Excellent driver- waited until we went through baggage claim for a lost bag. Then the normal 1: hour drive took 4 hours because of a car wreck and land slide. Patient and very friendly during this frustrating drive.

One of the passengers is mobility impaired, and the driver helped us safely get into and out of the vehicle. The driver brought our luggage as close as he could to the airline check in counter. The vehicle was clean, and the AC at a comfortable temperature.

We used drivers from Naples to Sorrento and and back. . Both drivers were on time and took routes to avoid traffic snarls. Both had air conditioned Mercedes that were spotless. One driver , Francesco , spoke excellent English . He provided us with useful advice regarding the Almalfi coast.

Sadly, whomever managed the airport transfer did a horrible job. We booked a van for 13 people from Sorrento to Naples. Not only did they arrive 1 hour late, but they did not communicate well. We sat around and waited, wondering what was going on. After 40 minutes a car arrived, that fit 4 people at best, to pick up part of the group which of course we refused. Finally, 2 vans arrived an hour late and we rushed to the airport. Thankfully we made our flight—barely. I would not recommend this particular vendor to anyone! I recommend using your hotel reception to book a transfer as they know the local companies better and can help you manage any issues that might arise with ease.

YMMV, but we had a wonderful, stress-free experience using this service to get from a remote location in Sorrento to the Naples airport for an early-morning flight back to the US. From Victor, our initial telephone contact in the US, to Giuseppe B., the coordinator in Sorrento, and especially through to Antonio, our driver, the entire experience was flawless!

It was a pricey taxi ride. Granted it was prearranged and paid in advance so there were no surprises. But there are other less expensive ways to get from A to B. Nothing bad to say and the vehicle was very clean. Would I do it again? Maybe, depended on the situation.

So, the driver got us the airport. However, he was a half hour late and never responded to messages about his status which has us searching for other options when he pulled up. He didn't speak at all to us which was ok, but literally spent his time on his phone while driving, reading messages, swiping thru tiktok, etc. not great...

Our driver met us at the Naples airport. He had a sign with our name for easy locating. He took our bags as we walked to the car. His English was not great but he was friendly and professional. We had an easy trip from our hotel in Naples to our hotel in Sorrento. Our driver came into the lobby of our hotel in Naples to greet us and packed our luggage in the van. The trip was easy and beautiful once we got out of the city. Our driver gave us great info as we traveled - a little history and a little bit of a guide. Once we got closer to Sorrento, he suggested a stop at a great Limoncello factory where we got samples and picked up some gifts to take home. The whole trip look about an hour and 20 minutes with the stop.
