I had a great stay at the Watermark Hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was spotless and well maintained. The hotel has a beautiful, upscale vibe that made the experience feel extra special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.
Loved our stay at this hotel. The room was huge and spacious. Had a nice balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. The hotel was clean and the service was impeccable. Location was perfect. Right across the bridge, so it is outside of the hustle of downtown and the tourist strip but close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. One thing that I would say needed improvement was the restaurant and bar on-site. Food and drinks were not good but everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay so far (I have a couple of days left) and the staff has been amazing. The food is good, the drinks are good and our room was nice. We got the two bedroom, two bath with two balconies. The rooftop is where it’s at!!!! The bartender Danny has been great! Keeps the drinks flowing and he even let us pick some songs. The waitress Nancy is soooooo sweet! Her customer service is great (and she makes a mean hookah 😜)! They made our stay WELLLL worth it. Would highly recommend.
An absolute masterclass in hospitality. From the moment I arrived at the Hotel, Saleem and his staff delivered exceptional service. The rooms are comfy, clean and the property boasts an incredible pool with stunning views, but what truly sets this place apart is the completely frictionless experience. They handled all the heavy lifting, from coordinating my airport shuttle to securing a golf cart for the entire weekend. If you want a flawlessly managed stay where every detail is anticipated, this is the place.
I went with my adult children the week of thanksgiving. We came in with an issue as they requested that I pay more at checkin when the reservation was paid in full, and while I was promised a refund, I eventually had to dispute the charge on my credit card. My door wouldn't close easily. We had to SLAM it repeatedly to get it to close/lock maintenance came the room 3 times to address the issue. We were put in a corner room on the first stay floor, so our view was the top of the building behind us as well as trash/garbage from the buildings in between. The AC could not be adjusted so it was completely freezing in the room, but we couldn't crack the door because of the threat of mosquitos. The rooftop restaurant/bar was the only savings grace for this hotel. They were nice and attentive and very accommodating. it is located 15-20 minute extremely bumpy golf cart ride from restaurants and excursions, speaking of excursions I reached out 4 times before my stay about help with booking an excursion and I have yet to receive a response. While it is newly built, I wouldn't stay here again. I wished I had gone with something a little older but closer to town.
