Michele was awesome! Starting with the drive, a highly skilled professional. Ride could not have been smoother up and down the Amalfi coast. Those roads are no joke. The entire journey he was giving us details, history, and information about everything along the way. We stopped is amazing pull off spots for photos, he knew exactly how to make the trip perfect. We hiked Path of the Gods and the experience was perfect because of his knowledge and handling of the day. He also got us to Amalfi and Positano and made the entire day feel effortless. Would book again without even knowing what the tour was.

We did the Almafi, Path of the Gods hike and Positano tour. Our driver Michele was absolutely wonderful and the best! He told us all about each of the areas, pointed out all the places to see. Gave us food recommendations and clear details and directions for Path of the gods so we didn’t get lost on our own. We had an incredible day and would absolutely recommend this company and Michele to anyone visiting in Sorrento. If I could give more stars I would. Hiring a driver to do this kind of tour is the easiest, less stressful way to do it!

We had a fabulous day with Mike. We wanted to walk The path of the Gods and see some of the Amalfi coast. This was the perfect trip to do that. We were in a beautiful car, carefully driven. We stopped in Amalfi and then drove to the start of the walk. We were picked up at the end and then visited a restaurant with the most beautiful view of Positano for a delicious lunch. We then visited Positano before being driven back to Sorrento. It was a perfect day !

We had a wonderful last day in Italy on this tour with Mike as our guide. We saw a lot of the Amalfi coast and had plenty of time to stop and visit, take pics, learn about the different areas. Path of the Gods was an awesome hike. Moderate level and took a little under 2 hours at a steady pace. Gorgeous scenery. Mike made reservations for us at a local authentic family Italian restaurant to eat at with a beautiful view of Positano. Possibly the best food we had the whole time we were here. Definitely a highlight of the trip and Mike was a great guide and very hospitable and friendly.

My family was in sorrento for a short visit and wanted to see as much as possible. We were a big group (9) so we couldn’t fit in one car and didn’t want to navigate the bus system. Michele (Mike) and Ciro took us around all day, giving us time to hike, eat, shop, and sightsee. They were fantastic. Super informative, very accommodating when our plans changed just a bit, and extremely friendly. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Best tour imaginable with our guide, Vittorio! As a native of Sorrento, Vittorio showed us the beautiful coastline and famous sites as only a native of the area could. He was not just informative, but also kind, considerate and simply a joy to be with! Our tour was one of the highlights of our time in Italy- highly recommend this tour company!!

We hired a driver for the day to take us on a custom itinerary along the Amalfi coast. We asked for a tour that avoided the most touristy places but included The Path of the Gods. Our starting point was Pompeii, where we had a room at a B&B. Our driver, Massimo, picked us up promptly in his clean and comfortable car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke English well. He took us over the mountains to Ravello, which sits high above the coast, with charming gardens, epic views, and many cats. Then, down to Minori, a small seaside town. Then back up into the mountains to the trailhead for The Path of the Gods. Massimo was waiting for us at the end of the path. He suggested a wine tasting at a vineyard in the Pompeii area to end our memorable day. Would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

We used Rosato for several tours as they were highly recommended to us by friends -the service was outstanding. They provided a large Mercedes van that was so comfortable, their drivers were excellent not only with their driving skills but also with their sharing history of the region and making many stops to take photos or see sights. The tour of the Amalfi coast with the path of the gods hike was really outstanding and we also were able to get a stop in Ravello as well. The communication from Rosato was fabulous - making our experience so easy!

My family's experience with this tour was amazing, and I would totally recommend for all coming to the area. To begin our morning, we were picked up at our hotel by Massimo, our guide for the day. On the long and beautiful drive to Positano, Massimo had non-stop facts and stories about the area, keeping us all intrigued and listening. After a quick 30 minute stop in Amalfi for a snack, we set off for the beginning of the trail. Upon arriving at the start, Massimo provided us with all the water we could need and wished us luck. The hike itself was gorgeous, with incredible views of the area and great opportunites for photos. After reaching the end of the hike, Massimo picked us up and took us to a restaurant that was right on the mountain, which had both spectacular views and incredible pizza. After finishing our meal, we headed back to the hotel, exhausted after a great days of hiking. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour due to both the expertise and kindness of Massimo and the great hike that the Path of The Gods provided.

We took an 8 hour private tour with Lello. He collected us red us from our hotel right in time and was a great host all day. Felt very safe in his van on the small narrow mountain roads. Would Highly recommend.

We had the most incredible day with Massimo who curated our tour to our needs. We had the most magnificent lunch. Amazing day overall with beautiful stops, overlooking magnificent view scapes. Amazing sceneries along the coast. The driver CIRO was very good in navigating the tricky mountain roads. He is a very likeable person and excellent guide, taking care to bring us to really beautiful spots for pictures. Very obliging. Vehicle was also very clean. We had a good time!.

Let me start by saying walking the The Path of the Gods was epic and made the entire trip worth it. It was truly an experience I will never forget and highly recommend. We felt safe with our driver who was clearly expert at driving the winding coast. He stopped for a couple of great photos which I will treasure. That said, he wasn't very chatty or animated. He did make some comments here and there to point out areas of interest. The overall problem with the tour is we stopped in Amalfi first and that was great - had a nice cappuccino and pastry and shopped a little. We then went on to hike the Path of the Gods. It was exhilarating but so hot, dusty and dirty. Overall, this was not a problem for us but the tour then went on to Positano. We were such a sweaty and dirty mess, we couldn't go into any of the shops. We managed to find a pizza place to eat and apologized for our appearance. There should really be no stops at the end of the hike. Also, at the end of the Path in Nocelle, there is a quaint little bar that would have been a great place to stop but we knew the driver was waiting. It would have been nice to have a recommended stop there. We also wound up walking up a HUGE amount of stairs in Nocelle to meet the driver and when we got there, he told us there was a different way around. I think the ideal tour would be the beautiful drive to Amalfi with 1-2 hours there and then the Path of the Gods and then end it.

We had such a great time on our private tour to Positano and Path of the Gods! Lello was our guide and he was fantastic! He customized a couple extra stops based on our interests (limoncello & delicious pastries) which was an added bonus to the tour. We were travelling on a cruise and Lello was also very conscious of time, making sure we were back to Naples cruise terminal in time for our ship’s departure. We were highly impressed Rosato Tours overall (quick response times, very helpful information when we were booking from overseas) and would definitely book again when returning to the Amalfi coast

Next, Aaron dropped us off for the exhilarating Path of the Gods hike, a bucket-list experience with jaw-dropping views. We capped off the day in Sorrento, indulging in delicious pizza and creamy gelato (recommended by Aaron)—a perfect ending to an incredible adventure. Aaron’s passion, knowledge, and attention to detail elevated this tour to an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend Rosato Tours—and Aaron—highly enough for anyone looking to explore the Amalfi Coast!

He shared so many interesting local insights and knew exactly where to stop for the most beautiful photos. If you take this tour, pray you get Massimo as the guide. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable on each town he takes you to, he’s hilarious. I had the pleasure of being his copilot and was cracking up the entire time. I doubt I would’ve learned as much as I did had he not been such a genuinely great guide. I would recommend you grab a cappuccino and a sfogliatelle in Positano and get lunch in Ravello. You won’t regret it.

Maximo ensured we had a tremendous experience. He explained the history of the coast and answered all our questions. He knew the picturesque spots along the road and pulled over to let us create memories. When we pulled into Positano. Best day on the Amalfi coast! Massimo really took care of us. We visited Ravello, Amalfi, & hiked Path of the Gods. He was very good with time management, helped us take pictures at the right places, & told great stories. He was so attentive to detail in making sure we were comfortable even with the temperature in the amazing Tesla car! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I decided to walk the Path of the Gods while visiting the Amalfi Coast for 10 days. We didn't have any expectations and if we did, the views would have blown them out of the water. It is a mid-range hike (that is challenging in some areas so don't expect an easy stroll). But it was absolutely worth it. The views cannot be beaten! And having a guide waiting for us at the end was definitely a plus. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable and made the entire experience extremely enjoyable for two weary and happy travellers!

Worth every euro! My husband and I did this tour and would highly recommend it. Aside from the phenomenal views, our driver, Adriano, provided us with more information about the area than we ever would’ve gotten on our own or with a larger tour group. Additionally, he would stop along the way at scenic locations and offer to take photos of my husband and I. Our satisfaction and comfort were his priority. The vehicle we rode in was a Mercedes SUV that looked brand new. We were picked up at our hotel in the morning and taken back to our hotel in the afternoon. It was a luxury to do the tour at our own pace in comfort! Wonderful experience!

Massimo and nunzio were amazing. Had a fun, informative, and casual experience. It was the first day of my first international trip, and I couldn't have asked to spend it any other way.

Nunzio made the tour an amazing day. He recommended an agenda, let us choose what was important to us, and helped us see things we’d never see on our own. It was a splurge for the day that was totally worth it. People on their own looked hot and tired. We were relaxed and enjoyed the whole day. I’d highly recommend the tour.

We had a wonderful time on our tour. Our guide, Aronne, was so knowledgable and fun to be with! He accommodated all of our wishes, including a surprise wedding vow renewal. We were two couples and the wives surprised the husbands with Aronne's help. He helped us buy bouquets of flowers and took us to a lovely restaurant for lunch with beautiful views. When the ladies came out from the restroom in our lovely, white dresses, Aronne read the vow renewal we had prepared for him. It was wonderful and the restaurant, le Bonta del Capa, was so nice to allow us to do this. And their food was amazing. Aronne also took us to a couple of places which allowed for great photos. We felt like we had a friend on the Amalfi Coast!

Our driver was fabulous and really accommodated a last minute change. One of the couples decided not to do the walk so he took them to the meeting point in Positano and let them enjoy the town. I think the reviews about the challenge for the Path of the Gods varies quite a bit. It's not a cardiovascular challenge since you can move fairly slowly, but if you have any balance issues or difficulty climbing you may want to reconsider. Taking a walking stick helps with some of the deeper steps. It was pretty crowded when we started at 11:00 am. I suggest starting as early as possible. We had a great lunch following the walk and ample time in both Amalfi and Positano.

My husband and I chose this tour at the beginning of our honeymoon because we wanted a little bit of both hiking and sight-seeing, and the whole experience was AMAZING!! A very large part of our amazing experience is thanks to our guide and driver, Aronne. During our morning pick-up, he arrived early to our hotel. Aronne was very informative, told us fascinating historic facts and stories, answered all questions, and provided awesome guidance. He provided great souvenir, pastry and food recommendations at our destinations in Amalfi and Positano. He provided clear instructions on how to find him after the hike, which was absolutely GORGEOUS and a must-do for nature / hiking enthusiasts. I was getting a little car sick due to the windy roads, and he was very attentive to notice that I wasn’t feeling well, so he kept offering to take breaks, asking if I was OK, etc. He also pulled over at cool photo spots and took great photos for us! He taught us some Italian, always made sure we were comfortable, and was overall very energetic and enthusiastic. We haven’t finished our Italy trip yet, but we can already tell this will be our favorite trip and tour guide! Thank you Aronne!

Vittorio was the best tour guide we ever had. He was full of knowledge about the entire drive, hike, and region. He was always taking care of us...and bonus, an amazing photographer. He too many pictures of the family. This trip was fantastic and we highly recommend Rosato for any tour.

The guide was SO informative, answered all of our questions, was a joy to be around, drove expertly in crazy situations, was on time, and just made our experience very memorable. The van was in impeccable condition, water was provided, stops were made as requested, and again it was just perfect!

Our trip with Aaron was wonderful! From the second he picked us up, he was friendly and engaging. We felt like we made a new friend. This is an excellent way to see the Path of the Gods because he drops you off right in Bomerano and allows you to save your energy for the hike. We chose to skip Amalfi first so that we can take our time with the hike and start earlier in the morning, before the heat of the day. The stairs at the end, near Nocelle are a beast and should be prepared for. Follow the signs for the Nocelle bus. When you get to the Nocelle bus lot, Aaron will be waiting to bring you to a delicious lunch in a beautiful location overlooking Positano. After that you can explore Positano and then drive back. On the way back Aaron was kind enough to point out yummy breakfast places and continued to chat amiably with us. Don’t hesitate to book this tour, and see if you can request Aaron!

My husband and I used this service with Vittorio for two days, and if was possible to give More than 5 stars we would. We did an amalfi coast tour one day with Amalfi, Ravello and Minori one day and Praiano, the Path of the Gods and Positano the next. Everything was wonderful, the car was immaculately clean and our lunches as booked by Vittorio were delicious. The photos are of our lunch locations.You should absolutely use a this service. It saves so much time and you get to see so much.

I used Vittorio’s company 3 times during my stay in southern Italy - and each experience was excellent. Fulvio, Aronne, and Maurizio were all wonderful. Their English is great and their suggestions for restaurants were spot on. They were punctual and excellent drivers. My questions were answered promptly by Vittorio before and during our trip. This was an absolutely amazing experience with wonderful staff and communication from beginning to end. We were lucky to have Aronne as our guide and driver for 3 different experiences with Rosato Private Tours on our recent trip to Italy/Amalfi coast area and each experience was exceptional. For our Private Amalfi Coast Tour with Path of the Gods, Aronne stopped at panoramic beautiful lookouts for us to take pictures. He shared information and stories about the area, and made the trip just so wonderful for us. We had some time to explore Positano on the way to the hike and Aronne gave us suggestions on what to visit there. He dropped us off in Bomerano where we started our hike, and picked us up in Nocelle. The Path of the Gods (Sentiero degli Dei) hike is incredible and not very difficult, and what a great and unique experience to have on our trip! After our hike, Aronne asked us if we would like to have lunch at a restaurant that they recommend and we said yes. We are so happy that we did because the food, the views and the service there were incredible. On the way back to Sorrento we had time to explore Amalfi. Such a beautiful area and lovely towns and scenery. We highly recommend Rosato Private Tours and this incredible experience. We had originally considered taking buses or renting vespas to try to do this by ourselves but we are so happy that we chose this company and experience so that we could truly relax and enjoy this. Vittorio Is a wonderful tour guide! He provided us with information through the drive and was patient and gave us all the time we needed. We didn’t feel rushed during any of the time with him. Mostly, he seemed genuine and very friendly. We would recommend him every time!

We had a fantastic day touring the Amalfi coast with our private driver and guide Guiseppe. Not only was he a fantastic driver on some of the craziest roads we've ever experienced, he was very knowledgeable about pretty much anything we wanted to know about the area. Although the cost might at first seem a bit intimidating, when you consider a stress free eight hour day of exploring this beautiful area with a friendly host all to yourself, it's well worth the money. Highly recommended.
