for his exceptional support. He is a real asset to this hotel, and I highly recommend this place thanks to people like him. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms are perfect—comfortable, well-equipped, and very well maintained. The hotel is extremely clean, and this level of cleanliness is consistent throughout all areas. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. Everything was fresh, well organized, and of very good quality, making each morning a great start to the day.
