If you do this tour, you MUST have Gianluca as your driver and guide. He’s not only knowledgeable but willing to show you things that the average guide won’t. He’s spent a lot of time explaining things and helps to make sure you understand the culture.

We used Good Heart Limos for multiple tours and car pick ups in our time in Sorrento - ride from Naples to Sorrento hotel , full day tour of Amalfi Coast , tour to Pompeii , boat trip to Capri and car ride to Rome . Everything was on time and we really enjoyed the tour guides with Francesco the Barber! - very informative and lots of fun, his knowledge of the area and Italian history is superb. Also really enjoyed our time with Paulo , but he needs to practice his singing 😀

I had no idea I would be spending an entire day on this trip. I mean who wants to spend an entire day traveling around with a stranger? Well, Guanluca, our driver for the date as amazing! The tour felt like I was traveling with an experienced family member, not a stranger. Gianluca was knowledgeable, he provided recommendations for us at each stop, and just made us feel comfortable. Excellent experience! Highlights were Ravello and Pompeii. We covered a lot of ground. Alessandro was a great guide and our private tour guide at Pompeii was also excellent. Highly, highly recommend. Alessandro went out of his way to voluntarily find some of the best spots for pictures.

Francesco was very attentive to everyone's needs throughout the trip. He was very knowledgeable about local history and geography and spoke perfect English. He is an excellent driver and we all felt very safe and comfortable with him.

The drive was too long compared to the actual sites visits. Otherwise, Positano and Pompei are worth the time spent.

We had gianluca as our travel guide. We had everything planned out but my son sprained his knee the day before so he helped us switch our itinerary in the moment and made it amazing. He truly was the best. Took us to amazing places, maximized our time and truly was a gem of a human!

This was a wonderful tour. Our driver, Gianluca was a joy to talk to and had plenty of interesting information about what we were seeing during our time in the Almalfi coast and while in Pompeii. We felt super comfortable and safe the whole time, which was important when traveling with kids. They communicated with us prior to arriving and were waiting for us when we got off the ship. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the driver was kind and accommodating. Both were wonderful with my kids and I felt safe the entire time.

This tour was incredible. We spent the entire day with Gianluca, and he made a point to remind us that we should relax and he will figure out all of the timing details and we shouldn't worry about a thing. Claudia gave us probably one of the best tours we have ever done in her walking tour of Pompeii. She was so knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure. Due to timing, we hit "only" two towns - and we let him choose. We did Positano and Ravello - and of course drove by the others. We didn't have any particular spaces to see in mind so we let him choose. Gianluca is from the area and grew up on the coast - so he knows every road and town very well. He picked us out a great spot for lunch and gave us time to explore at our leisure. He was always a couple of steps ahead and it was great to learn about the coast with someone who is so proud to call the area home. He has a great sense of humor, was incredibly friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our day. Prior to booking, I researched several other tours that basically do the same tour. But, the others seemed to complain that the driver wasn't friendly or informational - but Gianluca is both. He told us if we would prefer to keep it quiet, then he would not talk and let us enjoy. We wanted to hear, so we told him to talk as much as he wanted to!

Great tour! We had a plan for the day, but our guide let us know where we were being too ambitious (time needed to drive between specific spots). He then suggested a few alternatives which I'm very glad we listened too. Having expert local knowledge as part of the team made all the difference, especially with 8 people in our group. We saw places that were never on our list and loved all of them. Thanks Gianluca!!!

Really enjoyed this tour of both Pompeii and Amalfi coast! Shuttle van driver was safe and very friendly. I gave wrong port for pickup throwing everything behind schedule but he made it work and was very gracious. Tour guide at Pompeii was a very knowledgeable Archaeologist. Tailored the tour to us and did his very best to avoid the large crowds that were present due to 1st Sunday of month being free to public.

Awesome!! Paulo... very punctual... very knowledgeable... great driver. He got us to Pompeii where Andrew took us on a GREAT tour of Pompeii. Took us to places nobody else was and very knowledgeable of the city! Highly recommend! Paulo then took us to the almalfi coast. Had a couple times to get out and get a drink and enjoy the views. Again..... Great and highly recommend!

We had an amazing day touring Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Our driver Gianluca was excellent. He is a native of Sorrento and knows the area very well. Was great to talk with him and hear about the history and current day in the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast region. He is also one of the smoothest and patient drivers I have ever seen. I would not hesitate taking another tour with Goodheart Limos and will definitely ask for Gianluca. Highly recommended.

The excursion exceeded our expectations. We had an incredible day exploring the Almafi Coast and Pompeii. Our driver, Gianluca, planned the perfect itinerary. He led us to Almafi, as well as Ravello, where he recommended beautiful gardens and an infinity terrace with surreal views that were the highlight of our time in Italy. He also recommended delicious restaurants that gave us a flavor for the delicious food of the region. A private tour of Pompeii was also arranged for us! Our guide, Romelo, was a Pompeii native and was extremely knowledgeable. The private tour was invaluable - we would have missed so many details and fascinating facts without it. Overall, this exclusion was well worth the price, and I would recommend to anyone, especially if coming off a cruise ship for the day or if limited time to take in all that Almafi Coast and Pompeii have to offer.

Gianluca was an amazing tour guide and driver. And Andrew gave us a great historic overview and tour of Pompeii. Pompeii is definitely not for those using canes to ambulate however. Some of our party had to sit out that portion.

We were picked up at the port in a very clean vehicle. Our driver was so friendly and accommodating. He recommended that we go to Pompeii later in the day to avoid the bigger crowds. We loved visiting Ravello. Claudia our tour guide in Pompeii was so nice and gave us so much interesting information about this amazing site. I would highly recommend this tour and tour company!

Outstanding driver for the day and excellent Pompei guide; after the Pompei tour, driver took us to a vineyard/olive orchard/citrus orchard/ vegetable garden for a tour and a lunch tasting. All foods and wines were from the farm and the entire lunch was farm to table. Finished with an excellent local Limoncello. Then off to Revalo and Almalfi; perfect 8 hour tour

Had a private transfer from Naples to Pompeii and around the Sorrento/Amalfi coast. Our driver was exceptional. Took us to a lunch spot that will be remembered forever and then onto numerous spots to peruse at our own leisure. Never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Cannot recommend Gianluca highly enough. People like this make holidays the experience you hope it will be. No instagram/ no bragging just enjoying family and meeting people we don’t need to post about except to appreciate them and their service.

Our day included a stop in Positano on the Amalfi coast, a local ceramic store and a guided tour of Pompeii. Overall, it was a fantastic day and we hope to return with more than a day to see more of both Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. We drove to Positano first which was about an hour drive and not crowded in the morning. By the time we walked back up the pedistrian street at about 11 in was getting crowded. We had hoped to stop in Amalfi for lunch but the traffic was bad, so we decided to head straight to Pompeii. Our one suggestion is to specify when you want to see Pompeii. (You can get an admission time for 9 am or 1pm.) We did not, so ended up with a 1pm ticket. It was a bit hot and I can't imagine how much hotter it would be in the summer, so that is one consideration. Also, if we had gone in the morning, we might have spent more time on the coast. We were on a cruise, so had to be back to our ship by 5pm which made us a bit cautious. Our drive, Alessandro was very friendly, a great driver and shared details about the area as we drove. Our guide at Pompeii, Claudia, was amazing...knew so much about Pompeii! I can't imagine doing those ruins on our own. A guide adds so much.

Overall, we had a positive experience. Andrea was a good guide and shared a lot of helpful information with us. We were so glad we pre purchased tickets to Pompeii and had Ramello to show us the highlights. He was phenomenal. Our only frustration was that the actual trip was different from the itinerary. We specifically booked this tour to see Pompeii, Positano, and Amalfi. However, after Pompeii (we were there for the scheduled 2 hours), we were told we had to choose between Ravello and Amalfi or Positano and Sorrento. We were happy with our choice and Andrea was correct that we did not have time to do both Amalfi and Positano, but I wish we would’ve known ahead of time. I would have most likely booked a different tour.

This was an amazing experience. We got to see the Amalfi coast and Pompeii. Our driver Gianluca was as awesome. He made the trip. He was funny, informative and just perfect. He helped us with recommendations and in getting our Pompeii tickets. He also got us an amazing tour guide in Pompeii which was not costly and it made that part of the trip. Highly recommend this tour and Gianluca.

This tour was awesome. Our driver was Gianluca and he made the whole trip. He was so nice and helpful. He was domaines things during the drive. We got to see the Amalfi coast and then Pompeii. He also hooked us up with a tour guide in Pompeii who was amazing. He was so funny, knowledgeable and took us to places away from the crowds. He also took pics of our group along the way. This was the best tour of our trip. Highly recommended. The downside was I did not get my Viator rewards with this booking. Although this had nothing to do with Gianluca or the Pompeii guide.

I was recommended Heart Limo by the owner of the Airbnb I'm staying at, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. My significant other and I enjoyed every second of it. The driver, Francesco, was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative about the city of Sorrento and Pompeii. The tour guide we had at Pompeii was incredibly helpful as well. Michele really brought the ruins alive for us and gave us all the fun details and answered every question we had. The winery, Cantina del Vesuvio, was also an incredible experience. The wines were delicious, and the meals they served us were also equally delicious. Our culinary class at Antico Fantollo was also an incredible experience. We had just a blast of a day for a very affordable price. We'll definitely use Heart Limos again when we're back in Sorrento.

Traffic on the Amalfi coast very busy and slow. Worth seeing, spectacular views, but overcrowded, even at this time of the year. We had a great driver/tour guide, Gianluca, who was very knowledgeable, and picked us up right by the ship. He also recommended a great restaurant for lunch in Ravelo.

It is a fabulous, full-on day but there are still choices and flexibility of itinerary available. That really elevated our experience as we did more than we had expected, some of it through opportunity that presented at the time, and we welcomed that! Our driver, Andrea, was excellent throughout, as was our guide in Pompeii, Claudia.

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, ages 11, 12, and 15) had the best time! Booking and communication (from home in NY and when in Italy) was smooth. We arranged the high speed train from and back to Rome (where we were staying), with their suggestion of train arrival and departure times, and Francesco “The Barber” did everything thing else. He arranged a private tour of Pompeii, rearranged our lunch plans to accommodate our kids’ preferences, and showed us the Amalfi Coast. Informative and with a comfortable drive, we had the best day!
