They quote you one price at the airport, but when you reach the hotel, they increase the price. The bathroom and beds were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was very poor.
For the amount they charge, you could stay at a proper 5-star hotel in the country with a much better standard.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Amman Airport Hotel during my transit in Jordan. The location is extremely convenient, only a few minutes from Queen Alia Airport, which made my layover much easier. We landed at Queen Alia International Airport at 8:30 PM and were kept waiting until 11:00 PM before being allowed to enter the customs area, under the pretext of hotel booking arrangements. There were approximately 150 passengers, with only one employee assigned to collect passenger information, which caused significant delays and clear mismanagement.
We were informed that hotel check-out would be at 4:00 AM. However, as of now (12:00 PM), we have still not been allowed to enter the hotel and remain waiting in an area where even drinking water is not available.
I will not be flying with Royal Jordanian again, and I will not recommend the airline or the hotel to anyone.
