I have been staying at the Jewheret Alswefiah hotel since it was established. The hotel is always very clean and the service is consistently good. I would like to thank Abu'Akram and Nafi, Ahmad, and Ibrahim. and Maean for their assistance. The location is very convenient for restaurants, cafe, bars, shopping and has parking. big thank you from Nahed Abumueitik uk

Big apartment with everything you need. It is good for family with kids . The area has plenty if shop and restaurants. The staffs are so friendly 👍
I really can't fault them. Very clean apartment, it has all what you need. Fridge, washing machine, iron, clean towels, toiletries, bottled water....etc. This is a furnished apartment facility, so it's not a 5 start hotel. But the service is 5 stars, definitely.
An absolutely wonderful experience staying at Jewharet Alswefia. I stayed with them for over 8 months and throughout my stay, the hotel staff, especially front desk reception Nafe’ and Fayez, were ever so helpful, kind and supportive, quick to follow up on any request I had and to see it through. The hotel owner is also extremely gracious and very easy to communicate with. The hotel itself is strategically located in the heart of Sweifiyeh, close to practically everything. Galleria Mall is just a couple of minutes away, supermarkets, shops, stores, restaurants, everything you can possible need is just a stone’s throw away. Also, an added advantage is that all rooms are fitted with a washing machine and a small kitchenette with electric stove, pots and pans, and few cutleries, which is essential for long stays. I read one review claiming the neighborhood to be “shabby”. I find this description quite misleading as this is Sweifiyeh, with all the hustle and bustle of a busy marketplace and is precisely why I and many others specifically choose to stay in it, because of its proximity to virtually everything. A special shout-out as well to the cleaning crew, especially Mohammed and Mujahed, who always left a nice touch after cleaning my room and made sure to restock it with all required toiletries. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for both short and long stays. One thing I would suggest is to move the breakfast room - which is currently in a basement like mezzanine - to the lobby or the outside seating area, as they have a nice layout and this would make the breakfast experience more enjoyable.
Extremely basic hotel. Rooms are big but the hotel in general is not appealing. Security problems because of windows that you can fully open at the top floors! Worst breakfast we had in Jordan and the breakfast room has the charm of a bunker. Neighbourhood is shabby.
