Great expierence with our driver! He was very friendly and didn’t seem phased with our toddler being very upset 😅 prompt and super knowledgeable about the area!

Driver was great, he waited for us when we were late from a big rain storm and had the car right next to where we dropped the car off. The car was good but the seats rocked. I couldn’t tell if that was by design or if the car was slightly broken but it made the drive slightly uncomfortable up the hills. The tour of Pompeii was in the rain which hindered the experience, but it didn’t impact the rating. For the tour, you are getting added onto another groups tour guide which made the group kind of large and tough to see what the guide is talking about. It’s not overly clear in the description that you are limited on what times you can do the tour based on when those guides are already scheduled so we had to change our plans to accommodate the schedule the day before when we got the texts. For a private transfer that then becomes limiting and takes away some of the flexibility. Considering it was a private transfer and the price, you may consider just booking the transfer with a stop at Pompeii and doing your own guide or audio tour instead. It would be way cheaper and probably a better experience. We have also had many guides here in Italy and this was our least favorite. He kept repeating the same things which became very repetitive and seemed like the whole time he was trying to sell us on the tour being good instead of telling us about the area and sharing facts.

Fantastic experience! Our driver friend Giorgio took us from Naples airport to Praiano in complete safety, driving with expertise and mastering the car, especially on the coast, allowing us to admire the view without any inconvenience and stopping to make a stop for photos. Our driver Lorenzo was great! He was very knowledgeable about the city. He was able to pick us up early from the airport and allowed us to make an extra stop. Pompeii was beautiful and HUGE. Our guide Gennaro was great as well. His knowledge and humor added to the experience. I highly recommend getting a guide to show you around; it made the experience a lot less stressful/time consuming.

Very good experience using this service. Our driver Lorenzo was very responsive, punctual for an early morning drive to airport. He was also considerate to stop the car at multiple places as one our passengers was getting motion sickness.

This would be a great experience in theory but it practice it was disjointed, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. Our driver did not know how to help us find our guide, and, once we located her, he repeatedly rushed us. For instance, we had a 3:30PM tour of Pompeii but he said we needed to leave by 4:00PM because he had another job. Given the price and described service, this is not acceptable. In addition, the driving was erratic and unsafe — to the point where 2 of the 4 passengers threw up.

Nothing better than to know a company that is reliable and helpful especially when our aircraft was 2 hours late. The ability to converse with this company thru Viator and What’sApp was very helpful. They even allowed us to make a stop at Pompeii for a few hours and get a tour guide and then took us to our final destination. Our driver was patient and fun in the car. Highly recommend!

We hired this company to take us from the Naples train station to Positano with a stop and a tour in Pompeii! It was a simply amazing experience and was five stars the whole way. Fabio was our driver and he was very prompt, courteous and professional. He drove very safely and knew exactly where he was going. The stop in Pompeii was wonderful and was well worth the two hour tour that they arranged. Overall would highly recommend this experience for anyone going to the Amalfi coast so you don’t have to worry about driving yourself around!

Our private transfer from Praiano to Naples Centrale via Pompeii worked out perfectly! Our driver picked us up from our hotel in Praiano at the time we chose (8:45am), and drove to Pompeii where we met our archeological guide for a 2hr tour ( the timing was perfectly coordinated ) . Our Pompeii tour guide was worth every penny, sharing her enthusiasm and incredible knowledge of Roman history with us, while our driver kept our luggage in the car and waited for us. We would never have found our own way through Pompeii or seen so much in 2hrs ! We left Pompeii at midday then stopped briefly near the Naples train station for pizza and our driver returned with our luggage. We were in plenty of time to catch our train to Rome at 2:10pm. This company were great to communicate with by email before we left home and also when in Italy. It was great use of time to see Pompeii en route to Naples/Rome and I can highly recommend this company- reliable and a well coordinated transfer with tour guide.

We used this service from the Napoli train station to and from Positano. Despite multiple flight and train delays until we finally arrived in Napoli, Vincenzo patiently changed his schedule multiple times to accommodate us. Vincenzo was promptly waiting for us on our arrival outside the train platform, which was followed by a very comfortable, friendly, professional and enjoyable drive to Positano. We were briefed on the history, landscape and culture of the area which was much appreciated. Vincenzo even stopped to show us a beautiful viewpoint from the mountains of Positano bay on our drive in and gave us as much time as we wanted to take pictures and enjoy a granita. On our departure from Positano, Andrea was our driver who provided an excellent trip with prompt arrival, fascinating conversation and a comfortable drive. Vincenzo was so lovely!!! We had such a great transfer from Positano with him, the roads are windy and small and we never felt nervous or motion sick at all. He was wonderful and provided us with so many laughs and great conversations! We were headed to the airport and leaving Italy and he left us on an Italian high!!

What an experience with Vincenzo Frattini!!!! He was at my beckoning call when I needed help. My best friend was meeting me in Supino Italy and I was going to drive to Rome to pick her up and at the last minute I needed him. Vincenzo picked us up at Naples airport, stopped at Pompeii for a 2 hour visit, and then dropped us in Positano. He was very friendly and told us a lot about the region as we drove. He got us down to our destination quickly and safely. We also rode in comfort, as he pumped the AC, played nice Italian music, and had water bottles for us. He even had a couple fun surprise quick stops along our route. 10/10 would ride with him again.
