Fun filled relaxing day with great hosts! The water is beautiful, there are plenty of fish, conch, and lobsters for a great meal at the beach! I definitely recommend.

Sunny picked us up right at our hotel dock. We started out fishing. Goal was to catch 8 fish for lunch. We caught 4-5 species of fish including a big dog tooth snapper. We then went to find conch. Sunny showed me how to spot them and was able to dive 10’-12’ to get one at a time. Sunny could get 6 to 8 at a time. Incredible to see. We then went to a lobster shed (Sonny had placed several of these). We only went to 1 shed and got 3 lobsters and a stone crab from one stop. We then went to caye caulker and made lunch. Caught a few bone fish while cleaning conch. Awesome day.

Our family of four (two kids ages 14 and 16) had a fantastic day with Alex and his crew a couple weeks ago. We fish on a tour like this maybe once every two or three years, so really don't have experience. We caught 17 fish!! It was a lot of fun and Alex and his crew were very patient with all of us (we weren't good by any stretch of the imagination). SO MUCH FUN. The snorkeling was also fantastic, saw lots of fish and a ton of sea turtles. Alex also went spearfishing while we snorkeled to get us some lobsters to include in our lunch. Lunch was delicious in this little deserted beach, there's a troupe of racoons that comes and begs for food, kind of wild to see them in real life in the daytime!! the beach there was sandy and relatively shallow, crystal clear and warm waters. Great experience! Sonny and Joanne were amazing! Caught over twelve fish, snorkeled with sea turtles, nurse sharks and sting rays. Sonny made the best ceviche, coconut curry vegetable dish and of course the fresh catch of the day, snapper. All of the cooking happened at a beach with minimal people and warm calm water all to our selves. It was a great time, go with the flow feel. Highly recommend this tour!

This was the best day with the best guide! We absolutely loved Sonny! He was incredibly knowledgeable with fishing, patient when teaching, and completely flexible to our requests. Hes also one heck of a cook, our lunch was delicious! My husband has been on many fishing charters and this one he said was by far the best! Can you please have Sonny reach out to us? We'd like to continue our discussions of group outings in January.

Sonny and Brandon were amazing fisherman and guides! They put us on the fish right away, took is to a great spot to snorkel with turtles and nurse sharks while they cleaned the fish, and to top it off they took us to a private beach to literally cook the best fresh catch meal of our lives. We are coming back next year with the kids so they can experience what we just experienced, book it now!

It was as an experience of a lifetime. My favorite was diving for conch and then being served conch ceviche with our catch.

My boyfriend and I booked this excursion as an anniversary gift and it did not disappoint. Before booking, I read multiple reviews saying that if we did not book this excursion we would be missing out. I’m SO glad we booked! Alex, Robert, and AJ were the best crew we could’ve asked for. From hotel pickup to drop out we were provided with so much information and were smiling from ear to ear. Highlights of our tour included deep sea fishing, swimming with nurse sharks and turtles, fresh conch ceviche, and a private picnic lunch. We have only compliments to give regarding this tour! Awesome trip. Sonny and Brandon were excellent. Highly recommend. Because it’s private they let you decide what to do. Not obligated to do anything because of other guests. The food they made on the beach was as good if not better than what we ate in the high end restaurants.

This trip was far more than I expected. Not all of our party wanted to fish. The fishing turned out to be fun for everyone! Snorkeling was wonderful on the reef. We didn't have to compete with any other boats or crowds of people. Our final stop for lunch was a delight. The guides cooked all the fish that was caught on a beautiful beach. Don't hesitate to sign up with this group. They are terrific and very professional. We had a blast.

Sunny and Arnold were a great team and went out of their way to make our experience rememberable. They took us all over to find us great fishing spots and let us snorkel before they took us to a beachside to cook fish we caught.

To Long Didn’t Read version: if you want your guides to have really great, fun, engaging vibes and blow your mind with fresh food - choose this trip. I would recommend this particular excursion for someone who has already been to Hol Chan, but they’ll take you to that too if you’re more interested in snorkeling. We had such a great day on the water today with Alex and Brandon. They picked us up at our hotel, and we got straight into it - headed up the coast to pick up some bait fish, and then about 20 minutes later we were stopped in our first fishing spot. It took about 2 minutes to bring in the first fish - yellowtail. From there it was just one after another. We caught mostly yellowtail, plus a trigger fish and a strawberry grouper which was my favorite of the day. I was afraid to break it off during the fight to reel it in, so I passed the rod over to Alex once we realized how big the fish was. They’ll do whatever it takes to get the fish- or if you just want to fight the fight, they’ll let you do that. We learned a lot from them and they always had the next rod ready to go with bait on so we were just pulling in fish after fish. Right around 11:30/noon the fish stopped biting so we cruised over to the snorkeling spot. It was beautiful - we watched Brandon be a badass and catch a few types of lobster with a speargun. We saw a few parrotfish and a nurse shark. Once we’d snorkeled to our hearts desire, we hopped back on and went to go pick up the last ingredient for the ceviche - the conch. On our way we saw a pretty big bull shark. Once we got to BBQ beach spot, we cruised up next to about 3 other boats that were doing the same thing. They were all super friendly and the vibe was relaxing and low key. Bonefish were swimming everywhere. If you like to fly fish, bring your fly rod for this part. I’m gonna go into detail here - I had been incredibly sick for two days and hadn’t really been able to eat any food. This ceviche was probably the only thing on earth someone could have offered me to eat that looked appetizing. So at my pickiest I have ever been…this ceviche nearly brought a tear to my eye it was so good. It was SO good. And then Alex cooked the rest of the fish on a BBQ on the island shore. And again- it was too good for my puny stomach to turn down. I am not exaggerating, this was easily one of the best meals of my life. It actually ruined me because nothing else since then has sounded good. So yeah- if you want to eat some lights out food and catch some cool fish with great people- go with these guys. They were so fun to talk to- we just chatted all day and got to know them - they were both super personable and funny. I don’t have a single negative comment. I’ll never forget that trip.

We had an amazing time fishing with Sonny and Brandon - so much fun that we repeated our tour! For our first tour, we had a beautiful day. We met them at around 8:30 in the morning and had a great time diving for conch, catching fish, and snorkeling - before heading to the beach for a BBQ and more time in the water. Sonny and Brandon helped us a ton with fishing (and spear fishing) and lunch was absolutely incredible. Sonny also makes a great rum punch! We loved it so much we decided to repeat it a few days later. We had some rain, but had a ton of fun - we were still able to catch some fish and had a wonderful beach BBQ. Aside from being excellent fishermen, both Sonny and Brandon are super patient with helping with fishing and are a lot of fun to chat with. Highly recommend this for your trip to San Pedro!

They took time to explain to us the history, the fish, and the culture behind everything we did. All that AND they are great chefs. One of the best fresh seafood lunches available anywhere. We had a fantastic experience! I did the similar trip thirty years ago when I came here and wanted to do it again and this did not disappoint. Sonny took excellent care of us and made the day fun and exciting. His food for the cookout was simply next-level. I’d definitely go again. The fishing was very good and we caught lots of fish.

Best day of our weekend! We did a private trip with Sonny. We caught fish and he guided my husband to spear lobster. When I asked to see a turtle, within minutes my wish was granted. The lunch he cooked was off the charts and in general we just had a fun time together. Don’t miss this trip!!

Great experience with Sonny who was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Although we didn’t catch any fish, we did hook quite a few that were so big the line snapped. A couple of fish were taken by bigger fish as we were reeling them in, but still a great experience.

Great crew who tried their best to make this trip amazing for our group. For the price we paid, we expected to get right to the fun but unfortunately the prep work to make the cost worth it was a miss. We boarded two vessels to accommodate our large party, which was fine since we were going to the same stops, but found out we needed to stop at the bait traps to pick up bait before heading out; got there and no bait. We spent too much of our half day trip seeking bait which cut into the fishing time which everyone on our trip didn’t have a chance to fish. The guides also had to spear fish to catch our lunch since the fish weren’t biting as much (this was our second trip with them, my husband and friends only fished the day before and caught 21 fish, that would get a 5 star rating). Lunch was great: fresh fruit, fresh fish, potatoes to DIE for; but expect to eat off reused dishes and utensils. Then we only had 30 minutes to snorkel which we look forward to the most. The reef was awesome, saw some sharks and colorful fishes. Our guides were amazing, but the pre prep work should be reevaluated.

Ultimate in private boat, captain, and crew. My wife and I had the private experience with Captain Chicho. He took us to multiple fishing and snorkeling areas. Anything we wanted to do with expert guidance. It was lobster season so we had the most wonderful fresh lobster and ceviche on the sea surrounded by crystal clear waters and chill reggae on the Spotify. Most beautiful waters in the world (except for the sea grass patches, unusually prolific this year). But it did not deter us with the ocean, the sea, and the windy sun in our faces. A perfect (and exhausting) day of snorkeling, sun, and sea-borne picnic.

We had an amazing private fishing and snorkeling experience today with Sonny and Brandon from Wicked Adventures! From the moment we boarded, they made us feel welcome and completely at ease. They were fun, knowledgeable, and so great with our family—especially the kids. We caught a ton of fish and lobster, snorkeled crystal-clear waters, and even got to swim with nurse sharks. The boat was super clean and well-stocked, and they tailored the entire experience to what we wanted. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it made the day even more special. We had a fantastic time. Sonny and Brandon picked us up at our hotel dock. We went cast netting for bait and then a trip to the reef for fishing. We caught lots of fish and our guides were very helpful and nice. We had an opportunity to snorkel with the manatees, but decided to watch them from the boat. We then went to a lovely beach where we had ceviche and a fish BBQ. I would definitely recommend this company and especially our guides, Sonny & Brandon.

These guys first catch bait (sardines), then fish with you, then take you to a private beach and cook the catch of the day for you, then take you to various coral reefs to experience the best snorkeling in the world. We book a lot of private 5 star stuff on Viator and this is easily #1

Great day on the water, fishing the reef. Our captain Sonny was a great guide and worked with us to to catch, bait, and land our fish. Sonny was very experienced and shared all of his experience and insight in fishing and the reef. We caught a good amount of fish. My daughter even got into the action and dove for conch. We moved to another part of the reef to snorkel and saw turtles feeding. Afterwards we made it to a small remote part of the island and had lunch & ceviche, which was delicious. Everyone had fun and it was a great adventure to get out in the water. Would recommend!!

We had a great time in our half day reef fishing adventure. Alex and Brandon were efficient and worked hard to give our family the finishing trip we were looking for. Ended up catching a bunch of fish (our youngest out caught all of us) and took them to Palapa that night to have cooked. Will be back!

My wife and I have been on a lot of excursions and this one was the best. Alex and Ethan were a lot of fun and seemed to always be focused on making the day more enjoyable. We fished in 3 different locations with three different techniques and caught something at every stop. We snorkeled, then watched Ethan collect conch for the ceviche and off to the secluded beach for a bbq. Everything was delicious and a great way to cap off the trip. Just a fantastic memory and a great day with my wife the day before our anniversary.

We had such an incredible day out on the water, loved our guides, the snorkeling was excellent, fishing was fun, loved diving for conch, and the food was amazing. Good communication to plan the trip, and great (way beyond expected) customer service. One of our party left his phone at the beach bbq, another guide grabbed it for him and then the owner drive to meet us that night to hand deliver the phone, above and beyond. Highly recommend.

My husband fishes but not me so much Alex was very helpful in instructing me how to fish. We had a great time! My husband had an amazing time! Although we had to cut the day short, it was so lovely. Had a lot of fun fishing and the crew prepared a fabulous lunch of fresh conch ceviche and a snapper bake with the fish we caught. They were so kind, delightful, and made the whole experience great.

My husband and I just did a day of reef fishing, snorkeling, and a beach bbq with Wicked Adventures. Captain Dilson and Julio are the real deal. From the minute we got on the boat they were the most generous hosts helping us catch beautiful ocean fish, snorkel for conch, and even bringing us to swim with rays and sharks- and got lucky enough to see a turtle!!! The cookout was insanely delicious with the absolute best ceviche I’ve ever had. Best day ever! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I hope we get back to do another tour with them someday- so much fun can’t thank you enough Captain D and Julio!!!
