Ambassador Hotel Amman, A Boutique Hotel

I had a really good experience at this hotel, starting even before my arrival. I made my reservation directly with them, and Louay was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the booking process. Noura at the reception was very welcoming, sweet, and adorable, and Waad was also incredibly friendly and kind. Honestly, all the staff were so warm and welcoming that they made us feel like family. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The room was well organized, with great attention to detail, and everything was just as it should be. The whole atmosphere was chill, calm, and relaxing. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the amazing staff definitely made the experience even better. Highly highly recommended!

I liked the rooms. Breakfast is OK. I didn't like the location. Without our car it would be difficult to go and back to the hotel. I mnt sure about public transportation

Excellent hotel with outstanding cleanliness, great organization, delicious food, and very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel.
