Sunbreeze Suites

We’ve stayed at both Grand Caribe and Ramon’s. This last trip it cost roughly the same as Ramon’s, and the experience was totally different. It was a great location, safe, and our room was clean. Where our specific room was, was directly by a light that came into our room and we were woken up by construction each morning. Cost for the location.

It's a very nice place to stay, the people working here are amazing. The only bad thing which is not the fault of the hotel, is the smell that comes off the ocean when the sea grass is in bloom.

The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in while away from home. The room was clean and had everything I needed with one exception. I like to watch tv in bed before going to sleep. The only tv is in the main living area. All employees were kind and helpful.

Do not stay here, this has been Absolutely unbelievable. The service is terrible. I am 20 year old girl, I flew out to Belize today to surprise my boyfriend staying here with his friend. We went out and had a good time celebrating that I surprised him. However at MIDNIGHT we came back and I was only here for today and tomorrow and planned to check in when the desk opened the next day, but we got stopped and Manuel (the “security” guy who was rly just sitting down the whole night) stopped us and since there were only two people on the registry I could not stay there. We offered to pay, we talked to the “night manager” or whatever. Nothing. They kicked a 20 year old girl to the curb on her own at midnight. Absolutely insane. My boyfriend and his friend left with me tonight to find nicer hotels with kinder staff and people who can actually find solutions. This is outrageous. Terrible service and I will tell everyone I know to never stay here. Absolutely horrible, and on top of that, I can’t spend one night but drug dealers can hang out on the porch all day… quite unfair. Do not stay here.
