Amman Marriott Hotel

We stayed a week at the Amman Marriott with our infant son, and I want to be honest: the first couple of days had some hiccups. A bassinet we requested was delayed, some room amenities were missing, and a few requests got lost in the shuffle. The reason this is a 5 star review is what happened next. I wrote to the hotel about my concerns, and the response was outstanding. Mr. Sanad, the Front Office Manager, personally took ownership of every single point I raised. He apologized, followed up, and made sure each item was actually fixed, not just acknowledged. Housekeeping came early every day to work around our baby's sleep schedule, the team went out of their way for us, and Mr. Nabeel from room service was also kind and attentive. Any hotel can have an off day. What sets a great one apart is how it responds when a guest speaks up, and this team responded better than any hotel I've stayed at. Thank you Sanad and team for turning our stay around during a difficult family trip. We'd happily stay here again.

His attention to detail, professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent service were greatly appreciated and made a real difference throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay at the Amman Marriott Hotel. The property is beautiful, spacious, and offers excellent facilities. The outdoor area is large and inviting, with lovely restaurants where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The spa is fantastic, the heated indoor pool is amazing, and the spa staff were incredibly kind and professional. There is also a wonderful gift shop with beautiful souvenirs. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The restaurant team and housekeeping staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful. In fact, one of the reception staff even helped my husband tie his tie before the wedding we attended at the hotel, which was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Our airport transfers were also excellent. The driver who picked us up arrived exactly on time, and the driver who took us back to the airport was extremely friendly and shared several great tips about Jordan. Overall, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. However, there were a couple of small details in our room that could be improved: one bathroom towel was torn, and the duvet had some stains. Also, one of the receptionists could have been a little more welcoming. These were minor issues and did not affect our overall experience. We stayed for only two days because we traveled to attend a wedding, so we didn't have enough time to explore Jordan. That is exactly why we will definitely be back—and when we do, we will certainly stay at the Amman Marriott Hotel again. It was a truly memorable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman.

First time visiting Jordan 🇯🇴, my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this Marriot Hotel. The staff at the restaurants, breakfast place, spa area were so kind and helpful! The room was very nice and clean.. I could enjoy the city view in the morning from my window. Room service was excellent! So many memories hanging out by the pool, relaxing and having sweet drinks 😆! You have to try the Italian restaurant!!!! Everything was so delicious! I had to hit the gym as soon as I got back States’ side because I really got on the chunky side eating all those pastries and quesadillas lol Thank you for everything guys ! I will never forget how good you were to me and my husband. Jiji
