Private Transfer: Sorrento To Naples Hotel, Airport, train Station

To start, the driver was late. I sent a few messages and got no response, and when I called him to ask him where he was, he got on the phone and yelled at me about annoying him. The driver then proceeded to drive recklessly, which made myself and the people I was traveling with feel very unsafe. Not a good experience at all.

Our driver was 30 minutes late. I had to do all the follow up to get information regarding our driver. The driver was not apologetic for being late and I had to find her after letting the company know where we would be waiting. I choose this company from previous reviews. Hopefully our pickup back to Naples airport will be different.

The driver was very helpful and communicated well.

Great option for arranging transportation ahead of time to the airport. I was also able to change & update time of pickup and how many people. The cars were roomy and comfortable. They confirmed everything the day before and give you the contact information for your driver. The drivers arrived right on time and were very friendly & professional. It definitely took away the stress and worry out of getting to the airport.

Our ride from the train station to Sorrento was very long due to a religious holiday at a church along our route. Our driver, Americo, was born in Sorrento and was better than most professional tour guides. He was also a super nice man who made the long ride a very interesting time. I really recommend these guys for their prompt pickups, very comfortable vehicles and very nice drivers.

Great ride from our hotel in Sorrento to the Naples airport. We had an early flight and needed to be on the road by 6 AM. 2 other companies cancelled our rides so we were getting worried. Not only did they pick us up they kept us in the loop the entire time regarding the drive.

We used this service both ways between Naples Centrale and our air b&b in Sorrento. They have good communication in advance and the drivers know the area. It’s not the cheapest mode of transport, but if you want a no- stress trip from when you disembark from your train until your hotel or air b&b on the peninsula, this is a great way to go. Would use them again when arriving in Naples.

Excellent choice. Was early. Loaded all luggage. Personable and also added some high lights along the ride.

My driver was great he's trying to explain to me all of the wonderful scenery as we were driving. My train was 2 hours late he had no complaints about it and was right exactly where he said he would be when I got off the train.

Had the most wonderful day. Private collection from our hotel. Lovely boat great driver and a very informative guide/host

Great service, very reliable! We booked it 2 days before departure fro pick up from our hotel and despite of only being the 2 of us in the van, they took us without issues. Also, their very friendly customer service were prompt to contact us about the required destination time of our next leg of the trip to ensure that we had enough time to reach the destination without difficulties. We were pleased of being able to not to worry about it!

Being picked up from our hotel in Sorrento and driven to the Naples train station made a long day much easier. Saves precious time and energy.

Buyourtour by AMO Italy Travel provided the private transfer. They were very accommodating and communicative. The driver was on time and drove safely and quickly. Arrived with plenty of time. Would use them again.

Driver was friendly and professional and helped us with luggage I would highly recommend. It was a very good customer experience.

Buyourtour by Amo Italy Travel was the private transfer company and was excellent. Kept us up to date on any changes, quick to respond to our questions. Mario was our driver. On time and got us to the airport safely and quickly.

The driver was ready and waiting when we arrived. He quickly located us and got us loaded and rolling very quickly. Very good service.

Our transfer went great for our party of 5. We had an early morning transfer so the temperatures in the van were comfortable. The driver arrived early and got us to the airport safely.

Full marks for the effort extended to get us to Naples on time despite 3 accidents in Sorrento and horrible traffic. The tour operator send two people to the pickup site to warn us of a delay who then stayed with us until pickup. They had arranged a local driver to take us outbound to meet the scheduled driver waiting on the edge of town where we switched vehicles. Crisis averted, we arrived on time. All were calm and the experience was top drawer.

Our drivers English was so good, very friendly, easy to talk to, so kind! Got us to our location and reassured us when there was bad traffic with an upcoming accident. Car was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend him!

We booked our transfer the day before we had to travel. Our driver was already waiting outside our hotel when we came out. He was very helpful and drove us safely to the airport.

The driver was on time and drove competently to Naples Airport. The only reason for less than five stars is that the car was supposed to be a Mercedes or equivalent vehicle but it was not. A bit disappointing.

Party of 8 with eight bags, they sent a mini van. We had to cram our bags in holding them between our legs. Very cramped ride. Called the company so they could send a large van like they did on our way to sorrento. Woman was very rude and hung up on us. We had booked the same ride going and it was great. We spent the extra money to assure we had a nice trip, didn’t happen. The driver himself was flustered by the confusion, but very nice.did not get the service we paid for!

Excellent service. Very good at communication and accommodating change in location for pick up. Timely snd friendly.

Loved this transfer. It was smooth, timely and personal. Felt like a VIP. We were picked up in a Mercedes Benz crossover SUV. Maria (Mary) was great!

Comfortable, efficient transport from Sorrento to Naples. Friendly driver. Very reasonably priced, especially for that area

Diego was excellent! The drive was quick, safe, and Diego was kind and very good with conversation. We appreciated him!

We had a non English speaking driver in a small car with no aircon - he tried to communicate but impossible. Ended up with a headache from the car fumes when we were stuck in traffic and he had his window down. Not what I ordered and paid for

Dependability! Reasonable cost! Comfort! The quickness of transfer! LIvely conversations with drivers!

The best decision we made was getting a transfer from the airport in Naples to Sorrento. The roads. We definitely wouldn't have been able to manage the twisty roads going to Sorrento by ourselves. The driver was on time. He was actually when we early and he was actually already there with sign and our name. He made the trip very smooth and easy for us from start to finish.

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Driver arrived early at the arranged location, was polite and helped me with luggage.

Very good, the service of de driver was sublieme. On Time and good knowledge of language and explanation about Sorrento and surroundings. Toi bad it’s such à busy trafic there , incredible trafic on the drive back to the airport.

The driver we had was so kind, respectful and informative. He wanted to provide us with the most pleasurable ride transfer. We had requested a stop at Pompeii, and he told us of all the necessary hints, etc. He was very professional, yet, conversation was very easy. highly recommend him!! recommended great restaurants as well

The people from Buyourtour agency are absolutely amazing! Marina contacted us while we were still in the US to remind and go over the details regarding our transfer. Even though we were late for the train in Rome they were kind enough to reschedule our pick up in Naples for a later time. When we got to Naples Alessandro the driver helped us with the luggages and drove us straight to the hotel in Sorrento. On the way back he got to the hotel before scheduled time, was very helpful again and then drove us back to Naples to get there on time for the train.

Driver was extremely polite and friendly he made the long drive pleasant! Highly recommend Viator and its associates versus a cab.

Punctuality, comfort, good vehicle, vehicle hygiene, driver who drove very well. I would use it again without hesitation

I recommend 100% for kindness and precision. Our driver was punctual and very kind.

Really good. They picked us up on very short notice, at an honest rate. The vehicle was clean and very nice, the driver extremely cautious and courteous. He accompanied us to the entrance of our hotel saving us hours of travel by other means. What can I say, all positive!!
