I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff ( Sawsan )
were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent.
Definitely a place I would recommend, and I’d be happy to stay here again
Amro welcomed my mother and I into Centro hotel with a lot of love and hospitality. He’s always smiling and making sure that all our needs are met. I love it when you are able to tell that someone loves their job from their smile and work ethic they put in. People who work from their heart always provides better results than someone who is just following orders. I will definitely be staying at Centro Mada Hotel every time I visit Amman, all because of Amro! Extremely satisfied!!!😁

The room service is excellent—every request is handled quickly and efficiently. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the hotel as a whole is outstanding and clearly well maintained.
The hotel also offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful pool. The food was very good and added to the overall experience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, and amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
