Our experience was amazing. Ferdinando was our driver and he was helpful, interesting, and a pleasure. His English was wonderful, his driving was superb. The car that we rode in was clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for my family and our luggage. I am very happy with this and would absolutely use it again. I am very disappointed in this service for many reasons. The first reason is we chose this company as they indicated they were flexible in pick up time and would come and get us as scheduled at 7am. The day before, for some reason ( we believe it's because they had another pick up in Rome after us) they asked us to change to 6am pick up and used the excuse of weather and traffic. Absolutely not! When I submitted details for this transfer, we clearly said multiple times, we went with them because of 7am pick up and 1130 arrival at Rome airport the latest. This arrival time included the 3 hrs and 15 mins travel time but I also added time for traffic and weather. Although, there was an issue where we got locked inside the complex gates for 90 mins...they arrived at 645am (early) and we finally got out at 815am. Although this is not their fault, they charged us an extra 80 Euros for this delay even though we arrived 'as planned' at 1105am - in fact earlier. The driver was crazy hitting speeds of 150-160kms throughout on the highway. Their excuse for charging us was missing another transfer at Rome airport which we believe is BS as they arrived earlier than we all agreed! I do not recommend this company and I'm very upset they charged us this extra 80 Euros or 120$ cdn for something we had absolutely no control over!!!!

We knew we wanted a private driver but Francesco was absolutely a gem. His personality, knowledge of world events and his country, personal touches courtesy was outstanding. We wish we knew of him sooner as we have several tours and a long trip to Naples to do.

Very fast and efficient trip! My family of 6 was picked up promptly from Naples Marina and taken all the way to Rome. The Mercedes van was nice, clean, spacious and at a good temperature for the entire ride. Would highly recommend their services.

Ferdi was our driver and he was excellent! He provided us with safe and comfortable transportation for my family of 5 including 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. All of our luggage fit nicely and he was flexible with our schedule. We were able to skip a planned tour and he made arrangements to take us to a beautiful vineyard for lunch overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Sea at the last minute. We would definitely use this service again and recommend to our friends and family.

Great drivers we took on trip from Rome to Sorrento and one back from Sorrento to Rome. The drivers were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. They drove with caution and picked us up early and got us to our destination in time. Even with traffic. Ferdi was great. Even got a pick of the mountain on our way back to Rome.

The communication at this company was terrible. No one confirmed our ride or responded to our outreach for almost 2 days prior to our ride. They continued to send me nasty messages for months because I canceled the ride. This is not a serious business, I’ve spoken to many others who had similar experiences with this company. Positano taxi transfers, however, was always on time and polite and professional. They are the preferred vendor on the coast from what I understand, and I now see why.

We used this service to transfer back and forth from Rome to Sorrento with all of our luggage. We had the same driver, Frank for both trips. He was a great guy and driver & we enjoyed his company. After he transferred us from Sorrento to the Rome airport we realized we left our passports in the airbnb safe back in Sorrento. We were in a total panic! They were able to find a driver (Thank you Carlo) on short notice to come in on his day off, coordinate meeting with our airbnb host to get the passports and deliver the passports to us at the airport in time for us to make our flight. It was truly a miracle and we were so grateful. I highly recommend this company!

Our driver (David) was from the area and pointed out some nice facts about his hometown, as well as being an excellent driver. He was attentive to our needs and knew the right balance of when to chat and when “comfortable silence “ was needed. As always, Viator was excellent to work with!

The driver arrived on time and loaded our luggage into the car. The car was a BMW station wagon which was perfect for our family of three. The driver was friendly and drove responsibly. The drive was about three hours and we made a stop at a truck stop about an hour before getting into Rome to get some food, use the restrooms, and stretch our legs. We were dropped off right in front of our B&B. I would recommend this service if you want to avoid the hassle of riding in buses/trains and walking in hot and humid weather.

We used Goodheart for a transfer from Sorrento to FCO Airport in Rome. Goodheart had come highly recommended to us by other family members that had used them and they did not disappoint.
