The Amalfi Coast, Let's Live The Dolce Vita!

Salvatore picked us up at our hotel in the morning and we talked through where we wanted to go. He made great recommendations for places to see. The roads along the Amalfi coast are VERY narrow in places. Salvatore was an excellent and patient driver - expertly navigating the traffic (and other drivers!). We stopped in Positano, Ravello and Amalfi. We had plenty of time in each place to explore and eat as we liked! Salvatore then drove us back to our hotel in Sorrento. He also shared information about the area along the way and pointed out interesting sites. I highly recommend getting a private tour through Dolce Vita Limousine- totally worth it!!

Hello I recently completed a trip with Dolce Vita Limousine with my family which consisted of three bookings. Here is my experience for each booking. Booking 1: Transfer from Naples Airport to Sorrento Our driver Salvatore already communicated with me via text prior to our arrival into Naples Airport. He was constantly in touch with me as we were approaching the gate and at baggage claim explaining where he was waiting for us at the arrivals hall. Once we entered the arrivals hall he was directly in front of us greeting us with a friendly smile and assisted us with our luggage. We proceeded to our private limo via a short walk to the parking garage. The limo was meticulous and clean. There was a minor issue with one set of seats which only affected 1 passenger which was myself. Salvatore tried to troubleshoot on the spot but unfortunately needed professional attention. He assured the issue will be addressed and corrected. The ride to Sorrento was very comfortable and pleasant. During the travel Salvatore stopped and offered us coffee, water and snacks at a rest stop and tried once again to see if he can fix the issue. We arrived to Sorrento feeling relaxed due to the comfort of our private limo after a long travel day of 10 plus hours. Booking 2: Sorrento to Ravello, Amalfi and Positano Once again Salvatore communicated to me his arrival to pick us up in Sorrento. He assisted us with our luggage and we departed for our day excursion to visit 3 places along the Amalfi coast. As promised the issue with the seat was fixed and Salvatore offered us a chilled bottle of prosecco to compensate for the slight issue we had with seat on the day of arrival. We visited Ravello and Amalfi and had a lovely time. The ease of visiting these places was made possible with Dolce Vita. We were dropped off directly at the entry to the main square in Ravello and Amalfi. As we explored, Salvatore communicated to me his exact location so we can move on to our next destination. Prior to going to our final destination (Positano) Salvatore popped open the chilled prosecco which was extremely needed after a long morning in the hot sun. We finally arrived to Positano with a comfortable and smooth ride driving along the panoramic road along the Amalfi Coast. We arrived to our hotel and Salvatore assisted us with our bags directly into the hotel. Booking 3: Positano to Naples Central Rail Station Punctual as always, Salvatore met us at our hotel lobby and assisted us with our luggage. We began our last and final trip heading towards Naples to catch our Frecciarossa Train to Rome. Along the way Salvatore stopped for us to grab a quick coffee and snack. Everyone was tired after a few busy days of touring but the ride to Naples was extremely comfortable and quiet. Some of us actually napped along the way. We were brought directly to the entrance of the train station and we were sad to say goodbye to Salvatore. He truly made our trip comfortable, safe and secure and also very special along the way. Dolce Vita Limousine offers 5 Star ***** Service and went above and beyond. I never hired a car/limo service before and didn't know where to start. I had many options to book with another low cost provider but decided to choose Dolce Vita for one particular reason and that was CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was not just another booking but part of the extended family. Marco, the owner, took time out of his day to call me directly to answer my questions and concerns. We spoke for almost 30 minutes discussing my itinerary and after that phone call I was assured that Dolce Vita is the right choice. Grazie Mille Marco and Salvatore.

Excellent experience with great assistant Mauro. He was caring and just lovely person as well. Went out of his way to put a plan to give us what we wanted and more with lots of thought. Highly recommend this Company who service from booking to delivery with communication is outstanding.

Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish! The entire experience was extremely professional, and the vehicles were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every driver we had was courteous and professional. We were especially fortunate to have Salvatore as our driver for two of our three trips. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and more than accommodating. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend this car service without hesitation. The level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding. I truly don’t think you’ll find a better car service in the area. We will absolutely use them again!

We had two very good experiences with this company. Had a driver named Mateo for a full day and he was wonderful and very colorful. Had another driver named Manuel take us from Praiano to the Naples airport. He was also very friendly and arrived right on time. No hassles or problems. This is a great and reliable company to use in the area.

We took a private car tour from Sorrento, to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello with Dolce Vita. They were so accommodating as we changed several times, and the vehicle was clean and extremely comfortable. Our driver, Antonio (who I would highly suggest) was the best. He knew so much along they way, and made this trip so special. He took us to a place for lunch, that was just spectacular, and knew the ins and outs, so we never got in any heavy traffic. We stopped at places along the way for pictures and shopping, that just perfect. If you want to do it right, contact Marco at Dolce Vita, book a private tour, and definitely ask for Antonio.

Our transport from Rome to the Amalfi Coast was smooth, luxurious, and fun! Dolce Vita was wonderful company and Raffaele was a great driver!

Marco and his drivers drove us from Rome to Amalfi and then took us around while in Amalfi. Marco's cars and drivers were lovely, professiona, clean and very safe along the winding roads of Amalfi. I HIGHLY recommend Dolce Vita Limousine for your travel needs while in Amalfi.

No matter what I say here, it can not accurately describe the how wonderful of a day my husband and I had! Marco was fantastic! Great conversation, knowledge of the area, and advice for us at each stop! He gave us advice on places to eat for the rest of our trip, shopping tips, and overall things to know or avoid to give us the best local experience as possible! He truly helped make our trip even more perfect! He is so knowledgeable of the area’s history and we truly appreciated his willingness to share it and chat about his experiences! We toured the most beautiful pottery studio, Amalfi, had lunch in Minori, wandered around Ravello, and were dropped of back in Positano where we were staying. Warm, high class, and professional from start to finish, but we felt like we left with a new friend! If you’re even mildly considering this- Do it! You won’t regret it one bit!

We had an excellent time with Marco, our driver. He was fantastic. As a local young man from the area, he was very knowledgeable about the coastal area. He recommended great places to stop, shop and refresh. He provided us with his number in case we running late and wanted to spend a little more time in an area we liked. He was very flexible, very personable and was the perfect fit for out Amalfi experience. If you get a chance to request him and he is available, book him, you will not regret it. He picked us up at our hotel in Sorrento in the morning, and dropped us off at our hotel in Sorrento in the evening. A safe and experienced driver. Our experience was a memorable one.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! Marco was so kind and attentive from the very start of our journey from the Naples Airport to Positano. He was waiting outside the airport with my last name written on an iPad when we exited and immediately took our baggage. There was champagne and glasses waiting for us to begin our honeymoon celebration! He was so informative of the area and even answered a few of my texts throughout the week with questions I had about the area! He truly helped make our experience of the Amalfi coast stress free and was a wonderful, warm welcome and goodbye to the beautiful area! Will absolutely be booking again when we return to the area!

Wonderful experience exploring the Amalfi Coast with Marco! For anyone with a few days in the region, this is a great way to get a feel for different towns along the coast with a professional driver/guide. We were based in Positano but loved our stops in Ravello and Amalfi to shop and explore. Great service, and perfect cars for those looking for luxury transfers and tour. Friendliness professionalism and kindness! I booked this Service based solely and exclusively on the email exchange with our correspondent Marco Cuomo. From the beginning he was kind, caring and patient to answer all our questions.
