We absolutely loved our tour! Our guide (Stephanie) was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us such an interesting and thorough look into the history and culture of Sorrento. She introduced us to local artisans, wonderful local foods, and so many special places we might never have discovered on our own. Her experience really showed, but what made the tour especially enjoyable was how personable and attentive she was. She made a point of being aware of everyone’s needs in our group and kept the entire experience comfortable, interesting, and fun. We came away feeling like we had truly gotten to know Sorrento rather than simply visited it. A wonderful experience and one of the highlights of our time here. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Stephanie was amazing and welcoming. We had such a lovely couple of hours with Stephanie. Would highly recommend. The food and drink were also delicious as well.
Very good experience. Our guide, Stephanie, was great.
This was the first tour we did upon arriving in Sorrento and Sonia was an amiable and funny host. She took us for our first taste of the delicious Falanghina wine that I now cannot get enough of as well as the unmatched Sorrento tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. We also had a lot of fun tasting all that Limonoro has to offer and after a stop for some more Falanghina we were taken for a taste of the infamous Delicia de Limone dessert that is to die for. I cannot stress enough how perfect this tour is to inaugurate your trip to Sorrento. A taste of the good life and a great lay of the land.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke good English and took us on a tour of the back streets of Sorento which included a visit to an amazing deli where they made their own Mozzarella and had a fantastic collection of cheeses and home made meals.
our guide was amazing , knowledgeable , and very informative , she made us feel comfortable right at the start , we would recommend this tour
Sonya and Alessandra were wonderful tour guides and hosts! They were incredibly sweet and friendly, and each stop on our tour felt like we were all visiting old friends. The wine, limoncello, cheeses and treats were all delicious, and our guides were the sweetest. Highly recommend for a laid back, fun sample of what Sorrento has to offer.
We thought this was a small group tour but the two of us showed up to our first night in Sorrento and were met by a very nice, but new to the guide business, host. So it was only us two and the guide. It became apparent immediately that this was not a planned out event on our first stop for some lemon drink. Nothing was explained to us as to what we were having and we had no idea as to what was coming next and it was simply awkward. So much so that our guides brother showed up to help him show us around. It was nothing like we signed up for and when we texted the host, Simona, our thoughts on the experience, she chose to just say sorry but not offer any sort of financial retribution. This tour was a miss. But I will say that the guide and his brother were nice men, we just did not get what we paid for and were not rightfully compensated in anyway.
Great experience- the whole family enjoyed the cooking process, the meal and the amazing staff! Would highly recommend! 💚🇮🇹❤️
Lisa was great! She showed us the real Sorrento- we felt like we were part of the culture and she became part of our family ❤️💚🇮🇹
We loved it! Starting with the fantastic limoncello spritzer at a place we never would have found, dinner was delicious as was everything else. We had a nice variety of tasting experiences. A couple people in our group were skeptical in the beginning but ended up raving about it. Federico was knowledgeable and very nice. Definitely recommend.
What a fun way to learn about Sorrento. Our guide Lisa was so informative and so much fun. We learned about the history and visited a woodworking gallery carrying on the tradition. The variety of food and drink was enticing and ended with yummy gelato. Highly recommend this tour as early as possible in your vacation to learn how to navigate the streets and appreciate the beauty.
Sadly, this trip is canceled due to lack of participation. So, I was not able to go on a tour to review it. I will say they let me know two days in advance which I appreciated
Really enjoyed this tour, and our guide was very nice and was very informative. We had the best limencello spritz ever, and in fact went back the next day to get it again! Only minor complaint was that it started later than originally planned, so we didn't really eat any food until 8 pm. Not a ton of food, but we sort of expected that, but overall would recommend this for sure.
This is a tour I was really looking forward to after reading previous reviews. However it was very disappointing. The tour was to start at 17.00 but due to a family emergency ( which I'm very sympathetic to) it didn't start till 19.00. My partner and I hadn't eaten before the tour as we thought (after reading the reviews) that it we'd be well fed on the tour. This was not the case, after a bit of a historical tour of the town we made our first stop where we were given a drink and packet of crisps. The second stop was at a local delie where we were given a few bites of cheese and meat. The third was at a craft beer bar where we were given a bite of ricotta cheese and the last was an ice-cream shop for a scoop of gilatto . The tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable, but all in all for the price of this tour it really wasn't worth it. I paid far less on a Pompeii tour with a visit to a winery which was amazing and the food and wine we had were fantastic. I wouldn't recommend this tour at all.
It was difficult to review this tour. Our tour guide Lisa was amazing and I would rate her 5 stars however the tour did not live up to expectations. The tour itinerary indicates that the tour starts with an expresso coffee which we did not receive. The tour also indicated that we would taste seafood which we also did not receive. I feel that the tour does not offer great value for money. I would suggest that you just book one of the many good restaurants in Sorrento.
Our guide was wonderful but…. We felt that compared to other food tours We have been on ,there was not value for money spent .
The perfect way to get to know the city and to meet new people. I’m not usually a huge fan of socializing with strangers but we all warmed up after that healthy pour of wine! Even ended up going out for drinks with a couple after the tour. Do it early in your trip, it helped us navigate for the rest of the week. The walk wasn’t too intense but there are some legit hills. Our guide Lisa, was wonderful and took us to places that are gems buried in all of the “touristy” places. She was very patient and let us have plenty of time at each stop. There was some confusion on the meeting spot but she said that she would work on getting that fixed. We were the last to arrive because we were waiting in the wrong place with no cell service. Just be sure you know where to meet and bring an appetite and wear comfy shoes. We didn’t have a full meal, but lots of amazing tapas.
Our tour was amazing! It had a lot more history and general information than we were expecting which made my wife happy but the real highlight was our tour guide Lisa. She was very interesting, well-informed, and super kind. Her english was excellent and she answered all of our many questions. The food and drinks on the tour were also very tasty and the walks in between the food/drink stops gave us a chance to digest before the next great tasting. My wife and I highly recommend this tour!!!
We loved this tour!! We were a group of three, and it was just us and the tour guide. Scheduling the meet up was easy. Our tour guide was so friendly and knew so much about Sorrento (he was born and raised there). He showed us so many great spots in Sorrento, some that were loved by locals and some that are loved by all! Highly recommend taking this tour on the first day or two of your trip, because we have such a good list of recommendations after this tour! It’s a great way to know which spots are worth hitting and which are tourist traps.
Carolina was an amazing guide that led us to so many gems in Sorrento that we would have never found on our own. We even went back to visit some of the restaurants she took us to because we just had to have them again! Experiencing this tour was one of the highlights of our stay in Sorrento & we’d do it again in a heartbeat!💙🍷🌄
Extremely disappointed in this tour. Two of the places we stopped for food were places that were free items that were being given away as free samples to everyone. One other restaurant was a bag of chips for food. The tour guide was friendly but did not give us much details about city, etc..We have used Viator numerous times before but will definitely be more hesitate to ever use them again.
We set off on our tour learning about the history and art of Sorrento. Then, after an excellent Limoncello Spritz, we enjoyed antipasti with wine, lasagne with craft beer, chocolate and limoncello tastings,, and finished with gelato. Our guide was entertaining and professional. Recommended
IT was such a great tour with Mariano. He took us to places we walked past without knowing. Highly recommend this tour
Carolina was excellent. She was very friendly and informative. The beer stop was an unexpected surprise
The tour leader is the reason I give 5 stars. An amazing professional. I GREAT tour Cxxxxxxccddcxddddddddddfddcdccccfcffccffcffffffff
Our tour guide Carolina made the tour amazing. She was very funny and very knowledgeable about the area. Definitely recommend. The food and drinks were great. A great way to get to know the city. Recommend doing this the first day of your stay in Sorrento
If you are visiting Sorrento, this tour would be a great way to see the town on day one! Our guide Laura showed us some delicious food spots and even let us try a local craft beer restaurant. Hands down the best part of the experience were the limoncello spritzes over by the Marina Garnde.
Excellent introduction to Sorrento, it’s delicious tastings and walking area! Desiree took us into many local favorites for beer and wine tastings, delicious cheese samplings and dessert galore including tiramisu , ricotta with honey and almonds, almond cake , gelato and all the limoncello you can drink! Tavernas and bars were welcoming and generous with portions! Always our favorite way to get to know a new city! Thank you Desiree for your secrets and treasure you shared!
Desiree was the most sweet and patient guide. She gave us an incredible mixed tour of culture and food tastings. She was very knowledgeable of the different types of food and chose the best places for us and everything was delicious. We started on time and it was easy to find the meeting point. It was an amazing experience. We would recommend her 100%.
We met Desiree near Tasso Square and from the first introduction she was fabulous. Informative, fun, knowledgeable.. we had it all with Desiree! This experience took us around Sorrento on a walking tour with stops for nibbles and drinks & tastes of regional food...the Limoncello Spritz (OH MY GOODNESS!). As well as history of the local area, Desiree led us through the streets and showed us wonderful things we would probably not have found without her. Our take away, aside from full tummies and fuzzy heads, was an amazing overview of a beautiful place....the sights, the tastes, the history, the lemon groves and jasmine....just stunning. Thank you Desiree for sharing all you are so obviously very proud of :)
The food and wine tour was a fabulous evening! Our guide, Laura, was wonderful and introduced us to the city’s treasures. Sipping limoncello spritz’s while overlooking Marina Grande was just one of the many highlights. We loved meeting the shop owners and experiencing all of the delicacies. Food, drinks, sights, and lots of laughter. Highly recommend this tour!
Hugo was the best guide !!! He took his time during the whole tour going out of his way to explain the history of surrento and not rushing us at every food and drink spot.
Our guide Orendello was informative and educated in local culture and took us to authentic places. Highly recommend this booking!
Went on the food and wine tour with Marco and it was a blast. His knowledge and love of Sorrento was intoxicating and the places we were brought to we're top notch! This is a must do activity while in Italy!
Best tour of our week in Sorrento. Our seasoned travel group felt we were given a glimpse of life from a resident in your lovely town. We enjoyed walking the streets, meeting friends, owners of the local restaurants, bars, shops. The wine, food were wonderful but learning the process of making mozzarella was fascinating. Highly recommend Marco for your tour guide.

Our guide Marco, was awesome. He was a local who had a real love of Sorrento and knew everybody. Sorrento was super cute town and the food every place we stopped was delicious! We ended at a really pretty waterfront restaurant at sunset which we really enjoyed. It was a little pricey, but was a really great day overall.
