Arena Space

Hello, I've been staying at this hotel for 3 weeks. The cleaning is good, the location of the hotel is good, but the service at the hotel is really bad. We've been asking for water for 2 days and waiting for 2 hours because the reception staff keeps promising us and in the end there's no water.

Make sure if you stay in this hotel to pay them directly. Don’t book through third party companies with them especially if it’s booking.com. My experience with them was last year I arrived the hotel and they mentioned that they had not received the amount from booking.com. They charged me and asked to have my refund from booking.com and booking.com they said we will refund you and they did not. At the end I have got charged from both and none of them refunded me so please if you stay in this hotel, make sure to be careful, my advice to you if you read my feedback try to find other options more safer.

We only stayed here for one night, this hotel is good, and it's in a good location. the lobby area is nice, and so is the roof top pool, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. The service is also good, staff were nice and respectful.

"Comfortable Stay with Unique Rooms, Great Facilities, and Warm Ambiance" ⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a professional hotel and food reviewer with extensive travel experience, I seek out destinations that offer more than just a place to stay—they must provide a holistic experience. My stay at Arena Space Hotel in Amman, Jordan delivered a comfortable and welcoming experience, perfect after long days of exploring the city. Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or family, this hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with great facilities. What makes Arena Space Hotel stand out is its unique room settings. Each room has a different layout and ambiance, making every stay feel special. I found this aspect particularly charming and refreshing. The rooftop pool is spacious, offering a nice spot to relax, while the gym is well-equipped for those who want to keep up with their fitness routine. These features add great value to the hotel, making it more than just a place to sleep. While the dining experience was pleasant, I believe there’s room for improvement in terms of showcasing more Jordanian breakfast options. However, the meals I had were still enjoyable, and with a few adjustments, the culinary offerings could easily match the hotel’s overall quality. The hotel provides excellent value for money, with friendly staff and a relaxing ambiance. Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, Arena Space Hotel offers a warm and inviting stay in Amman. The combination of comfort, unique rooms, and top-notch amenities makes it a great choice for travelers of all kinds. Special dedication to Mr Hamzah at the front office who has been very helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was short coming from him to ensure my stay was joyful and comfortable. Great job!
