The whole process was very easy and communication was great! We were met at the airport right outside baggage claim by a tall Italian goddess. She was so kind. She walked us out to the garage where we met our driver Pascuale (sorry I didn't catch the spelling). He was incredible! He was super knowledgeable about the area and was so much fun to listen to. He made the drive so much more than just a transfer to a hotel. He went out of his way to show us different things and teach us about the history and local cuisine. Couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you thank you!!

While I had originally made a mistake in booking, the company proactively reached out to work out a very fair solution. We arrived from the Amafli coast area for our flight ahead of schedule. I took a private car with this company from Sorrento to Naples and had a terrific experience. The driver was very professional and also a really good driver on the narrow roads. Needed a transfer from sorrento to Naples for a 1030am train, company communicated traffic at that time and when would be best to leave. Very easy pick up from our B&B and safe drive to Naples.

I changed the dropoff location from Naples airport to the Holiday Inn Centrale two days before our scheduled pickup. when we where in the car I received a text message that the price would be 20euros more because it was farther to the hotel then the airport. The hotel is 4 kilometers closer then the airport and took 3 minutes less driving time. I knew there information to be false but given the language barrier with the driver I paid the extra 20euros. John was great getting us to Sorrento from Napoli train station. He navigated some crazy traffic leaving the station. The ride was pleasant and he gave us bits of information as we inquired. It was a great way to start our time down here

I called after the reservation to confirm as we had a flight and I did not want to miss it. They confirmed twice my driver was going to show up. Then I got the message from Gio (see the picture). He encouraged me to cancel. Then I called Viator back and they confirmed that my driver was going to show up and the message was a scam. Sure enough, 3 4 hours before my flight I get a cancellation e-mail notifying me that my driver will not show up. I had to get last minute private taxi which cost us 3 times more. Unreliable service! Don’t trust!

We scheduled this exactly 24 hours ahead & it was cancelled. Naples taxis were on strike & we were left with no way to travel from the airport to sorrento & ended up sleeping in the airport along with hundreds of other stranded people. It was frustrating.

We had a great experience using This company for transfer service between Naples and Positano. Gianni was reliable, on-time, and a very nice guy. I was nervous because we had to leave Positano at 6am in order to make our flight out of the Naples airport but he was there on time to pick us up. I highly recommend this company!

Considering that I did not want to go by train, I booked a private transfer from Sorrento to Fiumicino. It lasted 3 and a half hours, the highway journey was very good. I recommend leaving early because there may be traffic jams. In addition to this trip, during my stay I decided to take, with the same driver, tours such as Sta Agata, Positano and Naples. Andrea turned out to be a punctual, pleasant and friendly person, as well as a good driver, always willing to collaborate with great patience.
