Pizza Class Experience On Amalfi Coast

We had such an amazing experience with Roberto and Francesca. The pickup and drop off from our hotel was so convenient and the class was just a ton of fun. The hosts are full of laughter and joy, the music is electric, and the view of Amalfi and Ravello is breathtaking. Would recommend 10/10 and will be back again!

This was our second time taking the class with Roberto and Francesca and again was the favorite part of our trip. Not only does the food taste great with fresh local ingredients, but Roberto and Francesca truly make you feel like a local and part of a big Italian family. The view overlooking Amalfi is stunning and the perfect backdrop for the cooking class. Words cannot describe the experience which is why when we went back to Amalfi we had to take the class a second time. By far the best cooking class you will take 10/10 recommend! Come hungry and ready to work!

Our group of six came to this class as complete pizza making novices and left feeling like we had just spent an afternoon with family. Roberto and Francesca picked us up, welcomed us into their home, and guided us through every step of the process with patience, warmth, and genuine expertise. The pizza we made together was some of the best any of us had ever tasted, and the views from their home made the entire experience. This is not just a cooking class, it is a perfect example of Italian hospitality, and it was worth every penny.

This was such an awesome and fun experience! They welcomed us into.theor home like we were family! We learned so much about making pizza and can't wait to get home to try out all that we learned! We recommend this to everyone. The view os also spectacular while you make your pizza!

From the time Chef Roberto picked us up from out hotel we knew we were in for a great day. When we arrived at their home, Francesca welcomed us and made us feel like old friends. We soon discovered that we were the only two participants in the class, which made the day even better. Chef Roberto gave us many tips and guided us as we made our pizzas hands on from start to finish with many of the ingrediants picked fresh from their terrace. Francesca showed us how to make limoncello ice cream. After we prepared and cooked our pizzas, we sat down with Chef Roberto and Francesca at the table, shared stories, laughed, ate our pizzas and ice cream, and admired the faboulous views. Tiffany and I had such a wonderful time with this special couple and agree that this was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We would love to do it again and highly recommend.

It was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We highly recommend. As a bonus, the view is incredible.

Exceeded my wildest expectations. Francesca and Roberto were the hosts with the most. It was sooooo much fun, great lesson, food, ambiance and company. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had the best day hanging out with Francesca and Roberto, where we were treated to a first class cooking experience in their home. The villa was gorgeous, from their perfect and well kept garden to their most serene porch, where the view of Amalfi and the water just took my breath away. It was there that we were taught about quality ingredients and how to use some TLC to create delicious Neopolitan pizzas. After sitting down and enjoying the pizza and some wine, we tried the homemade ice cream that we put together before starting our pizza projects and man, we killed it! I would recommend this coming class experience to anytime who wants a taste of authenticity from the Amalfi Coast.

This pizza class experience with Roberto and Francesca far exceeded our expectations! They welcomed us into their beautiful home with a spectacular view in the hills of Amalfi. Roberto picked us up in the piazza in the center of Amalfi and drove the four of us, my husband and I, and our two sons in their 20’s. The views in the outdoor kitchen were incredible as Roberto helped us prepare pizza dough from scratch, the sauce, toppings and ingredients picked freshly as we prepared our afternoon meal. He was very willing to share his vast cooking experiences and family recipe secrets. Francesca was an incredible hostess and as the pizza dough raised we prepared two different desserts from scratch. The name “Pizza Class Experience” does not do this justice. It is so much more than that! Be prepared to spend approx 4-5 hours which includes transit to and from their home. We ALL enjoyed this experience and consider it one of the highlights of our trip to Amalfi. Thank you Roberto and Francesca for welcoming us into your home. You made us immediately feel like family and the incredible meal we enjoyed was just the icing on the cake!

Francesca and Roberto are amazing, kind, generous, and loving people. They invited us into their home to learn how to make pizza and we had so much fun and learnt many new skills. We are so thankful for their skills and expertise in cooking and are excited to try implement the skills they taught us at home! We will definitely book with them each time we visit Amalfi. The pizza and the view were so so good! What was even better were the hosts! They welcomed us into their home and ee instantly felt at ease. The time quickly slipped by and we were eating delicious pizza. Would highly recommend taking the class and excited to try this at home with the recipe they provided to us :)

Roberto and Francesca welcomed us into their home. We enjoyed everything about the pizza class, from making the dough to finishing our meal with lemon cello. A truly wonderful experience that was the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi coast.

My 10 year old son and me took the Pasta Class with Roberto and Francesca. It was amazing! We learnt how to make two types of pastas from scratch. They taught us many techniques and tricks. They also taught my son to make Nutella ice cream! The view from their kitchen is incredible! Most importantly though, they are so fun to hang out with! It did not feel like we were in a class. Felt more like we were learning from our friends. Highly recommend this class!

You can see the views, you can see the food and yes they are beautiful and stunningly tasty. What is not apparent is that Roberto and Francesca are a very beautiful, dynamic couple that will make the time fly. Their skills will leave your belly full and a smile on your face. Our family of five were in Italy for 8 days and this was the high point of our trip. Do not miss this!!

This is one of the best experiences I've ever booked. The location was stunning and our hosts were incredibly hospitable. They were also wonderful teachers and gave us confidence that we could prepare the same dishes at home. This is a must book if you are in Amalfi!

We can't rate this experience highly enough! Francesca and Roberto were absolutely phenomenal hosts! There place is so amazing and the view is gorgeous! We did the pasta and ice cream class and OMG..... BEST pasta we ate in Italy and we made it! They were both also VERY accomodating with my 8 yo daughter and even had a little apron for her to wear too. We are so grateful to have done this experience and I have made a life long friend in Francesca. PLEASE do yourself a favor and book this amazing experience!

Roberto and Francesca were wonderful hosts and this was the best experience we had while in Amalfi! First of all they were able to pick us up from Amalfi to save us from taking public transport, which was so convenient! They were able to cater for dietary requirements and even prepared food the night before to ensure our friend was able to enjoy the cooking class with dairy free options. The food, the wine, the music, the breathtaking views were all amazing. It truly felt like an authentic Italian cooking experience. We would definitely do it again!
