This June we planned a multi-region trip that encompassed Rome, Campania and Sicily. For the third time now, I made sure to incorporate Joe Banana in our planning stages and just as in my past experiences, it was most worthwhile and enjoyable. Anna was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and kind both in the planning stages of the trip and while we were on the trip. She made sure to check in with us frequently to make sure everything was well, and when JB's local transport team and guides with hyper-local knowledge of the areas made suggestions to deviate from our plan and make the trip more enjoyable due to local traffic conditions, etc., Anna was extremely accommodating and flexible to make sure we were able to optimize the fun and enjoyment of our vacation. Some of these occasions arose last minute, and somehow Anna was able to move mountains and accomplish things for us that we would never have been able to do on our own in another country. I cannot recommend JB highly enough, and will certainly be using them again soon.

The views were spectacular and the convenience of the experience was incredibly welcomed after the long trip to Napoli. Spacious car and water bottles along with the stops along the way were quite the experience. Along with what the service provides Vincenzo was a great driver and had great Italian charm. PHENOMENAL experience with this company!! They are very organized and excellent with communication!! Our train was very delayed due to bad weather, we communicated seamlessly through WhatsApp and it made it much less stressful bc they were so understanding! Our driver was a little late too (due to the weather and traffic) and they communicated with us every step of the way…. It was no big deal at all! Our driver, Gianluca, was phenomenal as well…. Very safe driver & so friendly! As I mentioned earlier, the weather was pretty bad the day of our transfer…. So the traffic was bad from Naples to Positano (3 hours! Nobody’s fault though… just poor weather and accidents, it happens) …. But Gianluca stayed so relaxed and we chatted the whole time, so it made the drive very easy (for us at least!) . Would 10000% recommend this company and this driver ! I would not hesitate to book with them again

We were met at the airport in Naples with our Private Driver Danilou holding a sign waiting for us. He made our day along the Amalfi Coast an amazing day. We first stopped at Ravella and the continued to the Amalfi Coast and then Positano. He gave us plenty of time at each stop and brought us to a great restaurant for lunch. He had such a great personality and explained different monuments along the way. He definitely made this Day tour to the Amalfi Coast a day to remember. I highly recommend Johnny Banana tour company and hopefully you get Danilou as he was a great tour guide driver.

Giuseppe provided outstanding service and great travel tips from Naples to the Amalfi coast. We added a stop at Herculaneum, which was a great addition. On the return, Catello took us from the Amalfi Coast to the Salerno Train station. Catello provided the same high-quality service and was very entertaining. Our driver ( Gianluca ) was amazing! Waiting for us at the train station, parked close to the exit and helped with our luggage. Our visit to Pompeii was perfect and our driver was very accommodating! I’ve cold waters were waiting for us in the beautiful Mercedes van! Navigating the roads ti Amalfi is challenging but our driver handled without issue, dropped us on time and with a smile! My family travelled from Pennsylvania to Amalfi attending a wedding last month. I reserved the transfer service from NAP to Amalfi with stops at Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii. Working with the Joe Banana group, particularly Anna L, was an amazing experience. They organized airport transfer from Rome to our hotel in Naples, walking tour of Naples with the fabulous Perpaolo, a cheese making class and lunch on a beautiful family farm, private tour of Herculaneum with a very knowledgeable art history major, and helped us buy tickets for events in cities where we did not even use their services. Above and beyond! Very proactive with the planning, communication was wonderful and prices were very reasonable. Our highest recommendation and we will definitely use them again- outstanding!

We did the usual transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento and as always punctual and delightful driver. We couldn't get a tour of Vesuvious on its own without Pompeii, which we have done several times - quick call to the Banana Team and off we went on a private tour. Driver excellent and made the tour that much more enjoyable. Moral of the story - book early for tours as hotels can be limited in what they offer.

We used Joe Banana for our transfer from Naples to Positano with a stop in Pompeii and then again from Positano to Naples. The booking process was smooth and seamless. Both drivers (Nicola and Rosario) were wonderful and provided good info/recommendations that helped us through our travel in Italy. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable. It was nice to also get a call from Maria C. (Guest ambassador) confirming transport and making sure everything was going smooth. I would highly recommend Joe Banana and would definitely use them again.

Our driver arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, he was very friendly, the car was immaculate and comfortable for our drive to Naples Airport. He answered our questions as we drove and shared interesting information about what we were seeing along the way. It was a very pleasant way to get to the airport with our luggage and not have to worry about managing on the train.

We used Joe Bananas for several transfers, Naples train station to our hotel in Sorrento and back, as well as Positano to Sorrento. they were on time, reliable, communicative, drivers were great, friendly, etc. They even made restaurant recommendations! The company was great at communicating on Whats app, and every time we were in the car with one of their drivers, a representative from the company called to check in and make sure everything was going OK. Great customer service even when we needed a last minute ride or to make changes to our reservation.

My wife and I arranged private transfer from Naples to Positano and return. Both times we had excellent drivers who who were willing to chat (English) and very informative about our surroundings along the drive. Both vehicles, Mercedes’ van and S class were immaculately cleaned. Drivers delivered us directly to our door and even offered advise on how to navigate the surrounds thereafter. The cost is more than reasonable considering the directness of transfer, particularly when comparing ferry rates etc. Highly recommend Jo Banana for private transfers.

Beautiful coastline - well worth the journey. If you possibly can, hire a car and driver. The roads are narrow, parking challenging and the crowds formidable even out of peak season. Don’t miss Ravello and the villages found it.
