The staff were excellent, the service was respectful and fast, and they were very friendly and helpful, making you feel completely safe. And good breakfast and delicious However, the shower was weak, and there was no spray nozzle in the bathroom cubicle.
Many thanks to Hana from the service center for her exceptional help. She was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions. I am already looking forward to visiting your hotels in the near future!
It was exceptional experience! The hotel was well maintained and quiet The rooms was clean and well equipped with everything Breakfast was delicious and the team was welcoming
Beware: Not a safe environment Avoid this hotel if you value your privacy and belongings. My money had stolen from my luggage during the daily room cleaning. The management provides no sense of safety or accountability. Extremely disappointed!!
Security Concern - Theft from Room I stayed here last week with my elderly mother, and unfortunately, we had a very distressing experience. While our room was being cleaned, a significant amount of cash was stolen from my mother’s suitcase. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of security and professional integrity. I cannot recommend this hotel as we no longer felt safe or comfortable during our stay.
