Our driver arrived early and was extremely friendly! He told us more about the Amalfi coast and Napoli as we drove to the airport which was great to hear from a local. We had a great experience with this company and would recommend them!
We had a great ride to Positano Our driver was very informative and spoke very good English. Car was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t know was how many steps and stairs to our hotel we wish he would have highly recommended a Porter for our bags. A must!!!!!! I feel down and hurt my leg because of how step it was our bags were to heavy. Should always recommend a Porter.
This transfer was great! Our driver picked us up in front of the hotel and dropped us off at the terminal of the train station. Made for a stress free travel morning.
Our driver came to Positano to pick us up and was very punctual. It is not an easy place to get around so we were impressed. He drove very carefully through all the hills and traffic and deposited us at our hotel in Naples. We find Viator is just the best for transportation or sightseeing.

Salvatore was a great driver to get us through the mountains and back to the Naples airport. He arrived early and was waiting for us at the scheduled time. Vehicle was clean. Definitely would recommend Viator
Our driver Salvatore was prompt in picking us up in Positano and he also stopped along the way to the Naples train station because he knew the weather had been bad during our trip but was glorious on the day we were departing so he made time to stop and let us take some great pictures with the Amalfi coast landscape in the background. When we ran into some traffic, he quickly adjusted his route to ensure we got to the train station in plenty of time for our departure.

<p>Fairly pricing, but not really a great way to get to Positano. I might consider a water-based transfer next time however.</p>

He was friendly and gave us insightful descriptions of the beautiful sights along the Amalfi coast. We called Project Napoli and requested his services for the rest of our trip. He was wonderful!</p>

Our driver showed up about 15 minutes before expected which turned out to be that little extra time we needed to get our boarding passes, etc. The trip from Minori to Naples isn't easy to nagivate and our driver got to our destination in good time and shape! Would definitely use again.</p>

After having booked this transfer we realized we needed to drop our bags at a hotel in Naples before going to Ravello. We could not figure out how to contact Viator to request this as part of our transfer so we figured the driver would just do it as it was on the way. However, the driver's boss charged us 28 additional Euros for a 10 minute stop!!! Since this was a private transfer and not out of the way we were shocked and wished we had just taken a taxi which would have been about the same cost. Viator needs a way to let their clients communicate when the "tour" is not a "box' one. Very disappointed, but the driver was prompt and careful.
Prompt arrival at expected time with friendly driver. Beautiful luxurious car wth leather seats and air conditioning.
The driver was on time and had a clean car, and the journey was so much easier than the train that goes to Sorrento then a bus to Praiano.
Our driver did not speak a word of English and it was very difficult to communicate with him. He drove like a NYC cab driver on narrow, curvy, Amalfi Coast roads. I was so nauseous I almost had to ask him to pull over at one point. Take a ferry instead!
