It felt like there were too many people on the boat. - Hard wooden seat with steel poles/ wood as back rests - No snacks at all (it was in the itinerary as snack and drinks) - No shade at all We could not make out what the guide was saying (not a language issue but noise and the way he was facing) We have been on many boat trips and this was the most disappointing and uncomfortable 😣 Capri was really nice but very very busy.

Itinerary
Each Faraglione has a name: the first joined to the land is called Stella, the second, separated from the first by a stretch of sea, Faraglione di Mezzo (or Arco dell'Amora) and the third Faraglione di Fuori or Scopolo, i.e. cape or promontory on the sea.
White Cave It owes its name to the white encrustations of limestone present on its sides and to the clusters of white stalactites that hang from the roof and edge the entrance.
The green light on the rocks appears to be a composite effect due to the blue light reflected and transmitted by the water, playing on the yellowish sides and roof of the cave.
the second in Italy in terms of importance and light power, on the rocky promontory called Punta Carena
Marina Piccola ("little port") is located on the southern side of the island of Capri. It is located near the Faraglioni to the south-east. The Via Krupp is a historic paved path with hairpin bends that connects the Certosa di San Giacomo and the area of the Gardens of Augustus with Marina Piccola. The Marina Piccola, used by Augustus and Tiberius, preceded the Marina Grande. Free time to visit the center of Capri: Piazza Umberto I, better known as "la Piazzetta", the surprisingly small main square of the town enclosed within ancient buildings and dominated by Monte Solaro. In your free time you will also have the opportunity to reach Anacapri, a distillation of colors and perfumes, located in a higher position than Capri where you can stroll in complete tranquility among small boutiques and artisan shops
The Natural Arch is a Paleolithic rock formation 12 meters wide and almost 20 meters high which, due to the atmospheric agents and geological processes that affected the island in the past, has acquired a curious arch shape.
It is located on the summit of Mount Tiberius, which is located in the eastern part of the island of Capri, and is known for having been the home of the Roman emperor Tiberius Julius Caesar Augustus. There is still much speculation about the personality of Tiberius today. Some chroniclers of the time described him as a despot with a cruel and unscrupulous personality. Idleness and vices of the court would have led him to commit excessive brutality, such as having his slaves thrown into the void of Tiberius' Leap. Other sources instead describe Tiberius as a detached, introverted person of few words. He spent entire days in profound solitude, dedicating himself to solitary walks along the viewpoint of his villa overlooking the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. However, a system of coastal towers for optical communications and fast ships allowed the emperor to quickly receive messages and issue orders.
The promontory is located between the Sorrento coast and the Amalfi coast, dividing the Gulf of Naples from that of Salerno and extending over an area of over 1500 hectares of sea, between the municipalities of Massa Lubrense and Positano. Today on the promontory stands the Tower of Minerva, built by Robert of Anjou in 1334, and rebuilt in 1566. The tower had an alarm function in case of attacks by the Saracens and was part of a series of watchtowers built along the entire the Sorrento peninsula. A bell was rung on the tower in case of alarm and this, most likely, is the origin of the name Punta Campanella. The "Punta Campanella" marine protected area is characterized by limestone cliffs that descend into the sea, creating rock walls that go down to 50 m or more in depth.
It is located on a small stretch of the Sorrento Peninsula and in particular constitutes the small port of the municipality of Massa Lubrense. It takes its name from the ancient church above, dedicated to the Madonna della Lobra, protector of the place. The small port looks like a natural inlet which hosts many pleasure and fishing boats, as well as a sailing club since 1973. The place is also characterized by the buildings, still in Mediterranean style, which fully harmonize with the surrounding landscape and they recall the simplicity of life in the ancient village, but which today host numerous holidaymakers.

We took a tour to Capri and it was amazing and we had a great experience with the tour guid David. He was very knowledgeable and friendly with everyone. Fully recommend to everyone
The Captain and his assistant were Great! We had a fantastic time and they provided us with information about the area and things to do.
Excellent day visiting Capri, we visited a beach club for lunch booked my our captain and then chilled on the boat for the afternoon as it was too hot to walk around Capri. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic experience with this company — nothing but positive things to say! I was picked up right on time from my accommodation in a comfortable van and taken to the port. The boat itself was beautiful, with plenty of space for our small group to relax and enjoy the journey. The tour guides were friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommend this boat trip from Sorrento to Capri! Capri is stunning, you cannot miss! Angelo was our tour guide, he is the best!
Seeing capri was amazing! The staff were great. I just wish we had more time on the boat. It was very brief
The ride on the boat was great and hotel pick up was good. There were issues with the tour. They advertised drinks prosecco beer soft drinks but all were warm. Advertised bathroom on board but no toilet paper or water to wash hands. While going around Capri we were stopped by the coast guard for almost an hour. 6 of the passengers on the front were not informed for 20 minutes what was going on also these passengers got very little time from the guide to explain what we were seeing. Because of delay we did not get to see all the sights but they gave extra half hour on capri but did not take us back to original dock as advertised but dropped us off about 1/2 hour outside of sorrento.
The most amazing day trip to Capri with Sorrento Serenity Charter. Picked up in Sorrento & driven to boat, small group, the perfect way to relax & enjoy sailing around the island of Capri. Then 4 hours free time to explore Capri & Anacapri. Guide & skipper were lovely & friendly & had drinks, snacks & limoncello on board. Would definitely recommend this day trip it was one of our best days exploring the Amalfi Coast.
The experience was FANTASTIC! Everything was taken care of down to the smallest details, starting with the transfer with Tonino from the hotel where we were staying. The boat was well maintained, clean and well equipped; the skipper Francesco was exceptionally kind and helpful, he showed us the most beautiful areas of the Capri Island explaining everything in detail, which made the day even more special. I highly recommend it.
Awesome experience! Francesco and Luciano were AMAZING tour guides! Super friendly and knowledgeable, they showed us around and explained everything. 10/10
We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Communication before was timely and complete. The pickup at the hotel was on time. We were greeted by a coordinator when we arrived at the dock. The boat was immaculate. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Drinks were plentiful. We made all of the stops listed in Viator., plus a couple more. The coordinator assured that we had transportation back to the hotel. We strongly recommend this tour, and this operator.
Nice tour, there were 12 of us. We had 1 swim stop. Water, a sandwhich , a beer and a shared bottle of Prosecco amongst all 12 of us. Friendly and nice guides who are informative
A great day on the water experiencing the beauty of Capri. The captain and 1st mate, Jose, made sure everyone had a fantastic time. Communication RE: Meeting in a busy location was seamless. Having 2 swimming opportunities was sublime. Fantastic all around.
Amazing experience. Welcoming and caring crew with flexibility for the plans. Very professional with plenty of knowledge of the area.
Tony and Luigi were absolutely wonderful, they made a great experience for all on the tour. Could not ask for more. Will be back again.
We really loved this trip! We brought our two young children (ages 3 & 9 months) and the staff (Martina) and Captain (Rafael) were so accommodating and sweet with them. The coast is gorgeous and our captain navigated a few rough patches really well. Seeing the ports from the water was really special and we are definitely glad we avoided the busses and nauseating drive with the two little ones. Our three year old even got to jump in for a swim in the sea with us at one point while Martina cuddled our youngest. Forever grateful for these memories! Grazie Mille!
My friend and I had a lovely time on the tour guided by Antonio! He kept checking in on us and let us (the group) decide where we wanted to spend time swimming or exploring! I definitely recommend this tour as it’s a convenient way to seeing the island of Capri (a must!!) and the grottos surrounding the island.
Antonino was absolutely amazing! We were lucky enough to get to have him as our Captain for 2 days in row. Our first day we were thrown a curveball when there was a water emergency in Capri and we couldn’t disembark. But it wasn’t a problem for Captain Tony, which he tolerated me calling him. He called ahead and got us reservations at one of the best beach clubs on the island that was still serving patrons. He made sure our day was special even though it was what we had planned. The next day was just as special when we cruised the coast and made stops in Amalfi and Positano. He was such a pleasure and really made this trip a fabulous experience. Don’t hesitate to bo this trip and ask for Antonino!
Antonio was beyond a professional and made our 2 days on the water and unforgettable experience... He was kind, courteous and went above and beyond to make our trip special... And the views, they are truly breathtaking
Giusy and Francesco from Sorrento Serenity Charter provided exceptional customer service ensure our experience was nothing short of excellent. We took the Amalfi Coast boat tour , from Sorrento, and were having a lovely time until my wife started feeling a little sea sick. The captain and crew were very helpful and were able to ease the ride to accommodate my wife. The crew then stopped in Positano early, so that my wife and I can get back in land sooner. Giusy and Francesco then arranged for us to spend the day in Positano. They also provided a car service back to our hotel in Sorrento. Excellent five star service ! Thank you so much Sorrento Serenity Charters!
Kia ora Thank you to our skipper Antonio (hope we have spelt your name correctly) for the most amazing and memorable day on the water visiting Amalfi and Positano. The communication was superb right from the get go and we appreciated the friendly welcome when we were picked up in on time in Naples. Antonio always had a smile on his face and a sparkle in his eye to compliment his love for what he does. He provided an insight to the numerous historical sites along the coast and never seemed rushed. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends. A spectacular day. Kind regards, Paul and Kirsten
We had an amazing day on the water with Raffaeli as our captain and Jose as the skipper. They made sure we saw what we wanted and gave us plenty of time to swim. We are a family of 7, all adults. It was the best way to see the coast and just enough time in the towns. Can’t recommend enough!
Giust and the captain were amazing! We had a great time! We ran into a storm on the way back and we were not able to visit Poisitano due to the rough waters. They made sure we returned safely and had a lot of fun doing it!
I took a boat trip to Capri with Tonino from Serenity Charter and it was a fantastic experience. The crew was friendly, helpful and very professional, making the day even more enjoyable. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to discover Capri from the sea in total relaxation and safety.
Wonderful walk! Very well organized. Very friendly team! Great stop for diving! You know the whole island by sea. The stop time on the island is 4 hours. Relatively small for the size of Capri! Choose a scenario and explore. Capri or Anacapri! We decided to go to Capri and loved the griffy trade and super charming restaurants! It's a beautiful people parade! Take a walk and enjoy it!
Excellent excursion, a beautiful trip. The guide Francesco and Captain Luciano very friendly, explained very well and offered us drinks, snack, proseco to toast and lemonccelo on return..all excellent.
Tour of Capri magnificent, Francesco and Raffaele really kind and nice!! Recommendation because it's really worth it We made several stops to visit the caves, swim stop and of course photos to the stacks with also stop in Capri to visit the island Everything organized to perfection Thank you very much <3

The title comments itself perfect experience in all details, to appreciate the sympathy and professionalism of the skipper, to be redone definitely!
Truly unique experience, absolutely worth repeating. Clean boats, friendly and competent staff. Luciano really made us have a wonderful day.
