We were extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. A serious medical emergency occurred just before the trip. One of the guests became ill, was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and was medically unable to travel. This was completely unexpected and beyond anyone’s control. We were not asking for a refund. We simply requested to postpone the stay to a later date, when the guest’s health would allow them to travel. The booking platform was willing to assist and had no objection to changing the dates. However, the hotel refused to cooperate, despite having availability on other dates. Their unwillingness to show any flexibility or compassion in such exceptional circumstances was very disappointing. We understand that hotels have policies, but we also believe that genuine medical emergencies deserve reasonable consideration. Unfortunately, this was not our experience with this property.

I would like to thank all the staff for their professionalism and attention to every detail. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Ms. Safa Al-Samhouri from the Reservations Department and Ms. Zein Abu Al-Foul from the reception for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel with complete confidence; it is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and it is truly worth visiting without hesitation.

I had the best experience in a very long time. The staff were ao nice and helpful with advices and they never said no to anything even tho I asked for some extra stuff several times. The location was awesome because it was like 6”5 minutes of walking distance to bulovard area. Since Ramadhan started when I was here so they offered me private suhur breakfast in my room at a time that I wanted without any extra cost (for free). Love it and will visit this hotel again when I’m in Amman.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Yesterday, I ordered food through Talabat and it was delivered without any problem at all. No one mentioned any rules, no restrictions, and the staff were completely fine with it, even joking around. Today, I ordered food again and suddenly they decided to “apply the rules” and told me that outside food is not allowed. This level of inconsistency is unbelievable. If this is truly hotel policy, why was it perfectly fine yesterday? What made the situation even worse is that I hadn’t eaten all day. I was outside doing sports and came back exhausted and very hungry, depending on that meal. Instead of any understanding or basic human consideration, I was treated with a rude and disrespectful attitude. They told me they would bring a manager or someone from another shift to speak with me. I waited, and no one showed up. Honestly, if I had requested a meeting with the Prime Minister, it probably would have happened faster. Because of their rude behavior and lack of professionalism, I decided to check out and leave the hotel early, even though my checkout was supposed to be tomorrow. I did not feel comfortable staying another minute in a place that treats guests this way. This was not my first stay at this hotel. I used to stay here often, but after this experience, this is absolutely my last visit. Poor service, inconsistent rules, and unacceptable staff behavior. Very disappointing, especially from a hotel I once trusted. I do not recommend this place at all
