Private Transfer From Naples To Sorrento Or Vice Versa

Our driver was Ciro, he was great and communicated with us the day before arriving letting us know where he would meet us. He was very friendly.

Our driver was waiting for us at the exact location. He was efficient and friendly, and we felt very safe. Very good experience, highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly driver. Arrived 10 minutes early. Very comfortable ride with AC. Would recommend this driver.

Francesco has waited for us patiently as it took an hour to get out of Naples airport. Amazing experience and we were so comfortable!

Perfetto! Best driver Francesco. Easy to talk to, feeling safe the whole ride. Good secure drive on roads.

The process was very straight forward and perfect. Our driver waited for us just outside the train station with a sign. He immediately grabbed our bags to help and off we went. It was an easy and enjoyable drive.

Driver was early. Very professional and fun to talk to. The drive went well and was much appreciated.

The best driver and guide!! He became our friend ! Our driver pointed out all the beautiful sights and with immense kindness shared the joy of the area!

Francesco was so wonderful! We booked him again for our return to Naples and I would 100% recommend him. He was early, had a car seat, very friendly and helpful and was nice to have conversation with. Also a great driver who we felt very safe with. His van was extremely clean and well kept. I will be booking with him for our next trip back to the coast!

Great experience - would highly recommend booking …………………………………………..,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

This was the perfect, easy transportation from Naples to Sorrento! The company communicated well through our travel day and delays, and our driver was waiting for us near baggage claim to help us with our bags. It was such a relief to feel that our travel day was over before we even reached the hotel.

We were able to book this last minute for which we were grateful. We had to send them a message with our desired time and they responded with confirmation and the driver was 10 minutes early. Way better than dragging our luggage to the train station and cramming in with the masses. Totally worth it. Most other companies did not accept a last minute booking or were already booked so we were grateful to this tour operator.

Driver was very polite and gave us information about the area. Clean vehicle and air conditioning was nice.

Reliable transportation to the airport. I was picked up on time and traveled to the Naples airport. It was a very good experience and I recommend this service for worry free transportation

Giuseppe was perfect! Easy process and very comfortable ride. Very knowledgeable about the area as well

Francesco was Amazing. Friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. He really was great for us as it was our first time in the area and hie knowledge and tips helped us greatly. Thanks Francesco!!

The trip we booked was for four people plus baggage from Sorrento to Napoli Centrale and was on time, clean, smooth and enjoyable. If your Viator booking uses ManziTransfer, be sure to request Francesco. He was excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our driver Pippo was prompt, professional and friendly. To say Italian traffic and drivers are insane is an understatement, but Pippo navigated all of this in a manner that put us at ease. More importantly, when a motorcyclist aggressively slapped our passenger side mirror shut and cut Pippo off in traffic at a high rate of speed, Pippo was undeterred and remaoned calm in the face of that aggressive drivers behavior. Sadly, that motorcyclist's behavior cost him dearly within a few kilometers and was the reason for a multi car accident. Pippo kept his calm and maintained his professionalism and we were safely delivered to our desitination.

The service Manzi transfers was outstanding. They contacted me a few days before to confirm details. Due to a train strike I Rome out train to Sorrento was late but they kept us informed. Our driver was waiting at the exit gate at Naples train station. Our driver helped us with our bags and did everything to ensure we were comfortable. I would definitely use this company again

Our driver looked at our flight schedule and was right on time! He navigated traffic well and got us to our destination on time.

Francesco was a gentleman. Drove very well and made sure he had our kids car seats in the car, ready to go. We will def look to use again next time we’re back in Naples/Amalfi coast! Thank you Francesco!

Our driver, Francesco, was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The vehicle was clean and air-conditioned. I would definitely recommend this company: 10 out of 10.

Perfecto. Driver waited longer than needed after train delay but was so professional and nice. Would highly recommend

The driver was at our location 10 minutes early. He was very kind, and helpful, and drove carefully.

Fantastic experience - met us in arrival terminal (with family name on sign)….. trip to Sorrento was seamless. Pre-trip comms were timely and helpful. My son even forgot his cell phone in the van (our fault for not checking)…. Driver took every step possible to return it too us, can’t say enough great things about this service provider! FWIW - We actually cancelled our initial return transportation (another company on Viator) just to ensure this company took us back to the airport! Thank you - from a Family of 5 with young kids - who have never been to Italy before - top notch and safe!!!

I booked this driver to pick me up at 10pm from the airport.I saw that the driver had responded that he would pick me up at 10AM instead even though I had paid extra for night time transport. I communicated extensively with him through the provided communication but was not met with a response. Then I was given a refund for my booking while I was boarding my flight to Naples. Thankfully I was able to last minute book with day trip so I was not stranded.

Our driver, Francesco was fantastic!! He showed us local spots and went over the history of the places we passed. We missed our train due to lines at the airport and he waited an hour for us. He was kind and courteous. Five-Stars!

Our driver Francesco was there waiting in arrivals with my name on a piece of paper as we walked out of baggage claim. Went straight to a lovely Mercedes van and he drove us straight to our hotel in Sorrento. All went as hoped and planned with no issues. Highly recommend using this company for all your transfer and tour needs. Francesco was a great driver and he had great advice for us when we asked as he knows the area really well. Will definitely be using them again.

I recently had an alarming experience with this driver/company that I feel compelled to share. First, the driver was 15 minutes late, which is unacceptable for a service that advertises punctuality. Once he finally arrived, the ride was far from safe or comfortable. The driver was driving erratically, constantly flashing his lights at cars in front of us in an attempt to move them out of the way and tailgating dangerously close. It felt incredibly unsafe and reckless. To make matters worse, the car smelled terribly of smoke. It was so overpowering that it made it difficult to breathe and left me feeling nauseous for the entire trip. If that wasn’t enough, the driver was scrolling on Instagram and Facebook, took several phone calls while driving, and wasn't wearing his seatbelt, which was extremely distracting and dangerous. Unfortunately, this wasn't a one-time situation; I had the same driver on a previous occasion and experienced similar issues. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer comfort and safety is inexcusable. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Driver was great and very friendly. He was there to meet us early and got us where we needed to be on time. Vehicle was also spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. It was my first time flying into Naples and I was worried about the transport to Sorrento and decided on a private shuttle to reduce some of the chaos and stress. It was a seemless experience. Got our bags, and easily found our driver. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and most importantly - a safe driver! Grazi mille!

The ride was comfortable. Francesco was very friendly and gave us recommendations for some great places. I would definitely use this service on the future.

On time and efficient service that had us arriving in Naples at a sufficient time to catch our train

We enjoyed our trip to the train station. Our driver was very friendly and professional. He was prompt and took a route with less traffic.

After a long trip from Australia it was reassuring knowing that we would be greeted at the airport immediately to be driven in comfort to our destination. Friendly and efficient service. Would strongly recommend

Our driver arrived on time and was very friendly. He made the trip from Sorrento to the airport seamless.

Perfect transfer. Our driver was waiting for us after baggage claim with my name on a sign. He was very friendly and talked to us a lot on the way from Naples to Sorrento. Very friendly!

We scheduled our transfer for Pick up at 10am, after 35 minutes waiting with no communication from the driver, we had to hail a cab for double the price. When we were in the taxi and on our way at about 10:38 the driver tried to contact me telling me he had problem parking. We explained we did not hear from him that he had this problem and waited almost 40 minutes but finally had to seek alternative transportation.

Our driver was excellent! It was a long but smooth ride from Sorrento to Naples airport. I would highly recommend their service.

Very helpful driver. Clean car. Right to our VRBO. This site requires a minimum of 100 characters …….

excellent transfer service. I had booked this for my son and his girlfriend and the driver was so lovely he even messaged me to say my son was safely at the airport. would definitely be using this company again.

Excellent driving experience. Great communication and timely arrival. I would recommend to anyone traveling here.

As Americans traveling in Italy, I have been incredibly impressed with not only the kindness but also responsiveness of the people we have come across. Perfect example is this company. Francesco, the individual I have been in contact with been wonderful. He gave me his cell phone number and communicated with me consistently. He arranged several different rides for us. I highly recommend! All our drivers were fantastic. Cheers to being honest, fair and easy to work with!

Francesco was the best driver we had on our trip. He was punctual and very patient when we were delayed from our excursion. We would highly recommend this transfer service.

Great service. Ana arrived early and got us to the airport early and safely. Prompt, courteous and professional. Don’t hesitate to book this transfer service! Car was very clean too!

Very prompt, kind and courteous driver. Clean and comfortable van. Recommended we leave earlier to avoid bad traffic. Highly recommend!

Excellent service; first class vehicle, friendly driver and in plenty of time to get us to airport for our flight.

Francesco was very professional, on time, great English and full of local knowledge. Went out of his way to drop our luggage off at the hotel while we caught a train to Pompeii. Would highly recommend.
