Ferdi Meno was so kind and professional. He met us at Naples Train station and drove us in a beautiful car to Pompei where he arranged a private tour for us and kept our luggage secure until we were done with our tour. He then drove us to our hotel in sorrento. The whole experience was so wonderful and Ferdi made it stress free!

If you spend time in Naples you must must just use Joe Banana and ask for guide Pasquale who will be your local driver — he is more than a driver (concierge, host, extraordinary guide as we drive through everything) he took us to a local winery and everything was so perfect

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are polished and professional from start to finish. We booked a private transfer from Naples to Sorrento with a short tour of Naples and a tour of Pompeii on the way. Our driver was experienced and exceptional. Pasquale Santarpia knows so much about the area and gave us a locals insight into the city. He suggested two great spots to stop and get food…. One pizza restaurant and one for espresso and a pastry… both were EXCELLENT! The Mercedes van was clean and comfortable and everything was top tier. I found this company while searching online and decided to book the private transfers during my visit to Amalfi Coast. Domenico was our driver from Naples to Sorrento with a stop at Pompei. Domenico was very professional and courteous. He gave us really good tips and provided excellent service.

We did a private transfer from naples to Sorrento with a stop at pompeii and winery. They made it so simple from A to Z. Our driver was fantastic. When we arrived at pompeii driver contacted our tour guide who arrived in 5 minutes. The guid was amazing. Our driver was prompt, held a sign with our name in the baggage area which made it very easy to find him! It was a very busy season and Joe Banana’s driver eliminated all the anxiety about find a ride to our lodging in Sorrento. He handled all our pieces of luggage, which for a senior couple, is such a relief. On the drive to Sorrento he pointed out places of interest but did not overwhelm us with conversation after a long trip. I will hire this company every time I need transportation in the future!
We actually booked several experiences and transfers with Joe Banana. Each one was top notch. Our driver, Catello, went above and beyond our expectations. He provided lots of information and advice, offered to stop and let us take pictures and even arranged for a special lunch for our group. We did part of the trip on our own and part with Joe Banana. If I had it to do over, we would have booked EVERYTHING with them. They made everything so much easier and enjoyable. So glad we found them and will certainly use them again!
We had the best day exploring the Amalfi coast with Gioacchino Russo!! We are traveling on a cruise that changed the loser at the last minute from Salerno to Naples and they were able to accommodate us without any issues. We stopped in Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi with stops in between at the limoncello factory and ceramic factory. Gioacchino had so many stories and tips to share he really made the day so memorable! We went yesterday and the whole family has not stopped talking about how prefect our day was. My husband and I are traveling with 3 kids 19, 18, and 17. I highly recommend Gioacchino and Joe Banana Limos. My 19 year old is already asking when we can go back because he wants time to see the vineyard.
My husband and I just used Joe Banana three times over the last few days. The first time was to pick us up in Salerno after we dropped off our rental car. The driver drove us to Herculaneum, suggesting a place for lunch before that, waited for two hours as we toured Herculaneum and then took us to our rental in Naples. It was a seamless transfer. We the then used JB transfers twice today as we were transported to Pompeii for our tour and then picked up again 5 hours later for our return trip home. All drivers were very professional, English speaking, friendly, engaging, and helpful, I would have no trouble recommending Joe Banana transfers to any of my friends.
Absolutely wonderful drivers! My friend booked all of our transfers through Joe Bananas. We did Naples Airport to Sorrento, our driver was Guilio. Enjoyed him so much we requested him for our next ride. Too late with our request so we got Danilo, another wonderful driver, for our 8 hour Amalfi Coast Tour. Personable and a very confident driver when navigating the craziness of the Amalfi Coast traffic. For our final ride we again had Guilio for a transfer from Sorrento to Montepulciano with a 2 hour stop at an excellent winery suggested by Joe Bananas staff. Professional drivers, personable young men that made our trip super easy and relaxed. Highly recommend Joe Bananas. They apparently hire only the best! Ask for Giulio or Danilo!
Luigi was hands down one of the best parts of our trip. From the moment we got in his cab, he was warm, welcoming, and full of fascinating insight about the area. I had heard great things about Joe Bananas and decided to test them during our recent trip to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. From the start, their team was incredibly responsive to my booking requests and questions, which made the entire planning process seamless. We booked three services: a private transfer from Naples Airport to Sorrento with a guided stop in Pompeii, a full-day Amalfi Coast tour (Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello), and a private transfer to the Naples train station. Our driver, Giulio, was outstanding. He greeted us each day with a warm smile and immediately put us at ease. Being from Sorrento, he shared great local insight, answered all of our questions, and offered excellent recommendations along the way. We utilized Joe Banana Limos & Travel for three different experiences over the last week: Transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento hotel: Pasquale was our driver and he was excellent. Very kind and professional. As we had just arrived, he made sure to take the scenic route and provided wonderful details of each of the towns we passed. All-inclusive tour to Pompeii, vineyard, and Mt Vesuvius: Julio was our driver. He was also very friendly and professional. He took us first to Pompeii where he handed us over to Paolo, our very entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide for two hours. Julio then drove us to a beautiful vineyard for lunch and wine tasting, both of which were excellent. Our last stop was at the entrance to hike the last 600 m of Mt. Vesuvius. We arrived just in time (in March, the last entry is at 4 pm so make sure you try to get there at least an hour before the final entry time, which varies by time of year, so you don’t feel rushed on the mountain). Shout out to Rafael, a kind gentleman who works on Mt Vesuvius, for offering us a ride most of the way up the last 600 m so we would have enough time to enjoy the views. Overall, it was an amazing, memorable day. Transfer from Sorrento hotel to Naples hotel: Ferdinando was our driver this time and, of the three drivers, he had been with Joe Banana the longest. He was also amazing and provided abundant recommendations for our stay in Naples. All three drivers were exceptional, made the curvy roads as smooth as humanly possible, and were delightful. The cars were immaculate. Maria (in the office) provided exceptional, prompt communication and follow-up. This is a well-run business and all three drivers seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs, their customers, and working for Joe Banana.
Absolutely AMAZING day!! Daniello made this day the greatest day of our vacation! Daniello met us in the lobby of our hotel to start the day. He was so friendly and funny! The van was súper confortable and clean. Daniello made sure with us on the plan for the day, gave us options for the lunch plan and was super flexible with how we wanted the day to go. First stop was Pompei, which was so fascinating!! Our tour guide here was Francesca, who was also AMAZING! Then onto Sorrento for a lunch with a VIEW - wow, shopping and exploring Sorrento and then onto Positano!! Daniello put some personal touches on the day which surprised us in the best way possible. Truly, today was the best. We had the most wonderful experience with Joe Banana. We secured a total of 4 private transfers and 2 private tours. The drivers, skipper, and tour guide were great. It was a really relaxing boat ride and day. He was a great skipper. And we took the Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, Wine tasting tour. We opted for the private tour guide in Pompeii for an additional 160 euros, and it was worth it. Strolling around on our own would have been fun, but having a knowledgeable guide take us to some of the really special homes and learn the history was a huge advantage. Thank you to our tour guide Andrew. He had his preferred spots to show us but was also amenable when we wanted to slow down and ask about other areas. A very, very special thank you to our Guest Ambassador Nunzia S. I asked so many questions during our planning, and she was enormously patient and answered each question I had with clear communication and efficiency. Pricey but well worth it! The communication from the time of booking was quick and clearly stated. The driver Giulio was a class act - what a relief it was to see him at the Naples train station holding a sign with my name! Impeccable vehicle with AC and ice water waiting for us. I spoke of being excited to eat granita and he actually stopped on the way to our Sorrento hotel to buy some for us and to take some scenic pics. He also made sure to be promptly at our hotel at 5:30 am for our return transfer - this time to the Naples airport. I will most definitely book with Joe Banana and request Giulio on my future returns to Sorrento!

We had an amazing experience with Giulio as our driver from Naples airport to Sorrento. He was a safe driver with a clean, nice car. He gave us lots of recommendations which also made for a fun conversation during the drive. Then he quite literally saved our trip! My wife left her purse in the backseat, not thinking after a long travel day and he was so kind, battled traffic and brought it back to us. We are so thankful!! Guilio was waiting at the exit gate and quickly took our bags and directed us yo the bagnos before escorting us to his beautiful Mercedes GLC. He pointed out many points of interest along the way and offered to stop for a Vista picture taking stop and then delivered us safely to our hotel. He recommended many great restaurants, his favorites, and we availed ourselves of that and were not disappointed. Joe Banana is very responsive to requests and inquiries and I never had trouble getting a hold of them or getting the information I needed. I would highly recommend this company and this driver. Vincenzo went above and beyond to make sure we got to the airport safely and comfortably. He greeted us at our doorstep and assisted with luggage. This was a huge help. We had plenty of room in the vehicle. Once we got to the airport he parked, helped us carry the luggage inside, and showed us where to check in. This was the most stress free airport transfer I have ever experienced! I cannot recommend enough!
Booking with Joe Banana was so simple! Then the pick up and ride was even easier. Danilo, our driver, was there waiting when we arrived (a little delayed) in Naples and was very communicative about how to find him and assured us we were fine taking our time through passport control and bag collection. Danilo was truly one of the highlights of our trip. He was so warm, welcoming and funny! My sister gets very carsick so she sat up front with him and said she didn’t get carsick at all! We enjoyed him so much we requested him for our longer transfer from Sorrento to Rome later in the week. We also interacted with Anna in their office who was also so pleasant and great to work with. We’ll absolutely be using Joe Banana when we return to Italy and hope we get to see Danilo again!
Our driver Vincenzo picked us up promptly at the Napoli Train Station and drove us to Sorrento. He was very polite and accommodating with a fun personality. He always made sure to have cold fresh water for our drive and pointed out significant landmarks as we passed them. We enjoyed him as a driver so much that we requested him as our driver for our Amalfi coast tour and then again to drive us from Sorrento to Rome. He knew all the stops to make along the route so we could take great pictures and he even took a couple family photos for us. The car was always a comfortable temperature and he filled the time with jokes and good conversation. We highly recommend Vincenzo.
We recently scheduled two transfers - Naples train station to Sorrento, and Sorrento to Naples airport. Both drivers were very friendly, easy to talk to, great drivers and cars were very nice and clean. Good AC too! We are actually going back to Sorrento and already booked them for all our airport transfers and this time a Pompeii trip. Worth the money and high recommend for stress-free booking!

We a wonderful driver who picked us up at the Naples train station to take us to our Airbnb in Meta. We booked him for 4 hours to have some time in Naples. We easily found him at the train station. First, we wanted to see the Veiled Christ in the SanSevero Chapel Museum. It was in an area where cars were not permitted but he got us close enough that it was only a few minutes walk and gave us clear directions for getting there. Originally, we wanted to eat at a specific restaurant in Naples. We knew it might not be possible due to its popularity but Catello checked into it for us. When we determined it would not work, he made several suggestions but said anywhere we ate would be good. (He was right!) Our ride to Meta was pleasant. Catello was a cautious driver on those twisty roads and pointed out interesting things along the way. We would recommend ChiaraMarie( our Joe Banana contact) and Catello. . All of the contact we had with them was pleasant and professional.

I can’t say enough positives about Joe Banana’s service! We were first time visitors to Italy and they were recommended to me by a friend who had been to Italy many times and used their service. Communication before our trip was outstanding. When we arrived in Rome an hour early and then breezed through the passport checkpoint we were at Roma Termini hours before the train I scheduled to Naples. Rather than sit at the train station for hours I messaged JB to see if it would be possible to have our driver meet us earlier by a couple hours. They accommodated us right away and our driver Giuseppe met us with a warm smile. He even gave me a euro for the train station bathroom because the change machine was broken..believe me that was appreciated!! He then gave us a delightful tour of Naples and took us to a wonderful restaurant for delicious pizza. He was in contact with our Air BnB host to meet us in Sorrento The car was very comfortable and we felt very safe with his skilled driving. We also used JB for our return transfer to Naples and Pasquale was our driver. He arrived 30 minutes early which ended up being fortunate because there were at least two accidents on our way to Naples that slowed traffic but we had 30 minutes to spare to catch our train. Pasquale also made us feel very safe with his skilled driving and was a pleasure to chat with during the drive. Traveling for the first time to another country can be stressful and I am so thankful I took my friend’s advice to book with Joe Banana. They made our travels as stress free as possible and in the future we will definitely be booking with them!

We had a great experience with Joe Banana service. I booked a private pickup from Naples terminal, a private tour of Pompeii on the way to sorrento and then a drive back from sorrento to Naples in several days. The service was amazing, the driver met us with a sign at the train platform and took us to a huge air conditioned van, provided cold water and was generally nice and funny with us. He drove us to Pompeii where he made sure to find our private guide for the tour. The guide was also great! He spoke perfect English and told amazing stories about Pompeii. After the tour he took us back to the van who was waiting for us with our luggage inside (which was super convenient, we didn’t have to worry about anything). We drove to our address in sorrento. In couple of days we were going back and again the service was VIP, very punctual, great working AC, had water bottles for us. The communication was also superb, I was able to text on watsup and got an answer and confirmations right away. It was a stress free vacation thanks to Joe Banana. Highly recommend!

He brought us to a lemoncello factory and stopped to take some beautiful pictures of the Sorrento coastline. He even made dinner reservations for us!!
