Love our cooking class! Pick up was easy in Sorrento but didn’t know it was in another town. The location near the water was great. Was very interactive and my kids and parents were able to do each activity well. The only negative was that we needed to get our own taxi back to Sorrento. I watched the meter from the taxi coming to the class which totaled $20E for the trip. On the way back the taxi driver made us pay a flat fee of $60E and said if we didn’t like the price we could get out and find another solution. That left a little bit of a sour taste in our mouth after a wonderful evening.

Absolutely amazing food and experience! Truly something different and great to see local mom and son company create such delicious meals. The tiramisu we made was beyond words can describe.

Fun and great food! In a store front by the water. Must take a cab to get to the marina as it is a different marina than is in sorrento proper. Would do it again!

This is a must do experience do not come to sorrento without booking this course it’s absolutely fantastic. Worth every cent - we did the private course and it was well worth it for our family of 5! Tk you so much.

We had a great cooking class with Cooking Mama. It was a beautiful building in an area of Sorrento we hadn't been to before. My teenage kids really enjoyed it. It was a great family activity! Also, I really enjoyed it was a family business and local.

This is a fun activity to do with your family and the food you make is really good! Fun for teenagers too.

This was an excellent cooking class. My 2 daughters and I were fortunate to be the only ones in the class. We were greeted with homemade lemonade, and a tour of the family vegetable garden. We then walked down to the marina where the cooking class took place. The kitchen was beautiful. We learned how to make pasta (gnocchi), the sauce (which was made up of fresh zucchini and onions from their green), and tiramisu. Overall this was a great experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellant experience From beginning when we were Welcomed into the hosts garden to the cooking experience in the wonderful cooking mama kitchen Great to learn how to make pasta /pasta sauce and tiramisu whilst drinking white wine . And then to enjoy the items we had made as well as a wonderful starter cooked by the hosts mother Would definitely recommend this cooking experience at the wonderful Location of Piano Di Sorrento

An absolute must do experience. Cooking Mama is a family owned cooking class run by a local family who has been in the same location for generations. The ingredients come straight from their garden. While the food was certainly amazing, the most special part is the mother and son duo running the class. The treat you with such care, make it a fun experience, and you can see the love and care that they have for cooking. This cooking class was the highlight of our trip of all over Italy and recommend anyone considering to give it a try, and you won’t be disappointed.

This is an awesome, authentic cooking experience in Sorrento. The entire class was incredible from start to finish. Our instructor, Salvatore, was fantastic. He was super welcoming and made the whole night really engaging. It was highly educational, and we learned actual Sorrento cooking techniques and tips that we’ll definitely use back home. The food we made was amazing, and they were incredibly generous with the wine, keeping our glasses topped off. It kept the whole evening feeling relaxed and fun. Very fun, accessible, and family-friendly. I would highly recommend doing this if you’re visiting Sorrento. The cooking and dining experience lasted about 4 hours in total.

We learned how to make fettuccine, ravioli, and gnocchi from scratch! And we made tiramisu for dessert. Salvatore was a great teacher with his family homemade recipe and also the appetizers provided (made by his mom) were delicious.

We had such a great time with Salvatore! The class was informative and fun! He and his Mom treated us to some delicious surprises of bruschetta, their homemade limoncello and this amazing little treat of *potato* parmesan!!!! The sauce was absolutely delicious - probably one of the best I’ve ever had, esp given its rather quick put-together! We ended our class with a nice little sit-down to enjoy more wine, pasta, tiramisu and chatter. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

This is a MUST when visiting Sorrento! The atmosphere is a cozy, family owned location. Salvatore showed us how to make different kinds of pasta, sauce, and tiramisu. We also got a sample of things that mama made for us! Everything was delicious including the dishes that we made. Such a wonderful experience and I would highly, highly recommend!

This was such a fun and delicious experience! The class was a small group of 9, which made it easy to see the steps. We spent about 3.5 hours making pasta, sauce and tiramisu and then eating. It’s also a beautiful building and space. Such a great experience- would definitely do again!

We enjoyed a fun class with Salvatore making pasta, sauce and our own tiramisu for dessert. While we prepared our dough, Mama Nunzia was getting the appetizers ready. Everything was fantastic! Bruschetta, parmigiana, fresh pepper salad and wine! Salvatore was a patient and good humoured teacher. 10/10!

Our host Salvatore was amazing, he was fun and he knew his craft. Great experience and the food was perfecto! We made fresh pasta, a tomato and eggplant sauce with a tiramisu to finish. Home made lemonade yummy! and then the homemade Lemoncello - buonissimo! Let’s not forget the sunset. A truly unforgettable experience and a must if you are in Sorrento!
