Transfer From Sorrento To Naples

We were so fortunate to be paired with Francesco for our trip from Sorrento to Rome. The trip could not have been more enjoyable, he was polite, personable, and so knowledgeable about the area. We experienced unexpected traffic, and even that didn’t dampen the spirit of the travel. We would 100% request him personally again for future travel.

Easy, clean, efficient from Sorrento to Napoli Airport! He was early, spoke clear english and helped with bags. Thanks to Ferdinando.

Glad to not be riding a train to get to our next location. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off.

First class service and David the driver was excellent, very informative and was really helpful at Naples Airport.Would recommend highly

Our driver, Francesco, was wonderful. They were on time, the car was very nice and new. Would book again.

Driver was on time, had a sign with our name immediately, and took us to our hotel as well as providing local information. Very polite, friendly, and cordial. Definitely use them again.

Francesco was a fantastic driver. Not only did he get us safely to our hotel in Naples but he was very informative too.

Francesco was a great driver an he was always helpful in giving us information so that we could connect to train. I will definitely recommend him and the company for transfer to and form Napoli and Sorrento.

Our driver was 90 minutes late picking us up for transportation to the airport. Extremely stressful we were worried we would miss our flight. I would not recommend this company.

Francesco was a fun driver and offered a great deal of stories about his life in Sorrento. We were stuck in traffic but he made it an entertaining transfer.

Frank and his company “Good Heart Limos” offer exceptional service! Reliable, professional and competitively priced. I recommend them without hesitation. Anywhere you want transport, Good Heart Limos, can provide!

David was a great driver and very nice. Also, told us a bit about the areas we were driving through. We would definitely use this service again😊

Professional driver, he was on time and the car was nice. I would recommend this service as it is good to have a car scheduled if you want to make sure you are on time.

The transfer went well. The driver drove us from sorrento to Naples train station. He’s arrived on time. The car was clean. He helped with our luggage. He directed us how to walk in the train station when we arrived at the Naples station. The driver was nice and courteous.

5/5. Great ride our driver was early and we had plenty of time before our train. I would recommend to anybody that is looking for transportation from Naples to Sorrento. They were very responsive when I asked a question on the app and got back to me within 24 hours!

David was an incredible driver - so kind and accommodating. Impeccable driving skills. Highly recommend!

David Melillo was an excellent driver - provided lots of information about the area which was great. Stopped so we could take photos at no extra charge. Spoke v good English.

On time, reliable and safe! This made our trip seamless. I would recommend booking them as taxis are hard to come by.

We were on family trip to Italy and decided to stay couple days in sorrento. I highly recommend this company!! Our driver was on time and very professional!!

Gustavo (excuse the bad spelling!) picked us up at 4am and was so kind and inviting. Definitely recommend

We had a great trip with out driver. This company was awesome at communicating and we really appreciated their professionalism. We would highly recommend their service.

We had one of the best drivers. Vito was kind, safe, and got us to our train on time. His car was clean and spacious too.

Great service! Great personality! Clean new van, makes a difference in travel. thank you for all Viator did to make our trip to Italy amazing! For 2 senior citizens, it was very helpful, curtious, on time, and comfortable.

It was a safe and easy way to get to the train station. It’s so much better than a taxi! Our driver was early, professional, and sage.would highly recommend!

Ferdinand was absolutely amazing. From the second he picked us up he took care of us, even buying our breakfast and coffee. He gave us great advice about timing and when we needed to leave certain places. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Ferdinand.

Reliable and on time! Comfortable and roomy van. Got us to our destination in perfect timing. Thank you!

The ride was comfortable and in a nice Mercedes van. Driver took us into the station with bags. Great experience

I would recommend this private transfer. Driver arrived at the agreed upon time (~4 hours prior to our flight) and was great!

Showed up on time and got us to the airport from Sorrento to Naples when our previous plans had fallen through. Good conversation and easy-going. Would highly recommend!

Gianluca was on time, personable and a careful driver. I’d use his services again! What else can be said! Thank you

Ferdinando was a brilliant driver - he arrived early and got us to the airport in great time. He was very safe and navigated busy streets with a people carrier with ease.

We called the number provided on the confirmation to verify pickup time from our Sorrento hotel to be transferred to a hotel in Naples. Each time we called no one picked up our call. The morning of the transfer, the company reached out to the hotel to state that they would be there. The message was placed on a note under the door and the transfer company arrived at 8:30AM. Since we were not aware, and it was well before hotel check-out time, we were not ready and the driver left. We had to make our own arrangements for a taxi to the hotel in Naples. We requested a refund and were denied a refund. Not good since we made calls to the transfer company and the phone was not picked up. If they don't answer their phone, they should have provided an email address as a form of communication.

Good Heart Limos were fantastic. We used them for several transfers around Sorrento. They easily accommodated our group of 5 and lots of luggage, managed bad weather and a lot of traffic, and our needs. There prices were very reasonable and all of the drivers professional and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Our driver was so personable, very very smart and engaging. We learned so much from him on the ride to the train station. I had sustained a knee injury while on vacation and he was amazing. Thank you so much.

We would love to thank Frank and GoodHeart Limo services for the absolutely AMAZING service. Every driver we had was right on schedule, extremely personable and gave great recommendations. Every ride we took was very comfortable, and it was overall a very easy and enjoyable experience. We traveled to 5 different cities using this service, and I would recommend any one who is traveling throughout Italy to book this service. They were very accommodating of all of our luggage (we had ALOT) and every ride was either in a Mercedes van or station wagon with plenty of room, AC, and plush seats, the drivers even gave me their WhatsApp to text me recommendations based on the city we were being dropped off in. Big big thanks to Frank and all the drivers (John Luca, Gabriele, etc.) and Good heart limo for the experience. Will definitely be booking again the next time we are in Italy.

Driver needs to have a sizable sign on the vehicle dashboard when they pick us up. No good way to connect with each other. Was in a busy and confusing place.

Lorenzo was amazing! He was very welcoming and gave us some suggestions for Naples. The car was very new and clean.

Great service --- would highly recommend this method of travel. Frank, with Good Hand sub-contracted trip, and was excellent. Jim

We had been on a boat tour of Capri and had to be at the train station in Naples to catch our fast train to Rome in the evening. Our tour ran late but our awesome driver, Olivia, was there waiting for us when we arrived. Traffic was slow and we weren't sure we would make it but we did, thanks to Olivia's excellent driving. She got us right to the front of the train station and we did have to run to make our train but we made it with a few minutes to spare. She was friendly but didn't overpromise. I would highly recommend Goodheart Limos for any private transfer needs. We also used them for our transfer from the airport to our hotel upon arrival in Naples. Francisco was there waiting for us and we located him right away outside of the baggage area of the airport. We were tired and it was late and he quickly got us to our hotel. He was very kind and met all of our needs. We then used them for our private transfer to/from Pompeii where we had a private tour reserved. Tony was our driver and was great! He was early and helpful and answered all of our questions about the Naples and Sorrento areas. He knew our tour guide so called him up and he was able to meet us where we were parked - so nice! As soon as our tour concluded Tony was there waiting for us to transfer back to Naples in a nice air conditioned Mercedes van. The van was clean, cool and comfortable. I'm so glad we chose this option instead of the train. Pompeii was hot and crowded so the private transfer gave us a chance too cool off and relax for the ride back to Naples. We would highly recommend Goodheart Limos for any of your private transfer needs in the Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento areas.

This is an efficient way to transfer from Sorrento to Napoli Centrale or simply Napoli. Scenic and easy drive. Otherwise, you will have to use the local train line.

Jon Franco was great! Very professional while also being very personable. Comfortable travel through some very heavy traffic from Sorrento to Naples.

Great service, door to door, on-time and very professional. The driver was very kind and attentive. Recommend!

Great experience! Had an early morning train ride departing from Napoli and was scared I would not find a taxi at 5am from Sorrento to Napoli. I called Good Heart Limos and they answered very quickly and were able to pick me up 30 minutes after my call. Got to Napoli on time for my train and it was smooth ride! Highly recommend their service!

Frank and his team were great. They speak English and were on-time and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this service to transfers from Rome/Naples to Sorrento. They also do day trips to other parts of Italy. We will use them again in Italy!

After travelling to Italy numerous times, I must say Frank is the best there is. Whether it is an airport transfer, or a private excursion, Good Heart Limos is second to none. Knowledgeable in areas of local history, geology, architecture, you will be entertained throughout your trip by Frank and his great personality. Thank you for the great time this week and looking forward to next year!

I highly recommend Good heart Limos. The name is indeed spot on! 😄 Not only was Frank very efficient but he also made the whole trip extremely pleasant. Go for it and enjoy the amazing Sorrento peninsula!

Francesco Buonocore is a serious, precise and reliable driver. Plus he's super punctual. The car then: new, comfortable and clean. I reviewed with five stars because the sixth was not there.

Raffaele's courtesy on the way from Sorrento to Naples was excellent. Non-annoying driving and travel in full comfort. We were comfortable.

We took advantage of the private transfer from Sorrento to Naples airport. Great Service, punctual and very courteous!
