Oh my gosh , I could never say enough amazing things about this experience. We went three best girlfriends and had an amazing time. They welcomed us like we were family taught us to make Nokia teramasu, Eggplant parmesan and shared their wine at their table, like they had known us forever, the owner"papa" made sure everyone was full before we left. This is not a 5 star place. It is a five thousand star place if I ever did anything again in italy it would be this.Thank you for the wonderful food , wine and memories.

My daughter and I are so happy we booked this class! Valentina and Antonio were warm, welcoming hosts who graciously invited us into their home for a lovely, light lunch. Then it was time to get cooking! I can't believe how much we accomplished in a few hours. Valentina’s instructions were easy to follow, and everything was so thoughtfully organized, perfectly timed, and delicious. We left VERY full! Our group was small, with just one other mother-daughter pair, which made it feel even more special and fun. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this experience!

Warm, friendly, funny husband-wife team. Authentic, non-touristy experience. A highlight of our Italy tour.
Lots of fun! Would highly recommend this class!
We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class! Everyone in the family was so welcoming and the relaxed environment made it a very easygoing experience. We were picked up on time at the specified meeting spot and when we arrived were greeted with a glass of wine. It was so fun and easy making the pasta, eggplant Parmesan and tiramisu we all felt like amazing chefs! Then we all dined together! I would highly recommend this class!
We had a wonderful experience! The hosts were fantastic and passionate about creating a welcoming environment for the guests. We enjoyed the meal and fellowship.
Outstanding experience!! We learned techniques and experienced excellent food which we helped prepare!
Fun and engaging experience. It’s was nice to unwind and get away from the crowds with an intimate dinner. The hosts were great!
It was so much fun! We learned a lot about hands on Italian cooking and drank wine. Our hosts could not have been more friendly. We toured the garden and fruit grove while enjoying Lemoncellos.
We had an amazing evening! Mariana picked us up and then we had a great tour of the garden! We met other attendees and got to know each other while enjoying a limoncello spritz! We were traveling with another couple and we all loved the full experience- cooking, laughing, learning and dining together!
What a wonderful class with Valentina and Antonio! They so warmly welcomed us into their home, treated us like family, and Valentina shared her cooking skills and passion. Seriously, the best tiramisu I've ever had! Add this as your food activity and come hungry and ready to learn!
What an fab experience! From the moment we were picked up, we felt completely at ease and genuinely welcomed. The setting is wonderful – a little oasis tucked away in the heart of Sorrento, with a relaxed atmosphere. We made gnocchi, tiramisu and eggplant Parmesan, with the perfect mix of hands-on cooking, laughter and insights into authentic Italian food. Great fun, but we also learned so much! The small group made it feel really personal, with everyone getting involved, asking questions and enjoying themselves. And the great wine and limoncello certainly added to the experience. Nothing felt rushed just a wonderfully authentic, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable few hours. A real highlight of our visit! Fun, friendly, authentic and genuinely memorable. If you’re in Sorrento, we thoroughly recommend it.
Amazing experience. Small group, very personable, food was amazing, drinks were flowing, family business. Can’t say enough good things about this class. Perfect way to end our stay in Sorrento.
Valentina was wonderful! The class was at her home in her back yard where she grows her own vegetables and herbs which we used for our dishes we made and it was delicious!! Charming setting, would love to do it again!! Thank you so much, also enjoyed her helper/assistant Antonio!🥰
This was an amazing, authentic cooking experience that we will be able to take back home and replicate. Valentina was wise and patient and supported us all to cook Italian food. The small group was perfect and the hospitality of Valentina and her family was very much appreciated.
This is a must do. Valentina and her family have an amazing home and the gardens and cooking class were out of this world. We made the best gnocchi I’ve ever had and the eggplant Parmesan and tiramisu were fabulous. The hospitality was second to none. We loved this experience.
One word - excellent! From Salvatore who picked us up at our hotel, to being met at their lovely garden and home by Marianna to the brilliant cookery class delivered by Tony, this was a most enjoyable experience - one of the best trips we’ve ever done - no hesitation in recommending to anyone who visits Sorrento - I’m not a great cook but even what I produced was delicious (parmigiana, gnocchi and tiramisu) - bravissimo!
Salvatore was a wonderful host! My kids and I really enjoyed the experience! From start to finish a memory we will always remember
Marianna and Tony make you feel very welcomed! This is a family-owned business, and most food items are fresh and from their gardens. You'll tour the gardens before you begin with an aperol spritz in your hand. The class takes place outside under a canopy. My daughters and I had a wonderful time! We highly recommend especially if you are looking to learn a few cooking tips and enjoy delicious food. Buon Appetito!
So glad we did this! Such Lovley hosts who made us feel like part of the family! A great place to learn local dishes and meet different people - we had a Lovley group and had such fun. A really nice outside kitchen too covered with a canopy and comfy seats and trees to relax around. They also picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel which was a nice bonus! 100% would recommend x
So fun and cool!!! Actually, I did think it would be a less couples focused experience. All the same I found it very fun, informative, and special. This is a great experience. Completely recommend!!
Lovely atmosphere, friendly cook & family, the dishes we prepared were clearly explained & we could enjoy them afterwards...everything fresh from their garden, the eggplants, the tomatoes...and their own wine & Limoncello were delightful.
Wonderful small group experience in the outdoor kitchen of a real family living in Sorrento. So cool! They had their own gardens where they grew a lot of their own ingredients. The husband even drove us back to our hotel afterwards. Great food, felt like a real family experience.
If you are to book one activity in Sorrento, let It be this class. Me and my family had the absolute best time at this cooking class!! The family That runs this class couldnt of been more amazing. If I could give them 100/10 stars, I would!
This was a wonderful family run event from the start! We are picked up at our Air BnB (which was essential for us as we were staying far up the hills!) and brought to the destination. We were greeted with a spritz and bruschetta. We toured the family garden (and met Leo, the golden retriever, and a few cute kittens!) and then got started on our courses. We made tiramisu, eggplant parm, and gnocchi. There was a pizza class going on at the same time and we were able to try their pizza as well! Everything was fantastic. Service was great. Their homemade red wine was truly the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
This was a beautiful wholesome fun activity. We were met with a friendly welcoming family, had a tour of the beautiful gardens where all of the fresh produce is grown and then enjoyed a lemon spritz drink before starting our activity. There were us and 2 other couples. We made pizza and they made gnocchi and egg plant parmigiana. We all made tirimasu. Everyone regardless of what they made had an opportunity to try Everything. There was wine and water and great conversation all round. Had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this experience.
The gnocchi class was fantastic! Such a fun and authentic experience. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient, making the class enjoyable for everyone. They took the time to guide us through each step, and the gnocchi turned out delicious! You can really tell they love what they do. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and hands-on cooking experience.
My friend & I had the BEST TIME! They give you a tour of the property, give you delicious drinks & homemade wine, and the food was nothing short of perfection. Can't recommend this enough!
From start to finish this experience was amazing. from arranging being picked up right through to the end of the experience you are made to feel like part of the family. When we arrived at the farm we were given a tour showing us all of the home grown produce used in all their classes. We were then given a welcome lemoncello spritz and then the fun started. We cooked tiramasu, eggplant parmagana, and gnocchi, and I will deffinately be trying these once I get back to the UK. There was fun and laughter all through the experience especially when we told the chefs we put garlic in lasagne, pineapple on pizza and when I asked the chef if he learned to toss his gnocchi by a Chinese wok chef.... We had to promise not to ever put garlic in our lasagne ever again. We tried their home made wine and lemoncello which was delicious. Can't recommend this activity enough, the entire staff team were amazing. Was also great tweet the other guests all the way from the USA.
This cooking class was one of the highlights of my birthday trip on the Amalfi Coast. Chef Valentina welcomed us like family from the moment we walked in, guiding us through making homemade Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, a rich Eggplant Parmesan, and the most decadent Tiramisu — all from scratch. I have a gluten sensitivity, and she effortlessly accommodated it without my experience feeling any less authentic or special, which said everything about who she is as an instructor and host. Our experience was intimate and grounding as we learned recipes that have been passed down for generations, in the place where they originated. We sat down together afterward to eat what we’d made. Our cooked meal was accompanied with Caprese, Bruschetta, local wine, and Limoncello which somehow tasted even better knowing we prepared the dishes ourselves. If you want an authentic cooking experience in Sorrento that feels real instead of touristy, book Core ’e Pasta. Chef Valentina doesn’t just teach you to cook — she makes you feel like family. I left with new skills, a full heart, a full belly, and unforgettable memories.
One of the top highlights of our trip! Giovanni and his team couldn’t have been more welcoming. The property is amazing. We had a tour of the farm and he picked fresh lettuce to make a salad after we all Commented on how beautiful it looked. It was a great lively group of people.Giovanni was a very organized and supportive teacher . We made Tiramisu , eggplant parm and gnocci. He took us thru step by step. We had homemade lemoncello and wine . Everything was delicious and the ingredients were fresh and we will definitely host an Italian dinner at our home with the recipies we made. This class was a lovely experience from beginning to end with a wonderful, warm team and a great group of people. We had a blast and learned a lot!
Absolutely wonderful experience. Meeting Nona and the family, the outdoor kitchen, the gardens, the food!!! Highly recommend!
Incredible experience. Family was welcoming and generous. They answered our questions about pizza as well, even through we did not attend the pizza class. Tony was a great teacher and entertaining. Marianna was a fantastic host. The whole family went above and beyond and the food was delicious.
I highly recommend this cooking. The host family is extremely kind and welcoming. Main ingredients used for the class are home grown. You will not regret this reservation. You will make memories that will last a lifetime. The homemade Limoncello shot is the ultimate chef’s kiss.
I cannot begin to express how wonderful this experience was. Just amazing. Valentina and Antonio were the ultimate hosts. They are both exceptional individuals and a beautiful couple. From the moment we arrived until our departure we felt pampered and welcomed into there beautiful outdoor kitchen and living space. The gardens and backyard setting were just lovely. For a real Italian feel book this class and not a city restaurant class. Now for the food! I would have to say it was the best meal we had on our vacation and we made it! Incredible handmade gnochi, eggplant parm and tiramisu were all delicious. I only wish I could duplicate this meal at home. Valentina is a great, patient cooking teacher. We never felt rushed and savoured every minute soaking up her expertise and guidance. It was bittersweet saying goodbye to them as we just loved our time spent with them. I hope to return one day and would book again. I highly recommend this experience. You will have fun, a wonderful meal and time spent with a wonderful local family. Don’t hesitate book and have the BEST time.
This experience was absolutely amazing! I came with my boyfriend and a friend, and we were also able to enjoy the evening with another family. The experience is so unique because it takes place in the beautiful garden of the chef’s home, where she grows many of the ingredients used in the cooking class. You can truly feel how passionate she is about what she does, and that energy was contagious. The entire evening felt warm, authentic, and incredibly homey, and it was so special to see the whole family involved. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting!
Fantastic Italian cookery course in the wonderful setting of Valentino’s garden. We had a brilliant morning making gnocchi and tiramisu. Valentino and her family were very welcoming. This really was an experience that my friend and I will never forget. Bellisimo ❤️
This cooking class was a highlight of our trip! Valentina, Antonio, and Sara made us feel at home, while teaching us simple (but delicious) recipes. My mother and I both love to cook and we’re paired with another couple. We made classic gnocchi, eggplant Parmesan, and tiramisu. Valentina brings her years of experience as a professional chef and the family as fabulous hosts. They were quick and generous with wine and homemade limoncello and snacks. And gave us a tour of their garden. They are friendly and funny and quickly made us all feel like old friends. The transportation to and from our hotel made the whole process easy! If you are even thinking about a cooking class in Sorrento, don’t hesitate! This is a well spent evening!
This was our favorite activity/excursion we did in Italy! Antonio and Salvatore were fantastic! The cooking class was so much fun and the food was phenomenal. The family farm is beautiful and the cooking area has a wonderful view of the lemon and olive trees. The provided wine and limoncello were also delicious and a wonderful touch. I would absolutely recommend this activity to anyone visiting Sorrento!
Tony and Mariana were wonderful. They were so friendly and made our day so special with our two daughters. Our pizza was delicious and they made a dessert for my birthday and sang to me! I couldn’t believe the experience.. it was the best day . Rafaela was great!
This was such a memorable and fun day for my husband and me! Marianna, her family, and Chef Tony were so warm and welcoming, and this cooking class was definitely a highlight of our trip to Sorrento. We were surrounded by lemon, orange, and olive trees in a beautiful outdoor space. The food was fresh, including tomatoes, lemons, eggplant, and potatoes coming from the family garden. Tony guided us through making tiramisu, eggplant parmigiana, and gnocchi, as Marianna chatted with us at the table. The final product was delicious! If you are looking for an authentic Italian cooking class with a wonderful family, I would highly recommend this experience!
Tony and Marianna made the experience fantastic. Learned so much and had so much fun at an authentic family farm. Would totally recommend.
What an absolute fantastic experience we had. The best cooking class we could have hoped for. We were lucky in that it was just my wife and I in the class. Valentina and Antonio treated us like family while giving us a wonderful cooking experience. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to their place and were greeted with prosecco, wine bruschetta and burrata. We toasted with them at the start. Then we prepared and cooked gnocchi, eggplant Parmesan and tiramisu. They even had gluten free options for my wife. All the food was so tasty and wonderful. The experienced far exceeded our expectations. We laughed and smiled the whole time. We even met their two children. Two wonderful children. They gave us hugs as we left and Antonio and his son drove us back to the hotel. If you are in Sorrento you must go.
This was an excellent experience in the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend that you attend this course. We made eggplant tiramisu and gnocchi and it was all excellent. We also got the recipes in writing afterwards.
Our family had a fabulous time visiting, cooking, and eating with Valentina and Antonio! Our hosts were very welcoming. We had a tour of their lovely garden followed by an appetizer and spritzer, instructions for making our three course meal, dinner with wine, and a home made Limoncello tasting. The entire experience was wonderful and was definitely our favorite activity during our stay in Sorrento! Don’t miss this one!
great time learning to make Gnocchi, Egg Plant Parm and Tiramisu. Very hands on experience. enjoyed seeing their garden and everything they grow. Very nice time cooking with Chef Tony. Would highly recommend this activity.
From pick up, to drop off , this was the most unforgettable experience ! The drive up the hills to this family farm was breathtaking . The cooking experience was so educational and fun ! Our cooking instructor , Giuseppe was so passionate about the food and immersed us into his cooking world . The food that we made was easy and delicious and Giuseppe provided us with take home recipes . They even paused the cooking so that we could take in the most amazing sunset overlooking the town of Sorrento down below . I am so happy that I chose this cooking experience because it was way more than just a cooking lesson . We later enjoyed our meal at a beautiful table with the most gorgeous backdrop . I couldn't recommend this experience enough !
Rosa and Fabiana were amazing at helping us book the class and for helping coordinated all needed to get there. Will definitely use them again for our next adventures.
This cooking class with Valentina and Antonio was truly one of the most special parts of my trip. Being welcomed into their personal home, cooking with ingredients from their own garden, and sharing stories around the table felt like being with family I didn’t know I had. Their homemade limoncello from their own trees was unforgettable, and every dish we made tasted incredible. I’m so glad we chose them. The whole experience felt personal, warm, and full of genuine connection. It’s a memory I won’t forget, and I left feeling inspired — like I can actually cook again.
