This is only a suggested itinerary below with some of the main sights highlighted. As this is a private excursion, you can customize it as you wish. Choose your departure time and departure point: the boat can depart from Sorrento, Positano, or Naples.
Meet your experienced and friendly skipper, who will accompany you during the day. Start the navigation to the island. Upon arriving in Capri, your captain will cruise past breathtaking island views. Visit some of the most famous highlights of the island such as the White Grotto and the Marvellous Grotto.
See the beautiful Green Grotto and enjoy a swim in the incredibly beautiful water just outside it. This is one of the best spots around the island.
If you would like, you can stop to visit the Blue Grotto in Capri, which is famous for its electric blue water inside. Admission fee for the Blue Grotto is €18 per person.
Cruise by the beautiful Marina Piccola on the southern side of the island of Capri.
See the majestic Faraglioni sea stacks, one of the symbols of the island and cruise right through the hole in the middle of the rocks.
A striking example of Italian modern architecture, this deep red hued villa is perched atop a rocky point on the island. The villa is not open to the public, but one of the best angles to see it is from the sea.
At the southwestern tip of Capri you will see this pink and white lighthouse set on a cap jutting out into the sea.
Along the way you can enjoy several stops for swimming and snorkelling, and a relaxing break with snacks, fruits and drinks offered on board. If you want, you can also visit the island by land or decide to have lunch in one of the many delicious restaurants on the coast accessible only by sea. The skipper will suggest you the best one! Disembarkation/embarkation fee to the island of Capri is 150,00 €
Once back on board, relax en route to the departure point (Sorrento, Positano or Naples) sipping some Prosecco sparkling wine offered by your skipper.

The best experience so far of our trip to Italy. Host Luisa and Captain Federico were extremely attentive to all of our needs. Luisa was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the island of Capri. She waited on his hand and foot, and allowed us to plan our day as we wished. They gave us plenty of recommendations on what to do and where to eat. They took us to a little seaside town for lunch. Anytime we wanted to stop and jump in the water we could. Definitely worth every penny. They also provided us with all the drinks and snacks. It was a day we will never forget, thanks to Luisa and Captain Federico. We highly recommend for those who wish to have an unbelievable day on the water.
Out of our 10 day stay in the Mediterranean, this was by far the BEST experience we had. Laura and Pepe were absolutely incredible and SO fun to spend the day with. They truly spoiled us and treated us like royalty. It's the one day our kids (all 5of them) constantly go back to and rave about. Thank you for making this an incredible trip!!! If I could give a Captain/Guide 10 stars - I would! Raffy was the nicest, most engaging, informative and accommodating guide we’ve ever had. Our family took a private boat tour to Capri. We have two young children. Our daughter got seasick on the way there - Raffy quickly pivoted the schedule to accommodate her and we had a wonderful day. He found us somewhere calm to swim, while being extremely attentive to detail. This tour and guide is HIGHLY recommended!

Amazing! Vincent adapted the day to be sure that we were able to get to our lunch reservations on Capri and still have time to see the sights,, swim, and snorkel. This was the highlight of our trip and worth the expense!

Rosario was absolutely incredible and made our day on the Amalfi Coast one we’ll never forget. Before our trip, there was one place I desperately wanted to revisit—Positano. It holds a special place in my heart because my husband and I spent part of our honeymoon there years ago. Although it wasn’t originally part of our itinerary, and despite my request being a difficult one to accommodate, Rosario went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only did he get us there, but he gave us plenty of time to walk around, soak in the memories, and enjoy the beauty of Positano at our own pace. From there, he took us to one of the most amazing restaurants we’ve experienced in Italy, with incredible food and breathtaking views. Throughout the day, he brought us to stunning swimming spots with crystal-clear water that looked straight out of a postcard. Somehow, despite fitting all of that into the day, he still made sure we made it to Capri and got to experience everything we had hoped for. What truly sets Rosario apart is who he is as a person. He is kind, funny, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience for his guests. I can be very particular (my family would probably say difficult at times!), and he handled every request with ease, a smile, and a great sense of humor. Rosario didn’t just take us on a boat tour—he created memories that my family will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a skipper who will go the extra mile to make your day special, look no further. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Can't say enough about how great this tour was. Francesca was a great host and was very informative. The boat was fully stocked with beverages and light snacks. We left Sorrento and traveled down to Amalfi, where we stopped for lunch. From there we went to Positano for a visit then came back to Sorrento. All 6 of us had a great time.
We got picked up from our Airbnb in Massa Lubrense, arrived in Sorrento port by 9.30am and it was a smooth connection. Both the guide and skipper are very experienced, taking us to view different spots of the island. The boat fit 9 of us comfortably. It was such a fun day despite the sky was cloudy - we couldn’t have asked for a better day.
It was the best boat trip we have been on and we have visited Portofino and Cinque Terre previously. Both Francesco (the guide) and skipper are helpful, everything was explained to us clearly. The boat is very comfortable and there are a lot of room for 9 adults. We have also had some beer, Prosecco and fruits. We had such a good time travelling with You Know!

Our experience with You Know! Boat Tours was absolutely 10/10 — from start to finish, every detail was perfect. I would recommend this charter to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. We booked the Gozzo Fratelli Aprea 32 HT – Full Day Capri Private Boat Tour from Sorrento, and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we booked, the service was outstanding. Pepe and Fernando were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate our plans for the day. A private driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off right at the dock, where we stepped directly onto the stunning, well-kept boat. We were greeted with champagne, water, and any drink we wanted. Fernando guided us on a breathtaking journey to Capri, sharing fascinating history about the island and neighboring areas. We had time to explore Capri and enjoy lunch, then returned to the boat for relaxing swims in the crystal-clear water while soaking in the unmatched views of the Amalfi Coast. They even surprised us with snacks and a fresh plate of fruit, making the day feel extra special. We had the best time. We booked this tour for our cruise stop in Naples. We took a ferry to Sorrento where we met the boat and had a wonderful day at sea and then had them drop us off in Naples. They set up a car for us that was waiting for us to take us back to the ferry terminal. The day on the water was perfect! They took us to a few places to swim and then we had a fabulous lunch in Nerano.
If you’re visiting the Amalfi coast then you must book a private eight hour boat tour with Captain Raffi and Gennaro!! They were amazing! We were two families with eight people in total and had an amazing time touring Capri visiting all of the blue lagoons and caves that make this such a special place. There was an endless supply of beverages ! We stopped for lunch on Capri. Captain Raffi set up our lunch plans and transportation to and from our hotel to the Sorrento port. Gennaro was full of information telling us the history of Capri at every stop!!! A must do on your trip!!

Skipper Raffaele and Gennaro made our day on the Mediterranean Sea worth every penny! From swimming to the Blue Grotto to the many other caves, to drinking Prosecco and Peroni and eating the amazing fruit plate. These 8 hours with them aboard the Aura could not have been better.

We had a wonderful day with our skipper Guiseppe (Pepe) and Fernando. We saw the coast of Capri and learned the history of the island. We were not interested in the crowds on Capri so our guides showed us some lesser known caves and took us to two spots where we could swim in the sea. They also took us to a fantastic and fun restaurant on the beach in Nerano. “Parking” the boat off the coast and being picked up by the restaurant’s dinghy added to the experience! It was our favorite day from our vacation!

We had a wonderful day riding on a private, brand new boat. We had a beautiful view of the entire island. Our driver and guide was helpful and we had lots of fun. However I would recommend just going to the top of Capri which is Ana Capri. It is beautiful, quieter, has nicer stores and wonderful places to eat. It also has other things to do there. Capri was very crowded, expensive and had mainly designer stores. I didn’t travel to Italy to do that kind of shopping. But for others that may be a draw. If i ever go back, I would go right to the top and stay there. LOL The reason I gave the tour 4 stars instead of 5 was that the boat speed was faster than we would like. I would make sure that if you want to go at a better speed for you, just speak up and let them know. I know they would accommodate. The young like things faster. LOL But I would recommend this tour. Also we got a very nice parting gift and a kind note from the owner. The special touch really went a long way. Thank you again guys.
Today was the best day of our lives. The boat was beautiful, the Captain and the Skipper were incredible. The service top notch. We swam, snorkeled, saw Capri island, rode along the Amalfi coast, and had the most incredible meal. Knowing what I know now I would pay double. From start to finish absolutely incredible.

My family of 4 (myself, my husband, and my parents) had a phenomenal time with You Know. First, they were easy to coordinate with in planning our private boat tour day, but they were also door to door service! A driver picked us up to take us to the port, where the captain met us with the boat. He shared interesting history of the Amalfi coast, and also of the Capri island. He helped us get to the blue grotto, which was a very short wait despite the many boats waiting. The captain popped prosecco for us and assisted with photos. I’m sure he could have worked in a swim stop, if we had wanted to. He dropped us in port for the remainder of the day and picked us up after dinner. He told us where to meet him, and gave us his phone number if we had issues. We finished earlier than expected, and he was in port to pick us up in a few minutes! He had a fruit tray dessert for a ride back to Sorrento. He called a driver to take us back to our hotel. High quality service!
This was one of the best experiences my friends and I have had. We are 6 Americans studying abroad in Spain and chose to visit Sorrento for our spring break. We booked the first day of the season and ended up getting a private tour. The captain and the assistant were AMAZING. The captain asked us every time if we wanted the boat to stop for us to go swimming and gave us a history lesson of every single cave. We didn't have lunch since we planned to get it at Capri but, the assistant surprised us with wonderful sandwiches. They even helped us get private transportation on the island. 10/10 would recommended to anybody especially those who want to do something a bit more spontaneous.

Lovely boat trip around Capri. Skipper Francesca and Captain Nello were very gracious hosts! We had a great time on the boat and 10/10 would recommend. Important to note that we went at high tide and so the Blue Grotto was inaccessible, so if that is important to you check the tides. Also important to note that the tour did not stop on the island, it just sails around. This is perfect for a day trip!
