Small Group Tour From Sorrento To Blue Grotto, Anacapri And Capri

Had a great day with Luigi as our guide. Got to the Blue Grotto early, chair lift, tour of the island and boat tour. He was organized , informative and friendly.

I will use my new favorite word to describe our guide, Marcella: Perfecto! She was delightful, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every suggestion for free time was, yes, perfecto! She was very accommodating of the group's needs and interests. The tour was well-paced and organized and the Blue Grotto visit was the highlight of the excursion!

It's very nice but a lot of walking. The guide, Giorgio, was great. Even though the Blue Grotto was closed, the boat ride around the island was terrific with its beautiful views.

Wonderful experience! Marcella was so great!!! Full of energy and smiles! Great day! Lots accomplished as we had great weather and great drivers!

They waste time taking you in a bus all the way to the Blue Grotto instead of taking you by boat so that you can see the beautiful coast. They offer to do that at the end of the tour for an additional $25 per person. I do want to say that, Marcella, our guide was excellent.

This tour was the highlight of our travels. Luigi was an amazing tour guide. He was skillful in getting us to all the sites quickly and efficiently skipping the lines while being a fun and enjoyable guide. He arranged a wonderful private boat tour around the island with a fun a skilled sailor Marco who took us to many spectacular caves and beautiful vistas while serenading us at the same time.

Wow! This was a great day! Luigi was a fantastic guide and he managed to get us into the blue grotto, anacapri chair lift, and added in a boat tour around the island to cap off the day. In between we had some shopping/eating time. Luigi moved us around the island with efficiency and ease and made us laugh while doing it. We got lucky with the weather, but we also got lucky to get Luigi as our guide. A++++ day and tour!

Had the best day exploring Capri & Anacapri with our tour guide Luigi. He knew how to navigate to make sure we had the best experience in the Blue Grotto & the Chairlift to the Top of Anacapri. Had time to explore the beautiful island & capped off the day with a boat ride from Marina Grande to Marina Piccolo

We had the perfect day! Luigi was an amazing guide!! Got us on an early ferry and barely had to wait in line for the grotto or the chair lift!

We had an amazing day touring all that Capri island offers and Marcella was the perfect host, she kept us so organized, informed and ahead of potential lines! In addition to our amazingly tidy tour of Blue Grotto, we saw Anacapri with easy strolling, rode the chairlift to the top of the island with no wait times and had plenty of time to check out the Capri highlights and more. She worked so passionately and knew instinctively how to keep our small group going so we didn’t miss a thing. This has to be your tour, so professional and organized!

Best tour of Capri. I have been here many times years ago but Luigi did an excellent job of organizing the day for us to be able to experience the most of the island in the allotted time. Very Highly Recommend.

We took this tour to Capri and Anacapri with our guide, Marcella, and she was fantastic. She was super engaging and gave us clear, easy-to-follow instructions for all our meeting spots, which made navigating the busy areas stress-free. She also gave us great recommendations, including an amazing lunch spot and a smart tip to tackle the chairlift early before the crowds hit and she was spot on, as the lines did get very long! The views throughout Capri and Anacapri are simply breathtaking. Unfortunately, the Blue Grotto was closed due to high tides, but the alternative boat tour around the island completely made up for it and was an amazing experience. Note: Marcella advised us well to go early, but I personally wouldn't do the chairlift again due to an unfortunate personal incident with some of the workers there. However, that was entirely separate from the tour itself, and Marcella and the team did a stellar job!

A fantastic tour! Our guide Luigi really helped us make the most of our day and without him we would have floundered. The island was very busy but we managed to squeeze in so much. Luckily the blue grotto was open so we went there straight away and only had to wait 5 mins before our group transferred to our boats. We then went up to Anacapri and onto the chairlift for breathtaking views at the top before having an early lunch. After heading back down to Capri we had time for some shopping and wandering before Luigi organised a fabulous bonus small boat tour around the island for our group, it was wonderful, the blue water in some of the caves was stunning. We then headed back for the 15:30 ferry to Sorrento. A very busy, tiring day but so worth it. Capri was very crowded so be prepared for that, but with Luigi’s help we had an amazing day, highly recommended. Bravo Luigi!

Outstanding. Close attention was paid to beating the rush at the main sites so we could maximize our time on the island. Luigi was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He did everything right. Highly recommended!

With left early in the morning with the recommendation of our guide Luigi who got us to the blue grotto before the crowds and chairlift before the crowds. Capri wad beautiful

Even though the Blue Grotto was closed due to water conditions, Luigi compensated by bringing us to the capri chair lift early enough that we did not have to do any lines or deal with big crowds. After, We made a stop at one of the capri shopping centers, crowded but enjoyable. Finalized by a ship tour around the Grotto and capri, so in reality we did not miss anything. They made sure we were all satisfied. The guide and the ferries were very well organized and we all made it back as scheduled.

Our tour was absolutely wonderful because tour guide Luigi was amazing!! We were able to enjoy all aspects of the tour because of Luigi and his quick wit and humor. He navigated us efficiently to see all the parts of the tour and more.....Thank You Luigi

We had the best day!!! Our guide, Marcella, was outstanding. She made it fun, showed great knowledge and really maximized our experience. We didn’t wait in any lines, we saw the Blue Grotto and it all of it made for a memorable day!

The tour exceeded all expectations! We were able to visit the Blue Grotto, Ana Capri, and take a small boat tour around the island (a must-do). Our tour guide, Luigi, was the best! He was very funny and knew how to work the schedule so we could see everything with short wait times. He called us ‘family’ all day lol. DO NOT attempt to tour the island on your own, especially in the busy season. You will spend your time waiting in lines and trying the navigate the island. This tour is the way to go. Capri is gorgeous!

The island was beyond what we expected to see we had a wonderful tour. Our guide Luigi again was awesome. A great sense of humor and very helpful. Make sure you do the chairlift ride. You won’t regret it. We had a great day.

This small group tour was excellent! Our guide, Luigi, was funny and made sure we got to the tourist attractions before the crowds set in. There was plenty of time to eat lunch and shop in addition to the tourist attractions. For a small additional fee, Luigi arranged a boat tour for our group around Capri. It was a great day thanks to Luigi!!

Luigi was awesome. A total professional. So knowledgeable and very funny. He called us family and treated us like family He was familiar with every one we interacted with and it helped pave the way for us to see and do everything in a very efficient manner. I would totally recommend friends, strangers, and my actual family to specifically ask for him as a guide. The things to see and do were great but the day was amazing primarily due to Luigi. Grazie!!

We spent an absolutely perfect day in Capri with our wonderful guide, Vincenzo. Sadly, the Blue Grotto was closed due to wind/higher tides, but we were given the option instead to take a boat ride around the island and saw the Green grotto instead. Had plenty of time in Capri and took the chairlift in Monte Solara up for the most gorgeous views! Had time for a nice lunch and some shopping as well. Overrall great experience!

Cannot say enough good things about this tour and our guide Marcella! She was incredibly friendly, informative and overall a joy to be around. I fell sick the day we were supposed to go and without a second thought, Marcella told us to please feel better and come back tomorrow! Incredibly kind and we had no issues showing up the next day. Marcella prioritized us getting into the Blue Grotto and it was absolutely fantastic. Overall, very enjoyable day in Anacapri/Capri and would do again or recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful day on Capri. Our tour guide, Luigi, was fantastic and made the day fun while getting us into the Blue Grotto (amazing!) ahead of the crowds and the same onto the chair lift at Ana Capri. He also arranged a small boat tour around the island, which was spectacular. The tour itself is excellent, but if you’re lucky enough to have Luigi as your guide the day is very special.

Great tour and guide. Temperature started getting uncomfortable but Stephany kept everyone’s spirits up and the history was fascinating. We were fortunate that the tide allowed us to see the Blue Grotto, but that was a particularly short boat ride — and you aren’t missing much if it’s closed off. The optional boat ride around Capri was well worth the expense (extra €25/pp).

This is a must!!! Luigi is the best guide going around, treats you like ‘family’ and you leave feeling like a local! This is the second time I’ve done a tour with Luigi and I’ve not regretted it. He gives you all the information you need, lots of free time and you move and a great pace! We saw everything you needed to see plus we got to see extras that weren’t mentioned, this tour is a must!!!!

Great 2nd experience. Sea tides prevented visit to the blue grotto. However the chairlift ride and boat tour during our Capri visit were great. Marcella was a fantastic host who is always well organized and incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide Luigi was awesome, friendly and patient and full of knowledge, we thoroughly enjoyed our day with him, our only regret was the Blue Grotto was closed but was not his fault, we made the best of it.

Marcella was excellent, she really cared about making our day and the best experience. She was really happy for us to see n get to the blue grotto early , allowing her to add a nice boat tour as well. She was very informative and told us where to go and see while in Capri.

My husband and I did this tour and can highly recommend it. Marcella was our excellent guide - friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Her priority was for us to see the Blue Grotto and maximise our experience of the island. Having the shuttle buses to bring us around the island was a great timesaver. The Grotto was closed when we arrived so Marcella brought us straight to the chairlift in Anacapri to avoid any long queue. This was not included in the price and cost €15 each. We then had some free time in Anacapri before heading to the Blue Grotto, again beating a long queue. Tips are expected by the boatmen, generally €5/€10. The Grotto is stunning but you literally only spend 2/3 minutes in there. There are many steps down to the Grotto and you need to be able to lie back in the boat to enter through the narrow opening, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Any time we were on the bus, Marcella told us lots of interesting facts about the island. To finish we had some free time in Capri where Marcella recommended places to go and somewhere to eat. A really enjoyable day

Amazing experience on this trip. Marcella our guide was full of joy and made the day so smooth. We went directly to the blue grotto first and only waited maybe 10 minutes. Then we did Anacapri and Capri. After Marcella arranged a private boat alongside the coast of the island which was incredible. Wonderful excursion!

The tour company was wonderful and did everything as expected. The Blue Grotto may not be for you if it's a hot day or if you're at all claustrophobic. The goal was to be one of the 1st groups in line so there wouldn't be a long wait. We learned that often the Blue Grotto doesn't open until later after long lines have formed. Because it didn't open at 9 when our group would have gotten there, we saw Anacapri 1st which was beautiful. When the grotto opened around 11 our group was taken to the line and we waited in blazing hot sun with very little shade for 3 hours. The line moved very little and we were told it could have been worse. I was unaware that we would have to lie down in the small boats in order to get into the grotto since the opening is so low. Once in the cave it was very small with waves crashing in. Anyone with space issues may have a hard time. When it was time to leave the grotto we had to wait for the other boats coming in. Only one boat at a time could pass through and going against the waves with boats coming in was stressful. Yes it was beautiful, but overall not enjoyable. Had the line and the hot sun not been a factor the experience would have been much different. For 10 minutes in the water it wasn't worth the money.
