We used Positano Turismo Car Service to transfer from Naples Airport to our Positano hotel, a day tour from Positano to Pompeii and Naples, and a transfer from our Positano hotel to the Naples train station. Positano is not a convenient or easy drive to any of these locations, well over an hour each drive. Positano Turismo Car Service provided prompt service and a safe and comfortable way to get where we needed to go. Our driver was Vincenzo Vitiello and he was first and foremost, an excellent driver, which is no small feat in the winding, switchback roads of Positano. He was also very kind and knowledgable and we enjoyed spending time in the van with him. The staff was also very easy to email and were very responsive to my many questions. They adjusted a pick-up time for me without any fuss. They made the logistics for our trip to Naples and Positano an easy, positive experience instead of a hassle.

Pasquale was on time and a very safe driver and was friendly and professional. He took us from Salerno to Positano which has an incredible amount of switchbacks not to mention narrow roads. It was a pleasure to drive with him. Thank you Pasquale!!

We had a great experience with our driver. It was a lady and everyone was shocked to see a lady driver for some reason. We had a laugh about it but she was kind. The car had A/C and it was a nice smooth ride. I would definitely recommend and use again. Our family (from Colorado, USA) has been here in Positano for a week and we have used Positano Turismo several times. To and from Napoli Centrale and another private shuttle between Positano and Amalfi (Giovanni is SO nice). Noami has made this beyond simple and has been SO accessible. I’ve been communicating with using WhatsApp and she replies SO promptly, it’s incredible. Payment is beyond simple and they are so detailed. There is noooo thinking of stress involved in finding your driver or vehicle…it’s like ‘they’ find ‘you’. All the vehicles are perfectly clean, large and luxurious. Amazing service! Easy to book and great communication throughout. We had an English speaking driver waiting for us at the Naples airport with a sign with our name on it. Driver was fabulous and pointed out things of interest on the drive to Positano. Minivan was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable, easily fitting the three of us and our bags. The driver stopped and offered to take a photo of us as we arrived. Very helpful and we have rebooked to use again in this trip. Recommended!

This is a great car service! Our family of 9 (including 1 infant) used their services to transport from the Naples Train station to Positano and to return to the Naples Airport at the end of our stay! They also gave us a ride for a tour we had booked for the Path of The Gods! Throughout the process Noemi was very helpful and responsive to our questions! All of our drivers were also wonderful! We had a very early morning pick up one day and they were completely accommodating! It made our travel experience very smooth! The price was also very reasonable! I highly recommend this transportation service!!!

They provided excellent service and reliability. We used their service to travel from the train station in Naples to Positano. They also drove us to a winery, where we enjoyed cooking classes at San Francesco vineyards near Amalfi. Even more important they drove us all the way to the Rome airport when there was a last minute rail line strike, great people!

My husband and I stayed in Positano for a few days in November 2024 for our wedding anniversary. About a week and a half prior to our travel, I reached out to Positano Turismo via email for a quote on their transfer services and their offered tours after seeing several positive reviews on Tripadvisor. I got in contact with Noemi, who promptly responded with the quote and clear details of each service. She seamlessly helped us not only book our transfer services to and from Naples airport, but also helped us book tours of Amalfi & Ravello and Vesuvius & Pompeii (w/ a fantastic private English-speaking guide named Roberta) + lunch at Bosco De' Medici winery during our vacation. Both tours were the highlight of our trip! Oscar, who was our driver upon arriving in Naples, was cordial and professional during our drive to Positano. Vincenzo was our driver for both our tours and our transfer back to Naples on our last day. He not only was very pleasant and professional, but he also had some great food recommendations for us (i.e. Donna Stella for pizza and Pasticceria Pansa Amalfi for "delizia al limone"). Vicenzo also made a couple of stops near scenic overlooks and offered to take photos of us, which we appreciated! Additionally, it was very easy to pay our drivers at the end of each trip since they have wireless credit card readers. So we were able to use Apple Pay, which made things so simple for us. It was truly a pleasure having worked with Positano Turismo during our stay, and we would gladly book them again.

Our hotel in Positano assisted with booking this service last minute since the weather became rainy and difficult to travel by ferry. The 190 euros felt expensive at first but the amount of stress and hassle it saved us was so worth it. Our driver Nicola Serpillo was FANTASTIC! He was a very talented driver, navigating the tiny curvy streets of the coast, and managed the crazy traffic to get us safely to the Naples train station. He was respectful, punctual, and a great conversationalist. It made the entire journey exiting from Positano smooth as it could be given the bad weather circumstances.

We used this service to get from the Naples train station to our place and then from our place to the airport. Both rides were great. After a long trip on the train, the last thing I wanted to subject my family to was a long wait on a taxi line in the sun. So booked this in advance. 1. Prior to pickup, drivers’ contact info was shared, and I gave him my info. 2. Driver was on time and called us to facilitate easy pickup. 3. Car was as advertised. It was big enough for my family of 6 with luggage. And it had AC, as advertised. 4. Driver was knowledgeable and drove safely. All in all, this went very smoothly. A taxi ride is never going to be a highlight of your trip but a bad ride can be memorable for the wrong reasons. This company made sure that the experience was as smooth and as pleasant as possible. And, of course, the views of Positano and the preceding towns were spectacular.

Our driver was wonderful! He offered us water bottles and candies and pointed out many points of interest on the way to the airport from Positano. It made the early morning trip to the airport to head home, very enjoyable!

Driver was nice, but unlike all the other private transfers we had booked this trip this one showed up in a Ford Focus that was clearly a taxi. He texted while driving, and listened to a very very loud YouTube video over the speakers. Don’t but a Mercedes Van when it’s clearly not. I would suggest booking through Get Your Guide. Those private transfers were amazing!

I contacted Noemi for two different private transfers. She responded immediately and arranged drivers with minivans since we had three people and six suitcases. Both transfers were perfect. Giovanni was our driver from Positano to Naples. He was early arriving for us and waited for us to arrive at the pick-up point. We felt very safe with his driving and he was very nice and helpful! My wife and I used this company several times during our stay on the Amalfi coast. Drivers were early for every one of our trips. They were respectful, funny, and educational during our drives. The vehicles were extremely comfortable. Noemi, the coordinator, was extremely punctual when communication was needed and always responded within a timely manner. When we return to the Amalfi coast, this service will be first on our list to use.
